I ordered a product worth 2k. Product got delivered on 12th july 2020.The quality was very bad. I raised a return request on the same day. The return got approved and I received a text stating that the product will be picked up on 25 july 2020, and all of a sudden the seller cancelled the return on 17 July 2020 without any intimation. I called flipkart on 25 July to check that no one came to pick the product, then the flipkart agent informed me that the return is been cancelled by the seller without any reason. When I raised a complaint all the agents gave me wrong information stating that someone will call but no one ever called and also few agents hung up the call. Guys flipkart is scamming people. Do not get trapped.

I have worst experience this time with Flipkart Service. I receive phone on 28th June, after using 2/3 day I noticed issue in network connectivity and sound issue and heating issue faced. Technician visit cancel automatically. After contacting Flipkart they are just answering that our team working on it.My complaint registered 1st July and no solution is made till 15th These is not expected from Flipkart. I received defective piece and they are not replacing it.
I ordered a headphones and it had a issues and I didn't like the sound quality I wanted to return but they said that I cannot return the product. My 7000 is wasted and you have to call them all the time to know the status. Please don't ever order from Flipkart

Hii i order some products from flipkart and make payment same time and suppose to deliver by 8 july but it's not delivered and I didn't get any call from that side. And when I trying to call then everytime they told like u have to wait up to 16 July and in evening I called the they blody told u have to wait upto 17 July and seniors will call u but they didn't called. This is the 3rd class policy maintain by flipkart i really disappointed but i will never seet idely I will excelerate this to pan level and what blody about customer care where is care of customer all are thugs and cheaters

Hello guys plz flipkart se koi product purchase na kara aur specially koi mehhanga product yeh delivery nhi karega kyoki inka pass woh product nhi hota hai.
Aur order yeh advanced mein le leta hai aur phir apka credit card late payment bhi lagta rehega aur jab aap payment ko kahega toh 1 week ka tym dega. Inka Customer care k pass bhi koi solution nhi hai woh apka call bhi disconnect kar dega. Yeh mera product order I'd hai od**************. Agar apko product koi lena hai amazon is best.

The concern raised with CC by chat (option to call, mail to Customer care has been removed by the Firm in the name of Covid Care response) since 3rd of this month has not yielded any result, in fact there is no response at all. The review and rating I have raised in review section of Flipkart has been Flagged (does not fully conform to our internal guidelines). The Firm is only postponing the issue without any resolution. This Kind of behavior is not expected from the firm that too for old customer like me.
