I'm trying to return some items. There directions does not work states page not found! The worry free return statement is very very untrue.
I've left messages and tried to get a hold of customer service for two days with no luck.
I suggest stay away from this company!

One month after ordering a top 37 dollars they wouldn't give me my money back but would be glad to give me a coupon for my next order how can a business do that of course I said no I will never order from them again as a matter of fact I will never order from a cheap site again with out first seeing if it's legit Google knows everything
Stay away from this outfit... cheap all around. I ordered 5 items which took over 6 weeks to arrive. Tracking stopped after awhile and any attempt to reach the company was futile... what they call 'chat' is 3 more websites which tell you nothing. Email requests were answered with form emails which said the same thing each time. Poor quality! I returned all of the items and was charged $30 for the original shipping cost. I paid $20 to return the items so it cost me $50 learn this lesson... stay away from Floryday!
Its a great online fashion store.The design is extravagant by yet simple to use. Im able to find dresses easily for special occasions such as weddings and cocktail parties. Who needs a wardrobe designer when you got a great store like FloryDay. I trust their clothes quality and i intend to buy again from them.
The clothes here are awesome! I got one, floral 3/4 sleeves above knee dress for my girlfriend and she was super excited and loved it! It made her stand out. High-quality clothes at an affordable rate. I highly recommend them to anyone!
I ordered 6 pairs of shoes online on 3 April - received after 8 weeks. Only 1 pair fitted. 2 were too big, 1 was too small and 1 was damaged. Return policy impossible to understand, and no contact email or telephone number. Returned by recorded delivery to sender address on box. Received, but no acknowledgement.
They look good value, but customer service in extremely poor.
The quality is extremely poor and the sizing is horrible. I cannot return my items because Floryday makes it impossible to navigate the online return maze. I've been trying for a long time with no success. Do not order from them!
Bought a dress, which was too small for me. I contacted the customer service, filled all requested information received another dress after approx. 10 days. It took a while, because shipping was from Hong Kong.
Waited over a month, nothing arrived, no update in shipping details for over 3 weeks. Told me to chase courier even though not specified and past experience is they will only speak to sender. They suggested I reordered and they would credit my account. I refused this as have no intention of waiting months or using this company again. Eventually and reluctantly they agreed to refund waited ages, claiming it can take 28 days to get a refund. They took the money instantly, no goods arrived, took weeks to agree a refund then refunded only after writing a poor review on this site.

Regarding to the refund, if you paid with card, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time.
If you paid with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, depending on the bank processing time.

Let me start with that my girlfriend was initially searching for a summer dress, something different if you wish. We normally shop on the internet so after she stumbled upon floryday she got excited, the products looked amazing and there was a great deal of different and diverse dresses. She had some questions that wanted to ask and let me tell you, the customer support is amazing, they were great, strait to the point, you know, in modern days the support can make or break your company and floryday has got that right! The shipping was fast, which is a must and Im very happy as in the end my girl is really glad that she found that website I suspect that shell be using it again.
I just received my 3 dresses ordered with Free Shipping. I had to wait nearly a month as this shipping is slower than the standard one but luckily they arrived! Wonderful quality of the materials and the models are so unique.

What a shame these pretty garments are made without proper construction and from such cheap fabric - and I mean CHEAP! I won't be going through the hassle or expense of returning my purchases, they'll go in the garbage where they belong. Lesson learned! If you can't touch it, try it on don't waste energy and money buying from these websites... if the price is 'cheap', you're getting what you paid for.
I ordered a Medium size according to the chart. Chiffon Floral 3/4 Sleeves Knee-Length Dresses. Really, it looks gorgeous & fits great. I ordered cloths. They were too small even though i used their size charts. The picture did not adequately represent the photos. Tried to contact them email they never answered and as some one else said, went to return the items and it was going to cost $ 66 to do so. My total order was about 70.00
I ordered a frock with some trepidation after having read some derogatory reviews. Normally I take a dress size 10 or a size S; however, after taking the relevant measurements a size L was indicated, which is what I ordered. I paid for the quickest postage. The lovely frock arrived timeously(in under a fortnight) and did not disappoint. The colours and style accurately reflect the photos on the site. The quality and workmanship is of a high standard - and I am pernickety about both aspects. To those customers who made adverse comments: I would advise you to measure your bust, waist and hips as depicted very clearly on the site. You cannot blame the company for your slipshod measuring.
