Even though I have a Plus membership, I don't recommend to use it. Deliveries are turtle slow. Concept of coins is a trick to keep you in maze. You can be banned from their Game Zone at their will. No doubt it has received chinese parents.
The main reason we shop on Flipkart (or Amazon, etc) is so that, if there's a problem, we have an unbiased party that can mediate. After all, most sellers do have their own websites.
Unfortunately, Flipkart is quite useless when it comes to resolving problems. Any idiot can sell; the quality of a vendor is revealed when there's an issue with the sale, right?
In my case, a 53K treadmill proved defective (and fraudulent); I highlighted the issue to Flipkart within 3 days, but Flipkart couldn't/didn't help; now, I am stuck with the product.
Equally bad, or possibly worse, is the customer service on Flipkart that one has to navigate in such cases. I don't think the reps are dumb. More likely, either management directives are confused, or software the reps are provided with is poor -- one keeps getting repeated requests for information already provided. In my case, I have probably received over 25 emails, all quite meaningless ("We realize the importance of the issue... blah, blah, blah." We would like to thank you for your patience... blah, blah, blah."). Calling on the telephone is even worse; I, normally a very polite person :), usually end up losing my temper with the idiocy that I encounter.
I really wanted to encourage an Indian operation, but it must be worth encouraging. I've switched back to Amazon.
Flipkart is the first fraud company ever seen, worst service providing by Flipkart. They are big cheaters, they providing 3rd class material, if you return this 3rd class material they blocked your account.

I have ordered a Bata brand canvas loafer which has a MRP of 249 but they billed me 410 which too high. Even if they take a delivery charge it should not be more than 300. I am very disappointed in the way they did this and i feel cheated.

I have to buy lahanga choli on flipkart, they delivered product at my door step but the product quality is not good as I aspect that is why I want to return it but they didn't picked up package. Recently I bought a pair of Lee Cooper shoes and on opening the box I found them to be a size smaller. I at once made a return request but return was denied because price tag was missing. Lei me tell there was no price tag in the box or attached to the shoe when I opened the box! There was only a price and product info sticker on side of the box. I spoke to four employees of Flipkart but they made me feel like I was lying about the price tag not being there.
When I was invited to review the product and wrote my review, Flipkart did not publish it, can you believe it! They don't give a damn for the customer. Following is my review on Flipkart which they did not publish online.

Put in a request for return, courier boy turned in and said he can't take the shoes back because the price tag is missing. I explained to him that the price tag was not there in the first place. It only had the brand tag and genuine leather logo in a plastic string on the shoe. He asked me to raise a complaint with Flipkart.
I called Flipkart and told them I want to return my shoes. I was told the price tag has to be there and it was there in the box and checked by Packers before shipping. I replied I did not find any price tag in the box but there is a sticker with price, model, size and bar code on side of the shoe box. But the cs rep declined to return it and the matter was escalated to a team'.
During the next few days got 3 calls from the team and they said the same thing.
I understand the policy that price tag has to be there, but couldn't the seller have made a mistake and missed packing the price tag with the shoe? I got the feeling that Flipkart meant to say I am lying, that the price tag was there as stated by the seller! Ridiculous, probably the seller wants to clear inventory and comes up with such excuses to not return the product. Seller probably has a policy of once out never in! Lol
Looks like Flipkart has grown so big that it no longer cares for customer satisfaction. My money is down the drain and Flipkart lost a customer.

I purchased a mobile Samsung S9 plus through fipkart. And I send it to Australia. Once they insert the SIM card it says. Network locked sim card. I really disappointed with that. No where it's mentioned that only Indian SIM card to be inserted while ordering. This is my request to all customers that do not by any electronic items through Flipkart..

Using Flipkart since long, but first time service goes worst to worst... no one taking ownership to solve costomer problem... blem on delivery guy... even they don't give the delivery guy details... only apologise and asked to wait... you don't believe promise date of delivery of 24th. Pathetic service from flipkart worst customer care of flipkart and whirlpool both... Refrigerator not installed after 25 days of delivery... Never buy this product and never ever buy anything from flipkart.
I have bought the product in exchange offer with my good working condition smaller size refrigerator but when they come to deliver the refrigerator they denied to exchange and demand for extra money, i refuse to pay them that time i called to customer care and they gave me assurance that it will get deliver in couple of days and do the exchange but again the courier partner denied to do the exchange i have ask him the reason for not exchanging the product he told me that the seller will not take the exchange and he asked me for extra money then i called to flipkart customer service they are also unable to give any specific reason for denying the exchange, they told me that they dont know the reason for not exchanging but they can not do the exchange and they also asked me to pay more money for delivering the refrigerator then i pay them some extra money for the delivery of that refrigerator.
After the delivery its almost 25 days past but nobody has come for the demo and installation of the refrigerator. I have called more than 15 times to flipkart and whirlpool for the installation every time they say that technician will visit in one or two days but nobody has visited us yet. Some times they disconnected the call and some of their customer care executive does not behave in a right manner.
I have tried to return the refrigerator on flipkart but they rejected my return request without any valid reason.

Cheating and breach of trust
Don't ever purchase electronic items from flipkar. My brother purchased MI 8 mobile. It was mentioned that in case of any defect the mobile will be replaced within 10 days of delivery. Mobile was not working properly as motherboard had some problem as per MI service centre. He requested for replacement after 3-4 days. A person from flipkart came but refused to take back mobile. Complaint was made to flipkart, again person was sent but refused to take back the mobile, again same thing happened. Ultimately legal notice was sent. Thereafter they changed the mobile but in reply they stated they don't own any duty towards customers in view of certain clause. They are taking contradictory stand. On one hand they deal like agent of supplier, they themselves refused to take back the mobile, on the otherhand they say they are just middle man for supplying goods. Don't believe flipkart that they will support you in case of delivery of damaged goods. They try to cheat you by suppying cheap goods and then brushing aside their responsibility.
