Disappointing

It must have been a nice surprise for my daughter, who is in the States. I live in romania
I ordered a PREMIUM bouquet that is not cheap at all, with a medium box of chocolate and balloons. I paid for the order to arrive before 12 pm. And, surprise... the order arrived very late, of course, somewhere after 13-14pm. A very, very small bouquet, with a very small vase, without chocolate, without balloons. A maximum mockery of the clients, I have never seen anything like it... Totally unprofessional... I was speechless. According to me, so 0 stars, but it does not exist!

I paid $122.00 for flowers that were never delivered and Flowershopping.com refuses to refund me. They sent me a pic of a guy on a loading dock as verification the flowers were delivered yet I purchased black balloons with the flowers and there aren't any present (see pic). Additionally, the hospital dock workers do not wear these clothing. Finally, the hospital and recipient never saw the flowers. I am filing a fraud case.

Rotten service

Best friend in hospital. 9:00am put in an order for DELUXE Be Happy Bouquet. Paid for rush service. They called when rush service had passed and asked me if they could deliver next day. Friend is leaving hospital next day. I'm at work and it's already late afternoon. I said go ahead, woman on phone said they'd refund me the rush service. In the end after I wrote to complain about the bouquet, got an email that stated they refuse to refund me the rush service $ because I said Ok to the woman on the phone the day before. The bouquet she got had an extra rose and two extra daisies. Refused to refund me $ amount between "As shown" and 'Deluxe". Will never order from them again. Gave them one star because I couldn't give less. Craptastic service and company. DON'T buy from them.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Been in customer service for years and this company has the WORST customer service. I placed an order and while that process went smooth, I could not for the life of me call and get someone to confirm my order or send me a purchase receipt. I called back over 15 times in a week and a half to try and get a hold of someone in customer service for an update - NOTHING. I kept getting pushed through to a robot telling me no one was available to talk to me. For a business that's looking to build trust and helping to grow and develop, they suck at taking care of their customers. There is no way that every single time I called (at all times of the day) they were busy and unable to pick up a call or REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Completely unacceptable. 1 star is being generous in my opinion.

Late deliver

I order flowers for my friend's funeral starting at 1 pm. If you want a guarantee of morning deliver, you need to pay extra. I did not pay for that because I wrote "starting at 1pm" so I did not need a morning dliver. However, the flowers delivered at "4 pm"! The funeral had been over.

I live in Canada and ordered flowers for Mom's Birthday who lives in Canada. I believed I was dealing with a Canadian organisation.The order was placed and delivered. The invoice was dispatched via E-Mail. Confirmed the amount. Surprise! Surprise! The charge to my credit card exceeded the invoice by more then $20. Called customer service difference was the rate of exchange. Not once was I told price was US $. Customer service advised me read the website. Canadians be aware! Ron McIntyre. Order number *******

So first I bought flowers and paid 6 bucks for a before noon delivery. I got confirmation at 3:15 pm that it had been delivered. Asked my sister no delivery happened. So called they never delivered it. They ended up delivering it day after her bday( I ordered a week in advance) I ordered a very special flower they gave me a completely different flower bouquet not close at all. They said they have right to change it if needed... um it wasn't even close and no notification. Why pick out anything. Awful service do not go

Do not give this place your money

Website descriptions says St. Thomas flowers but it's a lie. It's actually some American company. I found this out because of extra bank charges for the exchange. My order was $77 with a 16.95 delivery fee and then was never delivered. I'm waiting for my refund and if it isn't here in 24 hours, I'm disputing the charge. Nothing but scammers.

Beware! If the item you choose is not available, they don't contact you, they decide what they are going to send and it's not comparable to what I ordered. If an item isn't available don't put it one the website/say out of stock. Let me choose something else. I ordered the pothos (1st photo) which is in a large ceramic pot. A corn plant was sent, and these are cheap plants. They said that they sent 8" plant for a 10" plant; just know Chandler and Lisa, bigger doesn't mean better and the $135 I spent, I could have got 2 corn plants. I won't be ordering from your establishment again. I'll let my family in Lansing know to steer clear of your business.

You are buying from an American company and will be charged in American dollars even though your in Canada. You will be mislead into thinking your total is in Canadian funds, as it should be, after all, you are in Canada, the delivery address is in Canada, the flowers are in Canada, the store is in Canada and your paying in Canada! I would imagine if this transaction had absolutely anything to do with the USA they would/should make it perfectly clear that you will be paying an addition 25% surcharge on your purchase because they are going to charge you in American dollars but not tell you until you see your cc statement and then call and get told there is nothing they want to do about it. This is 100% done intentionally to rip you off! KEEP your money out of these peoples hands. Order from the local mom and pops.

We paid over $82 (including delivery) for the deluxe arrangement pictured below. What she got was yellow roses! Not at all the same shape, flowers, or even colors! As long as the flowers they send are fresh - you are screwed!
What a scam! Never again!

Not My Order

I ordered a nice basket arrangement of African Violets and Ivy for a funeral service. I did NOT get that! They sent 6 purple tulips in a glass vase. The arrangement did not meet up to the basket arrangement that I paid for. Very disappointed in picking this company. First and last time doing business with them ever. Fraudulent business scam

This flowershopping.com is a fraud scam business. They sell items but don't deliver the same item not even close to the item you bought. Then they say it's acceptable and allowed to substitute the item you expect to have had given to whoever you send the item to. Also then they change your order number I caught that too it was originally a different order number then changed to a different order number! Don't order from this scam business. Even if you pay for the same day before noon fee they do not honor that at all and make up excuses. Who calls a recipient before attempting to deliver the items? They should deliver it if no one answers then leave the card or contact the recipient. After request to speak to the manager they never put one on the phone and tell you bye and hang up then call back they say email them. Thai is a bad company poor service and should not be allowed to have this business online as they scam the heck out of you. You purchase something even upgrade to the largest and get some 20 dollar piece of garbage but you paid 114 dollars for something! Also why do I have two separate order numbers.

This was my 1st and only experience with this company, actually thought I was buying from FTD.
Ordered some flowers for my wife for our 20th anniversary. After I completed the transaction and realized it wasn't FTD, I googled reviews for this company. There are some very bad reviews and lots of complaints filed with BBB. Started to worry that I may have gotten duped out of $75 when I tried calling customer service and got hung up on (maybe just disconnected?) Called back several times and couldn't get another live person.
Well, the flowers arrived as promised and looked just fine, a little less "Full" than they appeared on the website, but wife was happy nonetheless.
Only gave 4 stars because customer service is lacking, although they did reply to both my emails promptly, but sometimes you just want a live person.

PRICING WOES

My usual go to for online flower purchasing is Canada flowers but I had been disspointed by substititions and delivery delays so I decided to try this site as they were Canadian and a local GTA family business. My checkout price for the delux flowers and delivery was $77 however when I went to pay through paypal I noticed that the price was now $102 in CAD. No where on the site did it mention that the prices were in American USD, nor did I expect this as I looked for a local Canadian site. The arrangment was not worth $102 CAD. I did not proceed with the order as this was beyond my budget. I can drive down to my favourite florist at Broadview and Danforth (across from the Loblaws) and for $50 choose the most beutiful bouquet and have the florist hand tie it, and still have enough money left over to take mt friend out for lunch and pay for the gas to drive the 30km back and forth. Please change all your pricing to CAD.

I sent my sister the deluxe poetry bouquet. It did arrive on time and on that day the blooms were nice enough. Next day the flowers were drooping, petals dropping. By day 2 more than half of the blooms were limp/dead/wasted. My sister is excellent with cut flowers so I'd say it isn't her care or the house temperature/humidity etc. Previous bouquets from elsewhere have lasted a couple of weeks! This was a profound disappointment, especially for over $100 (US). I didn't get to refund it in time (my sister didn't want to disappoint me re: the flowers so I had to pry it out of her). Don't waste your money here.
I recommend going somewhere else - find a florist down the street from your destination (I thought this was a local florist, my bad).

Needed flowers for my Aunt's funeral. The flowers that were delivered were horrible and embarrassing. The they looked nothing like the flowers shown online. The picture showed 13 roses and we got four. The rest of the flowers were old and starting to wilt. The water was dirty and they didn't even put a ribbon on the vase. When I contacted FlowerShopping.com. They just made up excuses and out of a charge of $78 they gave me a $12.82 refund. I will NEVER use them again. Buyer beware.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement for a family member which was supposed to be delivered today at 5:30 pm. At 2:30 pm, I received an email saying that they cannot deliver the flowers and will refund my credit card. There was so explanation as to why this was happening. I have ordered flowers several times online and I have never had a problem.

This was not handled in a timely manner or appropriate manner. Today, they lost a customer which they probably don't even care about, but I spent a lot of time on the site finding the perfect arrangement and now I have to start over.

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY BUSINESS when there are so many more companies who treat their customers with respect.

Goodbye FlowerShopping!
