The dresses looked nice online. I eagerly awaited mine. When I took it out of the package, it had deodorant stains under the arms and waist! Ick! Not acceptable!
Needed to return 3 items I ordered but I have tried endlessly to reach them to get a shipping label to no avail. My time is running out and I have e-mailed with not response. Terrible communication. They say I do not have an order, but I have the products! Worse customer service ever
Order arrived shapeless and creased so had to return it even thou as said free returns they charged me £3. Customer live chat Gonzalo could not care less and sated I was wrong as I didn't look into it more closely. I will never use this site again and I suggest no one else does either
I ordered and returned two dresses in June. One didn't fit and the other was the cheapest material ever. I returned them following their directions, and within the time frame. You can ignore their claim that return shipping is free, it's not. You will pay it. Ten weeks and several phone calls later they finally credited my account for ten dollars less than they should have. I'm so glad to be done with this company! Do not order from them! Take pictures of your orders and emails from them and all correspondence re conversations.
I ordered 2 dresses form them. They send me ugly dresses which did not even look like those I ordered. And now I have to process their complicated returns?

Placed my order.It does come from China, HK. Under a holding company. I never got my stuff but they were fast to get money. The holding company had horrable reviews of people not getting there stuff.Are it so cheap not any good. BEWARE

I brought a pair of shows from this site they were nothing like the photo they were rubbish cheap trash and to try and get a refund was a joke I end up putting the shoes in the bin I will never buy from this site again
I ordered and paid for the clothes the 20th of June and today one month later I still haven't got them or heard anything from the company when it is coming..
My wife bought some shoes and son dresses from Floryday and she got one envelope and one box and she spent over 400.00 dollars and she did not get everything she bought and some of the shoes don't fit
I'm trying to return some items. There directions does not work states page not found! The worry free return statement is very very untrue.
I've left messages and tried to get a hold of customer service for two days with no luck.
I suggest stay away from this company!

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Please spend your $ elsewhere. This company Is a scam. I bought four tops off of this website, not one of them looked anything like the picture the material was awful. I tried to return the items within the 14 day window and they wanted to reimburse me FAR less than what I paid. I tried contacting the company relentlessly with no response. I'm even trying to dispute the purchase with my credit card company.
After ordering a dress three & half weeks before my daughter's wedding it arrived 2 weeks after her wedding. When I clicked on My Orders it said I hadn't ordered anything yet even though I have 60 points in my account. They only allow a "live chat" on preorders & not post orders. No ph# for customer service & no order # I could do find so I'm stuck with a dress I no longer need! Frustrating on how much time all of this took which produced nothing!
Trying to return items is just a nightmare. The website does not work properly and you can't live chat with anyone unless you are looking to purchase something. Then you email and I am still waiting on a return response, it has been over 24 hours. The product is great but hope you don't need to return it.
I bought 2 long sleeve capes and they came to me they look nothing like the pictures very bad quality and they are not capes they are like jackets I am so disappointed. I will not recommend it for anybody.
What a shame these pretty garments are made without proper construction and from such cheap fabric - and I mean CHEAP! I won't be going through the hassle or expense of returning my purchases, they'll go in the garbage where they belong. Lesson learned! If you can't touch it, try it on don't waste energy and money buying from these websites... if the price is 'cheap', you're getting what you paid for.
I will NEVER order from this company again given how slow and inefficient the system is. I ordered several summer items six weeks ago but by the time they will arrive (here in Canada) summer will be long over. As well, the on-line tracking system is useless. The only option I was offered to track my order would have cost me an additional $5 CDN. As well, the system has been intentionally set up so there is no one I can personally talk to follow up on the status of the order. The organization clearly hides behind the on-line environment. I would NEVER again order from this company and only hope that one day my order will arrive.
I ordered over $300 worth of items in two separate orders I returned everything over three weeks ago and still no refund. I've sent several inquiries asking about it and they claim they can't find my order number yet it's right there for them to see on my account. Do not order from this company they will steal your money.
