Their courier partners are thieve and lazy fraudsters. They will keep cancelling your order by their will and deny to reach your address. Flipkart is not doing anything about their delivery partner even if I complained a lot about them. But for cheap rate and cheap service flipkart keep using them
I had ordered 10 Mysore sandal soap of 75 gsm. I paid Rs 644 when I received the soap I found that MRP rates were erased. I got suspicious and checked the rate from net and found the rate to be Rs 38 per piece the total cost would have been 380 and not Rs 644
Return policy is pathetic. One of the item was missing in my order. They neither gave me my money back nor return that product. After so many tries I finally uninstalled this app..
Its been 3 years that i am using Flipkart and since then i was never satisfied whenever i had faced any issue with the items delivered and sad to say situation is still the same or may i can say it is becoming more worse now.

I have bought Redmi note 7 pro from flipkart on June 2019. But since 11 months I am able to use it for six months. And still today also it is faulty. I am terribly unsatisfied with flipcart products. And above all flipcart doesn't help you at all.

Very bad experience Flipkart is giving wrong product, they send the wrong and defective product to customers.
We ordered television 2 months back, we paid the full amount for that. We can understand that during lockdown period any company can not deliver the product. But after Permitting the e-commerce services Flipkart people has confirmed the shipment and delivery date through a message, but nothing is materialised. When I was trying to contact the customer care over phone they are disconnecting the call. And they never respond for our mails. Pl pl don't trust Flipkart.
From my experience, the product quality was not good. Not Happy! Expected a good product but 2 times my experience was very unsatisfactory

I purchased a computer table in February 2020 using my credit card, becuase of the lockdown it was delayed, this is totally understandable. I checked my order on flipkart to see when the order would reach me, it was shown that it was in the way and also informed that it would be delayed because of lockdown. However after 2 months when i didnt get my order, i didnt mind and went ahead with cancellation of my order and asked for a refund. Then i was told that the seller didnt receive my money and was told to check with the bank. On my part i checked my credit card details where i found that i was charged for the table. I informed flipkart customer service but i waas told the same thing again that the seller didnt receive the money which is completely false, because my order was already in the way and if he didnt receive the money then why would he dispatch the order and why would flipkart inform me when i decided to cancel the order. They should have notified me on the day i placed the order. They just kept saying that there is nothing they can do and put my issue as resolved. Its very shameful how they fix the issues which clearly needs fixing on their side, but instead just dump everything on the customer. I am going for amazon which clearly takes care of their customers. I recommend the rest of the world to do the same.
Got very bad product. I immediately threw it. There was very bad smell from the product is Poha & Murmura.

During lockdown i ordered mobile. My ordered reached to nearest hub on 6th may. As per govt notication till 9th may it was permitted to supply non essential goods. But they have still not delivered. On 18th may please visit Amazon site they are showing we are delivering non essential in pincode *******. Then why can't Flipkart fo the same. They r also offering some good think we can even collect from nearest hub with showing proper identity. Flipkart should also try this. It is very bad part from Flipkart service

Ordered a phone and it got rescheduled to be delivered for 7 more days. As I customer no one would wait but I had to because the phone was only available for sale on flipkart. Their ekart logistics is to pathetic and incompetent, the phone reached the nearest hub and then was dispatched again as they did not want to deliver my Product on that date so they dispatched it again, I am so pissed off and really annoyed with flipkart.

They have delivered only one and after continuous follow they are not refunding Money
