I placed an order early this morning and got a call at 3:40pm that they couldn't fulfill the order! My sister just had surgery and she was waiting all day because I told her there was a surprise coming. The lady who called was very rude and wanted to charge me more money for something else to be delivered tomorrow. She kept saying that they could substitute something similar tomorrow but it will be more but they can knock 10 dollars off the extra charge for the inconvenience, as if that makes up for my sister waiting all day, AND I would still be paying more. I told the lady to substitute something else of equal value to be delivered tomorrow and I asked for a discount on it for the inconvenience to my sister. She said no discount but they would sub something else. So I was just getting something I didn't order now, on the day I didn't ask for it to be delivered with no discount. Then I got an email an hour later saying that they still need $15 more dollars to go ahead with the order tomorrow. No, I cancelled at that point. I am in awe of how this company handles business. I already called my bank and will be making a claim if my money is not returned in the timeframe they quoted.
