Canadian buyers beware - this site does not clearly disclose their prices are in US funds - as other sites would have a US $ indicator when you are cashing out of your cart. As such I was unaware it was a US company- Google search showed 'local florist'. Email confirmation did not show in the total that it was in US funds either - until I saw credit card with the exchange added. (and later saw the US funds in the fine print)
Called and the customer service rep was rude- stated it was all over the website and such that is was US dollars - I looked again and it is not. Sharing so you don't make the same mistake I did.
My daughter was happy but I spent alot of money and was kind of disappointed. The balloons were tied to a stick and put in a separate planter, not even with the flowers. Not floating like we have always had in the past. Now maybe the flower shop was having issues and did the best they could with what they had. I say 3 because my 11yr old was happy but I will probably go with another company from now on.
I ordered flowers to be delivered paid extra for Saturday delivery and they never arrived.
After numerous emails back and forth they said they were going to investigate what happened and they'd "reach out" with details. I'd still be waiting if I hadn't finally told them to cancel the order.
Customer service is terrible. Entire thing was terrible. Don't go this route when ordering flowers.
Yesterday I ordered flowers and chocolates for my 89 year old auntie who lives in Saskatoon. I live in BC so I just went on line and found this company. My auntie has water on her heart and has to be on water pills which make her run to the bathroom a lot. Yesterday she didn't take her pills because she was notified by the flower company that a delivery was coming. By suppertime nothing showed up. In the meantime, this company emailed me to say they successfully delivered the flowers and chocolates which was completely untrue. My cousin who lives with her phoned the company and they quickly made up some flowers and gave them to her. She never did get the chocolates or the card. I phoned the company today only to get lip service that they will put in my request for a refund. They are out of California and the lady I spoke to didn't seem to care that I was upset. Never again will I use this company! I am so upset and all I get is lip service!
Do not order from this website. It is a rip off and a scam. They advertise as a local florist, which they are NOT. I ordered a toy wagon filled with flowers that was supposed to say "It's a Girl" on it, which cost $74, and my grandson received a little ceramic duck with a sailor hat on, which had much less flowers in it. I should have been informed if they could not deliver what I ordered. I should have been given the option to have the duck sent or be given a refund. If the wagon was not available at that time, I should have been given the option to deliver the wagon that I ORDERED at a later date. WHY would I want a duck with a sailor hat on sent to congratulate someone on a newborn baby? I was told that it "follows their substitution policy." This is not the same as switching a red vase for a blue vase or something like that. This was a completely different item from what I ordered. I am very displeased with this company and their customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This website is a complete scan. I spent almost $160 on a Mother's Day arrangement for my mom, but I received a small arrangement, with only a few flowers. I immediately contacted the company to explain that I did not receive what I ordered. They asked me to send in some photos which I did right away. After several follow ups, it took a few months before someone from the company responded. Lisa, the customer service representative was rude and unhelpful. She offered me a 30% refund, citing the fact that I had "accepted" delivery, and therefore, that was the best she could do. I explained that I had not accepted delivery, as the flowers were left in the lobby. Given the size of the arrangement, which at most was worth $50, and the fact that it took months for the company to respond, I requested a full refund. Lisa curtly told me that they would issue me only 30% back and that was final. I would never order from this company again. Horrible product! Horrible customer service!
Don't use this site! You won't get what you pay for, they substitute crap you đont want. Ordered blue got purple. Lol and they were Albertsons flowers. Half dead.
Good news is that FlowerShopping did not charge me for their flower failure. Bad news is I never heard from their Customer Service Dept. They told me I would receive an e-mail with the resolution of my complaint. To date, I've not received an e-mail. I still would not recommend that you use this business for buying flowers.
I will not use FlowerShopping again. My Brother's Memorial Service (which we delayed for 2 years because of Covid) was this past Monday (7/18). I ordered what I thought would be a beautiful arrangement to be delivered by 11 am at the church. The arrangement did not arrive until 3:30 pm after the service and graveside services were done. FS has the nerve to tell me they are going back to the florist to see if the florist will give me a full refund ($90). I did not select this florist that so miserably failed, FS did. Don't waste your money using FlowerShopping.
Had a horrible experience using this company. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday and shortly after my order was canceled due to them not being able to deliver to her adress. I called and spoke to customer service and they assured me they could change the adress and the flowers would be delivered the next day. The next day no flowers were delivered I called and they said the order was never reinitiated, so whoever I spoke with the day before didn't do what they said. I reordered for the third time (had to pay extra for shipping) and recieved flowers that looked nothing like the image I selected. I had paid extra for "premium" flowers supposedly supposed to have more flowers of higher quality. The flowers I received had less flowers and lower quality flowers than the standard image. On top of that I ordered a " box of chocolates" and received a bag of strawberry crunch chocolate. Customer service was very unhelpful and ended up refunding me 25 dollars of the $125 I spent. Overall was a horrible experience and I would not recommend. It's been over a week and I was still not refunded for the first order they canceled. Do yourself a favor and get Publix flowers you will get the same quality for less money.
Ordered sunny flowers with a "thinking of you" theme for a woman in hospice. Paid extra for a rush delivery. They "substituted" silk flowers and a CHRISTMAS theme. Reminded my friend that she'd never see another Christmas. (oh, and yeah, Christmas had passed.) Refused to give me more than 15% refund despite silk arrangements costing FORTY percent less on their site. I was not asking for a refund on the delivery charge. They were complete jerks about it, and in the end said they would refund 15% and consider the matter closed. I never got a dime. GO ELSEWHERE.
I ordered flowers to be sent to a friend anonymously. I wanted to send flowers but didn't want her to know where they came from. I was flexible on the delivery date and expected to get confirmation when the flowers were delivered. I've never heard back and of course, I don't want to ask my friend because she'd then know where they came from, if they were delivered at all. I contacted them twice and have never heard back. I'm sure they do great work w/ the great overall rating they have but my experience wasn't good at all because I never heard if they were delivered. I was billed and my account debited though. I wish you the best but won't be back. It's one thing to drop the ball but to ignore paying customers who just want to know the job was done is inexcusable. I had to give you one star because it wouldn't go through with none. You don't deserve that star.
S! They say that they are a local store. And that is not true! The roses came already full bloom. I wanted the arrangement to last at least a week. I spent way too much on this arrangement for this to be delivered half dead. I could have gotten a beautiful arrangement from a grocery store at a fraction of the cost and look better then this one. Then when you complain they give you 10% back instead of another fresh arrangement. Awful service!

I ordered flowers. This one pic is the "as shown". I ordered the premium and paid $30 extra... these aren't even close to the same flowers!
Don't EVER... EVER order from this company. I paid a rush fee on Wednesday on top of a $19 delivery fee to be delivered before 10 a.m. Thursday! I get a call AFTER 5 p.m. it wasn't and can't be delivered Thursday... so I can't get it anywhere else. When I asked for the delivery fees to be lifted but they refused. I was assured they would be delivered by 10 a.m. now on Friday and received a call Friday morning at 10:45 it can even be delivered today before the funeral. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STEALING WEBSITE!
The order was not delivered on time. After persistent research for a human contact it was explained that there was a glitch in their delivery system and flowers were delivered.
You had better have my total money back in my account asap tomorrow morning... 07/07/2022... you failed to deliver my order by noon as per paying extra for but you never even had them there by 10:30 this evening as I am typing this... so a full refund had better be posted Pronto... I no longer want any business doings with you... her birthday only comes one day a year n you $#*!ed it up for her... still waiting on the refund
Our daughter ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. We really like bird of paradise and it has a very special meaning. She ordered not just the bird of paradise (pictured), she paid for a premium arrangement to make her mom's day special. What was delivered made the day a disaster. No bird of paradise, nothing extra and nothing that resembles the picture(see other picture... you know without the bird of paradise). The company offered a 15% discount and then a 25% discount. To be clear, a discount was never requested; the only resolution is a full refund for the massive mistake.
I cannot believe any company would steal money like this and for any florist to take such an order and fill it with anything other than the main flowers. You cannot replace a bird of paradise flower. You cannot pass off other flowers and some terrible attempt at a similar arrangement without bird of paradise flowers. You cannot believe that people will accept the fine print of flower substitutions. These things are not comparable.
This company should receive no more business from anyone. If they cannot require full refund from the florist for such a disgrace.
I ordered flowers for delivery yesterday. They did not deliver. They said they would today. But 30min ago my sister called me to say that DoorDash was downstairs and had something for her. When she got there, they had left, with the flowers. If I'd known they were going to farm it out to another company, and it was DoorDash, I would not have used them. Their customer service is also, almost, non-existent.
Answer: You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.

Answer: As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
