I ordered 4 dresses for my girlfriend and she's very happy with their quality and style. One dress is a bit small, but that's my bad. Should've taken a better look at the size chart first, but she's keeping it anyways. The shipping was also really good. I really recommend Floryday, if you want to buy good quality dresses. I have placed several orders with Floryday and have yet to be disappointed with either the product or the great service. On a couple of occasions when I wanted to return what I had purchased, this was done quickly and efficiently and the money went into my account without any hassle. Their selection is fantastic and wide ranging and, as a very satisfied customer, I will be shopping with them again.
I received the dress I ordered for my son's wedding promptly (I live in Canada). It's beautiful! Be careful of what size you order though. I had to order an XS even though I'm normally a medium. The sleeves are shorter than in the photo. My sleeves come to about. 5 inches above my elbow - a bit awkward looking. And strangely, except for a tiny 'XS' label at the back of the neck, there are no labels on the dress so I have no idea where it was made, what its made of or how to care for it.

Sizes are just right and fits me well. I rarely find an online clothing store that provides correct measurement of my body size but Floryday just saves the day!

Buyer beware, garments poorly made. Trying to get a refund a joke sent 15 emails only to be told how costly it will be to send it back, need special return address which they have not send me. Two dresses from 2 different places in China. Wish I could post the emails from them. Giving up on a refund it's not worth it.

I ordered a garment that cost £11.69 but, with shipping and insurance, actually cost me £19.47.
The garment was nothing like the description and I asked to return it. The company sent me all the details, prepaid postage ticket and clear instructions.
So far so good.
However, they then deducted the return shipping costs from my refund.
In total, they refunded me £8.69 of my original payment of £19.47. That is some hefty shipping costs I was responsible for - for a rubbish, bad quality product.
Looks to me like they send out rubbish products but make their money by charging £10.78 for postage.
Other companies I have ordered from (e.g. H&M) will carry the cost of transport themselves - I will shop there in future.
Am I going to bother to fight them about this? No - but I would like to warn other people not to fall for it.
I've ordered three dresses now from this website and I absolutely love them! They are the quality and beauty of dresses you can get from anthropologie at a fraction of the price. Make sure you use their size chart because some of their clothes run extremely small, but their charts are accurate. They're being shipped from out of the country so naturally shipping takes a bit longer, but I think it's totally worth it! Love this place!
I had my cousin's wedding and I wanted a charming dress. Floryday has some very nice dresses for special occasions. I was wondering which one to choose. They all looked so pretty. I made my choice and my order with Standard Shipping, as my event was approaching and my wonderful dress arrived on time. I purchased 2 summer dresses which were delivered today. Unfortunately, the fit was not suitable for me - I found the sizing quite small. Floryday have just offered me a full refund (excluding the original shipping costs) - which I think is very fair. And now I can add that the refund came through within a week of purchase.

Very disappointed with the two tops. On the website and my order they are described as "Casual Cotton and Floral Cotton tops". They are actually made of Nylon, would be very sweaty and uncomfortable to wear. No label on the garments. Used to be a dressmaker so I know my fabrics.
