I have been a regular customer of Flipkart for atleast 8 years now. Have bought lot of stuff from them time to time. Recently during the August sales, I bought a HP printer from them along with a lot of other things. While the rest of the things were fine; in the printer, the power chord was missing. I raised the issue on 19th aug and they promised to resolve by 22nd. So I kept waiting but no information was received. Then we called agon on 23rd and they said they will resolve it by end of day. 23rd also passed. When we spoke to customer care guy, he said now the issue will take another 2 days. One day again has passed but still now information.
I had some of the rupees in Flipkart and I was not able to redeem them. So I called Flipkart and the guy who was helping me asked for my CVV number of the debit card. After talking to his senior about he asking my CVV number, he said Some of our employees does that. They are not reliable.
Flipkart not complete his policy. I have purchase vu 4k tv with his 2 year extended warranty. I complain my tv issue to flipkart and his warranty partner from 1st week of June to till date. But not solved my problem.

I have ordered Asus laptop from flipkart and believe the customer service is worst and really disappointing, the package was supposed to deliver on 11th of August and from that day until yesterday there wasn't any appropriate response, hence, I cancel the order.
I came to know that the package was lying near to my location and I don't understand why they couldn't deliver me the package,. Whenever I spoke with customer service agent they reply me wait for some more time.

I have got the treadmil and recived it is 4 days and use is very excellent and so such packing is very good. Diet plan I have got and very nice daywise. Today's training sesession was good and trainer guide me good.

Stay away from Flipkart and avoid buying as thier customer service team sucks... Amazon is far better or i would say the best when it comes to buying and ease of business. I had ordered a chimney from Flipkart and to my surprise it was faulty and the within 2 days I had complained and requested to return since than thier team just close the issue stating resolved without even checking the comments or trying to understand the issue. I think they are just robots who try to maintain thier SLA. Every time you complained they don't respond upto 3 days and post that they will simply close the ticket stating issue resolved. I have been chasing thier team since last 2 months now... Avoid buying any product as its a nightmare to get support post sales. I really doubt if they have any senior manager who actually monitors or just college boys handling the customer service.
Don't trust this Flipkart. They will promise one date to deliver the order. But they not. I have ordered one washing machine and fridge they kept postponing for 3 times. I was waiting and each time when I called customer service executive they kept giving me fake promises that it will come in next day. Each and every executives were on different statement.One person was giving promise on one thing and other person on other thing. They were giving wrong information.and after all those efforts, they themself cancelled stating that customer is not available at place, without my notification or confirmation. I was speaking to a executive and he was promising me to deliver the order after 3 min when I checked the app, it was showing as cancelled! I ordered refrigerator and have not delivered yet and when I call the contact number of delivery guy (team)which Flipkart has given, they are receiving or responding. I had called so many times when I had the experience of my previous order, but they received promising me that they will call back. But I guess they will call back after one year. After so many try, again one of the executive received and he told he will call back as the order has arrived in a wrong ekart team! Now they are not receiving as expected. I had some important plan for the next day but we have to postpone all our planes everyday and keep waiting for a order. Really very very bad *******@flipkart. Dont trust
I placed an oder on 6th august and they gave me delivery oder date is 9th august. There are more then 5 days but still I am waiting for my order.
They are not giving any reply also.

Very bad service by flipkart and all staff members yet my products not slove. Fack resolution by flipkart staff.
Below is my products details.
Its been 14 days our product is not returned.We ordered samsung AC form flipkart worth Rs *******.The product reached us 22 of July and the AC was having cooling issue.We requested a return on 27 and they give us date of 31 july for technician visit. Till now 8 of august technician has not visited us. They give another state technician no. So he was obviously not coming they keep on wasting the time. Worst return policy our product is not returned yet i think during winters they gonna return it. Kindly don't buy electronic products from flipkart.
My below complaint case regarding N95 masks is just closed without any solution. They just marked it as SOLVED. This is really suicidal for Flipkart and only harm Flipkart. With such unprofessional attitude and unethical business practices how flipkart will survive? Flipkart will always remain a local company without any business ethics that can never ever match the higher standard same as AMAZON. I also had one issue with Amazon but they solved it even before becoming an issue in only one chat. Why should we order on Flipkart henceforth? With my ongoing issue and after going through so many cases on customer care portal I am wondering why did I place even a single order to such an unethical/unprofessional company. Sorry Flipkart. BYE BYE. I am not so stupid that I will ever order anything on Flipkart. Mark my words you will not survive with this attitude in long run.

I ordered Venus V4400 N95 masks(NIOSH approved) on 2nd July. The Order ID is OD[protected]. They delivered fake KN95 maks(Not from any approved manufacturer with CE/FDA/ NIOSH). They are similar to KN95 (Not even authentic KN95) not Venus V4400 N95 respirators(NIOSH approved)'
I have bought a Dell laptop battery and its more than 15 days they haven't deliver it. Initially they have promised to deliver in 7 days and then they keep on changing deliver date.

Flipcart- Although I am pretty satisfied with your products but the delivery charge is too much.
On other shopping portal they don't charge beyond purchase of 250 or above.
That too even on bulk purchase of 3000 & above -you are charging delivery cost for every single product.
Don't buy anything from Flipkart nie. It used to be great for online purchase. Of late the service is horrible.
Last week we ordered a Motorola phone on sale at 13:00PM. Delivery was shown on 29th. As per tracking details it had reached the delivery node on 28th. But they didn't deliver on 29th. The status updated in their website to deliver on 30th and that status continued till 1st August. Now they say shipment is cancelled.
They are thugs! Looting people... faking the info on their products and the customer service is a cherry on top... worst... suckers
