OrderNo. OD**************. For Charmis Deep Nourishing Cold Cream VITAMIN A, C, E (4N x 58ml) (232 ml) which has been marked delivered to me in status, has not been delivered to me till date. The concern raised with CC by chat (option to call, mail to Customer care has been removed by the Firm in the name of Covid Care response) since 3rd of this month has not yielded any result, in fact there is no response at all. The review and rating I have raised in review section of Flipkart has been Flagged (does not fully conform to our internal guidelines). The Firm is only postponing the issue without any resolution. This Kind of behavior is not expected from the firm that too for old customer like me.
