My Recent experience with flipkart has been such that, that I am never buying anything from them. The customer care tells you they will call u back for the issue and after few days they will close the ticket saying customer was not reachable. I have spoken to atleast 30 cutomer care executives who say that we have taken your complaint and then never come back.

My experience with other sites was so amazing, they were responsive and took care of the raised issues without me following up or reaching out. After seeing this drastic service experience when I also recently had to buy Iphone which was available on flipkart and not on other website, I made sure that I do not buy it on flipkart and waited to be available on other website.
I am Glad that I took that call because my issues for other products are still not resolved with flipkart.

I have purchased Marq AC from Flipkart. They have delivered manufacturing defective product. After many complaints also they are not yet resolved my issue since 1 month.

Guys, 1 request to you please don't purchase any electronic item from Flipkart.
You will not get any service.

Worst service from them. Better go for Amazon or shop.

I ordered a phone which was supposed to have made in india as per their product page information which I have a screen shot, but what I received was a product made in china as per the box, and they also accept in the call that it's their mistake, worst thing all these customer care representative are just zombies and dumbos, they dosent know any information more than what it's available with us already, i dont know why they should exist.
What flipkart has done is unethical, fraud, cheating and dealing with me without any humanity.
For the last 23 days and with 55 repeated messages and with 10 phone calls, I have been fighting with flipkart for an issue for which till date no updates, no resolution or not even a courtesy call, but cheap attitude, they keep closing down the issue without any updates.
So what happens, if you don't reopen the issue in 24 hrs they gets resolved and lost, so they have been cheating me like this by keep closing the issue without any resolution for more than 30 times in 20 days, so every time they close it I'll have to check randomly to see if my complaint is live, and as anticipated these frauds would mark by issue as resolved without resolving.

Moreover every time you call, your resolution date will be extended by 3 more days.
In short no resolution, no updates, no clarity, and response altogether.

But this unethical and fraud acts of them are continuing big time and they haven't been banned yet.

They are cheaters..

I will take away that one star as well that I gave here. It's the worst worst website to buy from. We made a mistake of buying from them. Made to wait for 20 days for product to come. On 21st day. We were told we have to made 10 more days and refund can't be processed. We are now taking them to consumer court. We were really harassed all this while, it was a gift. We had a plan to move out of town but here we are stuck because of them. No resolution at all. Save your self. Don't buy from flipkart. Use Amazon plz.

I Placed an order OD************** for study table. Original Delivery date is Jun 30th while on June 30th it is revised to 5th July. Next Revision is on July 4th and it is shifted to July 9th. When i call Customer care and asked for refund then they said sorry we cann't do it. When i asked them to transfer call to next escalation level they said we cann't connect with Senior. On The other hand Amazon take every escalation seriously while filpkart is not bothered about customer experience and they simply take money and not provide resolution.

FLIPKART SEND ME A MAIL TO PROVIDE FULL IMAGES OF THE PRODUCT, PROOF OF IDENTITY, I PROVEDED ALL THIS DETAILS WITH ATTACH A FILE ON THE MAIL 4 TIMES BUT THEY SEND ME MAIL AGAIN & AGAIN TO PROVIDE YOU PROFF OF IDENTITY, FLIPKART BOTHERING ME SO MUCH & MENTALLY HARASSED

Flipkart cheats its customer. First they gave me a faulty TV in exchange for my Television (good and running) and now when the TV which was installed 2 days back has been found to be faulty, they are offering me a gift card of 1000 from Flipkart in place of my old tv... I mean seriously. Flipkart team do you take drugs?

I want my Sony Bravio TV back in original condition. You are trying to give me 1000 INR gift coupon for my TV... seriously? Stop fooling customers. Your cheating will not work this time. I will go to any extent if needed. If you dont have any quality check on the products that you sell, better sell it to AMAZON or likes and go HOME.

You offer me a 3 years warranty of 1450 INR through JEEVS Bangalore and that too is fraud as when I checked the website for repair, it shows it doesnot offer repair as a service, only installation. How many time can you do FRAUD. I hope you undestand the law of the land and you can be penalized for this ruckus that you have created.

Stop being a FRAUDKART

I had purchased a Motorola TV which was delivered on 02 Jun... however installed on 08 Jun after reminders. The product was found defective and complaint raised on 09 Jun 2020. However till date 29 Jun 2020, the issue remains unresolved. The Flipkart & Jeeves(Tech Support) are playing a ball game.
One thing I must especially mention that the services are absolutely crap. Despite reminders we have neither received a call back nor do they provide any mail ID or Tel No to escalate the issue.

On calling upon the engineer says... he is clueless...

If you wish to land in such clueless situation then only buy from flipkart else... choose some other alternate

Took one moth to take an order for a phone, no option to make online payment other than choosing COD, Logestic lied for delivery attempt, no one even called for delivery attempt. I kept asking where is my order, third day Delivery boy says he wont take cash. I wanted to speak to supervisor no one contacted me even a single time, no one gave me option to make payment and finally order was cancelled saying 3 times attempt was done. Three days all my efforts, no one called me a single time. Flipkart support keep disconnecting my calls every time. Useless support, pathetic company who has no value of customers.

Why you guys are doing froud with as I order a product you guys give me empty box you guys blocked my account as well I don't know what is happening you guys are not giving me proper reply not unlocking my account and till now there is no progress I want my product otherwise give my money back otherwise I will do police complaint and will go consumers court and I will post this complete issue in social media everything you guys are not taking my call no one is giving me solution there is anything who can help me out otherwise you all guys are froud and flipkart is a respected brand this is very bad I will post this think in also social media I want solution I don't know anything just unblock my account and give me refund a my product, as per your dissociation if you guys want any identification I am ready for that also I want my product that's it do the need full.

Please don't buy any expensive products from flipkart. On the name of extra charging on services through so called jeeves, they never provide any Services and replacement. By chance you received the products then you can't do anything because they will never answer you on mail and their customer executives will never help. On the name of indian company they are doing their business by making fool of cosumer.

Hi i ordered a laptop dell ******* on 26th received on 29th, paying cash as there credit card machine was spoiled, But it was waste of money as new laptop came with spoiled battery, They dont check there products or are selling spoiled items fooling people have on the same day put for redund which futher has no productivity responce by both from dell also and frm flipkart also, Never will i order from flipkart is these way is there customer service
