The company failed to deliver the same day as charged and did not communicate it with me. I was offered a refund on the same day delivery and an upgraded arrangement. The upgrade did not happen and the arrangement was not delivered until the end of the day 2 days later. Save yourself the headache and frustration and shop with another floral company.
Purchased a funeral spray for a family member. Was not able to attend due to distance and time needed to make it. Paid extra for early delivery to funeral home. Family members advised it was first- on time and second- the spray was beautiful according to family members who were able to attend. Was happy it was on time and beautiful. Thanks again, will recommend this site to others.
I see that some people have had a bad experience with Flowershopping.com. I guess I hit it lucky. This is my second time ordering from them and I have no compliant. In fact, I ordered the gladiola spray for a funeral that was better than I expected. The flowers were fresh and beautiful. I was going to order from the funeral parlors website but instead I saved about $50 and got a way better arrangement. I'm a happy shopper.
Flowers for my wife were delivered on time, and they even hand wrote the little poem I wrote for her. Wonderful service.
My coworkers and I ordered a sympathy plant for somebody who would lost her mother. She received an arrangement of succulents rather than The lily and ivy plant arrangement that was ordered. Coming from someone who hates succulents you can imagine my disappointment when I heard what was delivered to her. The company does communicate with you but the resolution is a whopping 10% refund to your account which I find to be insulting and appalling. Beware of this company!
I order mother's day flowers -- a charge of $56 back in May, and this company charged me, but we never received the flowers. I emailed them, as I couldn't find any phone number to call. Never heard back from them, so I did a chargeback.
Flowers were beautiful and sent to relative on time--even though I called at the last minute!
The merchant was friendly and helpful in deciding what to send.

Horrible, horrible, horrible and did I say horrible? A couple years ago we ordered flowers from them for a funeral and the flowers arrived after the funeral was over which they then blamed on the florist that they sent it to so we assumed it was not their fault and made the mistake of ordering with them again this week for another funeral of a close friend. Unfortunately history was to repeat itself and the flowers did not show up at the funeral last night or today! When I called them their response was well none of the local florists that they sent the order to were able to fulfill the order and they "guess" that they forgot to let us know?!?! So instead of me being able to re-order flowers for a friends funeral we stood there not only embarrassed but feeling terrible that we did not have a floral arrangement for a friends funeral. Once is an accident twice is negligence and just poor business practices. If you have a florist that is not fulfilling orders or communicating with your clients it's time to get rid of that florist but they do not. So now With the funeral over about an hour ago I'm not sure how I'm going to fix the situation and I don't know that I can?!?! They really didn't care. Their apology was meager at best. They acted like they really did something because they refunded my money for flowers I never got. Save your time and your money if this happened to me twice it will happen to you at some point.
I ordered flowers on this company's website and what I received looked nothing like the picture of the bouquet I purchased. (The picture on the left is what I ordered and the one on the right is what was delivered.) Complaints to the company's customer service department has all gone unanswered and, at this point, I don't think I'm going to hear anything back from them. Save your money and order from a different company!
I placed an order to send a box of flower today. It was very very important for me to get them delivered today. I paid extra so they can deliver it today but it's 11 pm and the flowers haven't been delivered yet. They don't have w good customer service too.
They ruined my reputation and one of my most important occasions.

Don't use this company. I ordered flowers on the 4th of May for Mothers day on the 8th. They were supose to be delivered by the 7th. Never showed up. Tried calling their customer service line several times and all I got was a recording. Finally got thru to them on the 10th of May and all they said was they were sorry they couldn't get them delivered because they were too busy. They sure took my money real fast. Still waiting for a refund.
Order placed on Thursday before Mother's Day with AVAS Flowers. They kept changing the order and delivery date. Still promising they'd be delivered by Sunday. Saturday they changed delivery date to Tuesday with a discount for the delay. Received a text on Monday stating the order would be cancelled. Sorry Mother
Avas did not come thru with their services and didn't give the time to go find a reputable company.

Ordered flowers for Mothers Day that were never received. Never got a response from customer service. In fact the customer service line was closed on the day after Mother's Day. Stay away!
My girls picked out a beautiful dahlia and roses bouquet for me for Mother's Day. They were severely disappointed when I received carnations and cheap fillers. A definite scam and would tell anyone to call their local florist directly. Horrible!
Despite booking my mother's flower order in April for a May 6th delivery, my flowers were not delivered by Mother's Day May 8th. Emails to flowershopping.com inquiring about my missing order on May 6th and 7th were met with automated canned responses. Their follow call to me at 4:45 PM on Mother's day was to let me know that they didn't know what happened to my order but would try to get it out on Monday the 10th. Don't trust your order to them. Their customer service leaves much to be desired.
. I WILL NOT BE *******@flowershopping.com again. I placed two orders total $143 what was received was a joke! They only agreed to a 15% credit on the $80 order and 25% on the $63 order. The $63 was supposed to be a pink spray of roses, it was basically an $8 rose assortment from a local grocery in a $1 mason jar. The baby block ($80) was very disappointing for my daughter's first Mother's Day, I wanted to make a special statement... the arrangement was very sparse, the container was dirty and chipped... when I sent pictures to document, this was their reply:
For order ******* - the Spray Roses are Pink arrangement, we have reviewed the picture and do not find our florist filled to the correct value. Due to this, and for your unhappiness we are able to credit back 25% off the product price.
For order ******* - Baby's First Block - we do find this is filled to the correct value, following our substitution policy. Our florist used full size roses in place of spray roses, which are an equal value. However for your unhappiness we are able to credit back 15% off the product price.
My response: Well, I guess it is what it is, this does not make me happy by any means, but if that is all you are going to offer, then I accept, but I will look for a more reliable source for future orders. Seriously, the $80 arrangement is a joke, especially with the dirty chipped container. The pink arrangement is an $8 spray of flowers in a $1 mason jar... be prepared for a social media review... So I am making good on my word. Both arrangements have more green filler than flowers, I would have been happy if they offered to resend them, I was not looking for a freebie, just what I paid for. So again, I do NOT *******@flowershopping.com.
I decided to use FlowerShopping for my mother's birthday since I am hours away and not able to be there for her special day. After ordering, it was confirmed that my order would be delivered after noon on the day of my delivery. I did not hear anything regarding delivery status or delivery confirmation so I called the store for information. I was informed, via my phone call, (at 5:00pm the day of my delivery) that the store would not be able to delivery my flowers. I was given no reason as to why delivery could be completed, nor was I told anything regarding the change of my delivery. I ultimately cancelled my order due to spending almost $100 and the unprofessional lack of communication.
The floral pieces on the webite are truly gorgeous but I would NOT recommend using FlowerShopping services for your floral arrangement needs. I am highly disappointed and upset with these outcomes and hope that they change their policies on communication and promising deliveries when they cannot be fufilled.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.

Answer: Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
