Buyer Beware!

I would not ever recommend this company to anyway to order flowers. I ordered on 7/18 for a 7/19 delivery. They have a place to check order status and I check many times on 7/19 and it stayed in status 'Order Received'. I called around 3p.m. EST into their support and they said they could not reach the floral shop but said it would be delivered by 8p.m. The flowers were never delivered. I called on 7/20 since they had not been delivered and requested a full refund, which I did receive. This company cannot be counted on to deliver flowers.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. I ordered flowers for my friend's 60th birthday THREE days ahead of time. Flowers were never delivered. No phone call, nothing. I finally called them the day after the birthday and they said it was an issue on "their end." NEVER will I use them again. Completely unacceptable.

DO NOT USE. I paid $99 for a bouquet that was not at all what I ordered online! Holly Whitt with customer service emails back and said they are sorry I am not happy and wont be refunding my money. Of course they want to give me a gift card of $15 for my next order which will never happen.

I give this company zero stars. They never delivered the flowers to my mom for her 75th bday. They are lying now and saying the were delivered late. Have not refunded me over $100 I spent on the flowers and offered me a $14.99 free delivery. FRAUDULENT company. Don't do it. They are trying to say they didn't hear back from me and they have marked the ticket resolved. Below you will see that I did respond back to them as well as called my CC company to report their fraud.

I placed an order for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered on the 15th of April for our daughter's birthday, the day came and the flowers were not delivered, called customer service, they apologized and we re-scheduled the delivery for the 21st of April, again no delivery, called again, again they were apologetic and we re-scheduled the delivery for the 23rd of April, again no delivery. Got tired of the game and requested a refund and instead of a refund, they keep sending a standard apology saying they will do a new delivery but every time I ask for a full refund they go around in circles to not give us a refund. We contested the charge with the credit card hoping they can to something. Don't do business with this company, it's a scam.

My order arrived at 10 p. M was wrong with a hand written card that looks like a 4 yr old wrote it. I've been trying to get in contact with a supervisor but they're somehow always occupied with other calls. I ordered an arrangement with white lilies and roses for my aunt whom was grieving the lost her mother however this is what was delivered. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. YOU SHOULD TAKE PRIDE IN THE SERVICE YOU CHARGE TO PROVIDE!

Order placed, not fulfilled, no info
February 18, 2022

Placed the order 2 weeks ago to be delivered today. No transit info no tracking info. Called customer service no help. Said could not reach the florist and had no other info. Waited a couple hours, checked again on site no updates. Tried to call again and no answer no voice mail just a recording and hang up. Horrible. Ruined a 50th birthday gift for my best friend. Next stop, Better Business Bureau.

They are a joke! I order flowers for my friend for the holiday and they never delivered! They wont even cooperate with a refund and I have to sit on hold for two hours just to get this done! NEVER AGAIN! Seriously, how do you run a company like this?

Warning - Poor Quality

The valentines flowers I ordered where unacceptable. They were half dead when they arrived. I contacted customer service and they requested I send photos. After they received them they responded the flowers would look fine once the blooms opened. Unacceptable! I will never use this company again.

Flowers were not delivered on time. Called to cancel then they offered to try again. Never delivered again. Finally canceled my order and flowers showed up 7 days later after I canceled my order and was told I would get not get a refund. I had already sent flowers from another company at this point. They refused to credit my account because they went ahead and sent flowers. Cadim the supervisor accused me of lying and trying to scam florists.com

This company is a scam.

This company is a scam… cost me $90.00. How the scam works is they show you nice floral arrangements upsell you for some balloons etc. then once you make payment you can no longer reach them by phone. I think what they do is monitor caller ID for existing orders they just simply avoid the call - directing you back to typing up your complaint. This complaint is then never responded to. It's a great little scam because most people will just give up for $50-$100 that they spend on flowers. It becomes a civil matter at that point and the cost of a lawsuit is more than the money lost.

NEVER AGAIN!

I am very disappointed with Florists.com. Not only was my order NOT DELIVERED, but if I hadn't called Customer Service to find out the status of my order I wouldn't have known that there was a problem. Their 'Tracking System" apparently wasn't working, or so I was told. My call was re-routed several times until I finally got a hold of someone who tried to answer my queries. It seems that my order wasn't going to be delivered as promised and expected. If their local florists can't complete their end of the deal, then maybe it's time to find new associates that can. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS with FLORIST.COM again. This is a POOR way to run a business and truly a Broken Business Model. Oh, I was offered a refund of my shipping if I would take delivery a day late. I let them know that that was unacceptable and I wanted a FULL REFUND and cancel my order. They did refund my money, but the failure on their part, ruined what should have been a memorable event for my loved one.

This company delivered flowers with a birthday balloon (which I did not ask for) along with the card I wrote that was offering condolences for their loss. Whomever put this gift together clearly couldn't read the room or read at all for that matter.

An 80th Birthday Bust!

A very special friend had her 80th Birthday September 7,2021, Since she had moved to Arizona we could not celebrate with her so we turned to Ava's Flowers in Green Valley Arizona on September 2, to deliver flowers and balloons on her birthday!
Today, when she did not thank me for them I feared the worse, and sure enough Ava's had not delivered them yesterday.
No excuse, just that "they missed it"...
You are only, 80 once in your life and a $15 dollar refund and delivery today, September 8th does not coincide with what they claim as the one of the best florists in the US.
Don't trust them to do what they say they will do.

This is why we all seriously need to read reviews prior to placing online orders!

I usually use fromyouflowers.com but since I had a $10 Groupon, I figured I'd use florist.com …. UMMM HIGE MISTAKE!

They made me enter all of the payment information and delivery address first, then the window shows up to apply a coupon code. I enter my Groupon Code and it rejects it, when I refresh to enter again, it says "Order Placed!"

Ummm I tried calling and the customer service operator was empathetic, but advised there's nothing she can do and can't refund the order!

They charged me $67 for 12-24 damn DAISIES Yall… DIASIES! I could have bought roses!

So then they take NINE yes 9 days to deliver them missing my cousin's grand opening for her business!

I get a thank you text from her today 8/3… for flowers that were paid to be delivered on 7/26 and ordered on 7/25.

Never ever will I be ordering from them again! You should see what I ordered bs what was delivered!

Not even a dozen, no fillers no nothing!

Highly disappointed!

Don't use this company! I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery. The order went to them at 9 am on Saturday and I was assured that it would arrive on time. As of Tuesday they still haven't arrived and all my messages to customer service result in the same form letter stating the flowers will arrive as soon as possible. What a ripoff company!

Very Disappointed

My son spent his hard earned $ to send me flowers for Mother's Day they were supposed to arrive by Friday and the box even said arrival date Friday 5/7/21. I received them today. They came with no vials of water for their stems so most are about dead and a day late.
