They has been scamed my credit card information many times and applied withdrawl from my credit card account.
I called them and asked about happening, But never answer and even return call me back.

I purchased a bouquet and paid for a bouquet, florist designed, to be sent to a friend in the hospital on the same day as purchase. Two days later, my friend was discharged from the hospital, late in the evening, and still had not received her bouquet. I emailed florists.com several times regarding the flowers and they kept saying it was going to be delivered. Once I emailed them and stated she had been released without ever receiving the bouquet, I never received a response back. They never refunded my money either. THEY ARE CROOKS / THIEVES! They may have STOLE my $73 this time; but, never again. Be careful. Don't let them rob you too!
Flowered were NEVER delivered. After days of phone calls and emails. Such a let down. Might as well just throw your money in the garbage. 10/10 would not recommend
I ordered flowers to be delivered for a special birthday and they charged be 75.00 including a 75 delivery charge. Date of delivery NO FLOWERS. Tried to call, email and Track. NO RESPONSE. Nothing about a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Ordered flowers to be delivered on 2/12 and they were delivered 2/17. Never received a confirmation email. I inquired to find out what happened and never received a response. Stay away from this company.
Extremely disappointed in two bouquets I ordered for my cousins' birthday. The bouquets looked nothing like the beautiful, full bouquets that I ordered. It's an embarrassment and a rip off.
My order was originally placed on a Tuesday for next day delivery. At the end of Wednesday the flowers were still not delivered. I emailed customer service and they said they would look into it. By Friday morning the flowers were still not delivered and there was no response from customer service. I called them and spoke to a very pleasant woman, who said the local florist did not confirm the order and florists.com switched to a different company. The refunded my delivery fees and assured me the flowers would be delivered that same day. They were not. And not the next day. Or the next. Or the next. I emailed them again asking for them to be delivered asap or give me a full refund. They threw in the towel and issued a refund, earning them a dumpster fire of a review from me.
I spent $57.00 for a bouquet that should have been as pictured on their web page and not the kind I could have purchased at Walmart for $4.97 that would have looked better. I was pissed when I got a look at what they had the nerve to send to my Sister on her Birthday not to mention how bad it may have made me look. I have now learned that I should have seen the reviews before I ordered from this joke of a florist and wont make the same mistake again and will do all I can to make sure others dont use them either.
Chose this company due to their promise to deliver same day. After paying for this expedited service, not only did they not deliver same day, they didn't deliver next day either! Two day deliver on a same day purchase. Was also promised a refund of the shipping charges and that never happened either.
This site is yet another one blaming for their inability to deliver on time. I could have purchased the flowers from a store and drove to deliver faster than they did.
I should have read the Reviews on Florists.com before purchasing over $200 worth of products from this company! It's shameful to take money from folks when you know you don't have the products that you're advertising! I will never order from them again!
Avoid this company all costs. Twice they have failed to deliver a (very) personally important order of mine, and have been all-but remorseless in their resolution. In my opinion, this is the worst online service I've ever encountered.
I spent nearly $70 to send flowers to my friend and she did not receive them. When I contacted customer service, all they did was tell me that there records show the flowers were delivered. They have not offered a solution or any additional information. I have no idea who allegedly received the flowers but I'm upset they did not offer a refund or even the option to deliver more flowers. Would definitely recommend using another flower delivery service
Sent flowers to my daughter. They were finally delivered one full day late. Could get no answers from them as to why or when they might be delivered. When she sent me a pic of the flowers I was shocked. This pitiful arrangement looked nothing like the flowers I picked out from their site. Such a rip-off. Do yourself a favor and use someone else.
Terrible customer service and even worse flower arrangement. They sent flowers that looked like they were thrown together by a five year old. When I called customer service, they gave me a scripted "we could care less" response and told me they can't do anything since it was more than seven days since I made the purchase. I will never order through this company again and suggest no one else does unless you want to waste $60-$90.
DO NOT BUY FROM FLORISTS.COM! If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. I spend $60 on flowers, ordered a week early, and they never delivered my flowers. Its been two days since they were supposed to be delivered. Trying to contact their customer service is extremely difficult. I want a refund. Save yourself money, time, and stress and just dont buy from florist.com. Not worth it. TRASH.
Worst ever! Set up a delivery for a birthday and they didn't deliver! I called snd they couldn't find my order. Waste of time and money! Take your business elsewhere
Wish there was the opportunity to give a negative number. I have NEVER dealt with such poor customer service or response time. They quickly charged my card and that was as far as it went. I called the day after it was to be delivered and they said they could get something else out earlier. Didn't know Marty McFly was now doing floral deliveries. Now trying to send another arrangement but they wouldn't charge me a delivery fee. Horrible! Only used them thru Rakuten. Will be letting Rakuten know about this as well
They didn't alert me that it would be late and neither did the florist in Charlotte. I picked an available day and now it's 4 days later and I had to call AGAIN. No one has returned emails, PMs or tweets. Now they say they have an available day for delivery NEXT WEEK! My best friend's birthday was days ago. They are pathetic!
I ordered Thanksgiving flowers for my mom who is home-bound. They were never delivered and I didn't receive any message regarding it. Poor customer service. Won't use again.
