My order ID of Purchase is OD**************.
I bought a new phone from Flipkart on (22 Jan 2020) and as per their technician said I get refurnised phone in the name of their GREAT INDIA SALE. For me my new phone is not working. And after raising complaint for their defective phone. For 10-12 days they say wait we will solve your problem, and keep tell their trouble shooting steps for 2 days. When I tell problem is still same. Then said our technician will visit and check, after 2 time technician visit I still facing the touch issue in my phone but they say it's working fine as per our technician feedback. And the technician said I can't do anything you got solution from flipkart. And flipkart said if technician approve then we do something. They people want to put things on others head. Not want to do anything their own. And after 15 days (5. Feb. 2020) one executive call me and said Visit service center and if they provide DOA we will provide you replacement. If that was the solution then why don't this silly peoples tell me on the first day. I waited for 12-13 days to hear this nonsense after paying them money to get a faulty phone. According to my experience, Flipkart is the cheapest company I know of who manipulates their customers. You people never care about your customers. Very poor customer care, they have no manners and are very rude. Always said that we are here to help you, but you just keep irritating and manipulate the customer. Does not routinely take the same corrective action. I would suggest to all my known people to never buy a single thing from Flipkart as it is a very bad online fake service provider.

I ordered Realme XT (6GB RAM, Pearl white) on 1st October during big billion day by exchanging my old Lenovo K3 note and I received the product on 4th October. But they sent me Realme XT (4GB RAM, Pearl blue). I repeatedly made request by calling the customer support and through emails to either replace or refund the product but your representative didn't take the matter seriously. They keep on increasing the timeline upto 1 month and after that, they confidently said that the product can't be replaced or refund. Because of the ignorance of the seller, even after the availability of the product in the store the replacement is rejected. During this whole month, I feel that Flipkart intentionally support the seller instead of taking any legal action.to hide their fault, the seller intentionally kept the request on hold so that the customer could not get the replacement or refund. The customer support even processed the wrong reason due to which the request got canceled and I had to suffer by losing my money. Now they refuse to take any request to resolve the issue. In reality, there is no return option in Flipkart it's just a trap to loot the customers. They will trap you in the cycle of replacement or refund and harass until you gave up. In this way they make money. Amazon is far more better than Flipkart. If you want harassment then go for Flipkart and if you want peace choose other.

I'M TIRED OF LISTENING THIS USELESS & MEANINGLESS SORRY OF YOURS & ALSO TIRED OF READING THIS WORTHLESS MESSAGE. IT IS DOING NOTHING BUT JUST WASTING MY TIME. & HAS ALREADY WASTED MY MONEY & EFFORTS. THIS KIND OF WORTHLESS & NEGLIGIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR IS HIGHLY BEYOND TOLERANCE. I HAVE ALREADY RAISED A COMPLAINT & CHARGED COMPENSATION AGAINST FLIPKART AT CONSUMER COURT THANE. NOW YOU WAIT & WATCH. IF MY MONEY DOESNT GETS REFUND BY 5-7th NOV I'LL BE TAKING ALL THIS MATTER, THE CONVERSATIONS, THE RECORDINGS & THE MAILS IBN LOKMAT & MAHARASTHRA MAZA OF HOW THE FLIPKART HAS BEEN UNABLE & INCAPABLE OF RESOLVING A SINLE SMALL ISSUE. & HOW THE CUSTOMER CARE HAVE THE UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE OF TALKING TOWARDS THE CLIENT. I FEEL REGRET TO SHOP WITH USELESS ONLINE FLIPKART. VERY MUCH THANK YOU.
