I was supposed to receive flowers at 4:30 PM. I received an email confirming that they were delivered. The flowers did not come until 9:30 PM that night.
When I received the flowers they had looked nothing like what the photograph had advertised on the website. The flowers were torn, ripped, and some were even dead. I understand that Flowers can be replaced for what is available at that given shop, however the flowers are supposed and advertised to be of equal or more value. The bouquet looked nothing like the photograph or reflected the money that was spent on the bouquet of flowers. The extras that were added to the arrangement were not included either. The size, flowers, and vase we're not reflective of the photograph or the money spent on the arrangement.
Once I had called customer service a woman answered and I proceeded to tell her what had happened. She was very short and abrupt with me speaking to me in a harsh tone repeating herself as if I had no idea what she was saying. As a customer and recipient I do not know the process of putting in a complaint. She simply was rude and abrasive towards me. Her comments shocked me and actually brought me to tears. Once I worked up the nerve to call back the same woman answered the phone, put me on hold, and never picked the phone back up again. I am not one to write reviews or complain. However I am very upset with how this customer service representative treated me.
Overall review, dissatisfied and disappointed. Not worth the money spent.
