I order studio hair brush & L'Oreal proffessional series, I received the parcel after 15 days of my order placed, when I opened the parcel I didnt received horible products which I never ever order, After that Forward it for replacement for twice it's get cancelled by their side for the reason given stock not available, but still the time I didn't received my refund nor any communication by customer care services keeps my call on holding

Flipkart gives us a worst service don't buy any electronic goods in Flipkart because they don't deliver it and the customer support has answer for the product delivery I have ordered a AC on 2nd September 2020 delivery date was on 3rd September but still it is not delivered and when I ask the customer care support they don't have any update and saying that to wait that we don't have any update this is the worst service I had

I faced while ordering front load washing machine, on March 18 2020, and during lockdown the product was not delivered, even after canceling the product on Apr13,2020, flipkart assured they will return amount on 23 apr, 2020, but from my transaction I don't even have a details even i checked with HDFC bank, it was not an issue with bank, but flipkart ignoring me since 2 years where they are not accepting that they done mistake, even they didn't return anyamount back to bank, I was tottaly frustrated about flipkart even I am a regular customer, why our indian startup Flipkart is ignoring our customer, I lost *******/- what other common people will face? I order (Ek Do Dhai Whiskey For All All - set of 4 glasses) to gift my friend from Flipkart, I just received this product today from Ek Do Dhai dealer and one of the 4 glasses is broken, I called the customer service at flipkart for an exchange, but as the system is not working I am told to wait for 2 hrs just to apply for an exchange
If its a fragile product why isn't it packed properly. I wanted to gift my friend, and Its delayed so much, and I don't know if i'm gonna receive this exchange or not, and if I get it when will I get my product. Flipkart says 24x7 customer service, yes they immediately answer the phone but no help as I need to wait for 2 hrs to know when will I get my product.

Will never order essential services from them. Horrible experience. I had ordered a whirlpool fridge of 300 liters. After checking other sites. No price difference, the delivery was most attractive in one day. 29th April. I believed that and fell into the trap. Got ready in these covid times to keep my new fridge but in vain. After a day of anxious wait. I got a message product in delivery hub, but the delivery will happen on 5th May. I raised an issue. That attracted very sweet calling employees who kept apologizing and asking for feedback. The words are not of any use if the promises not fulfilled. I gave them a chance and decided to wait till 5th may. The message promptly came wait till 6th. Gave them one more chance and I get the message wait this 7th may. I was left with no option but to cancel, and feel cheated. When I cancelled it said we will deliver by 9th May! Are they playing the fool here.? My money is stuck with and wait to receive it now. If you are ok to wait endlessly with no value for money or time. Only then buy from them. Its never again for me. Just hope to receive my money back
I have ordered table on Oct 3 Rd today it's 21 St on 10 th of oct it's showing delivered to me but that was not real scenario i have contacted coustomer care but there is no proper tracking details with them it's almost 20 days still they don't know the solution if a goods or thing is dispatched from seller each and every details be tracked but iam wondered with Flipkart even they don't have such details for this issue iam just gonna wait for 26 th Oct and iam going to file case on Flipkart in consumer court I'll get my all the money with the intrest soon and iam going to make this issue highly rated for Flipkart, guys iam requesting to solve this issue soon if not be ready with consiquences

But Flipkart has no easy returns.
They are lying. Afyer few returns They block your account. And afer that no activation of account.and the order you have placed and received will not returned or entertained by the Flipkart. So basically they are trying to make fool to the buyers. THATS WHY AMAZON IS BEST. FLIPKART IS CHEATER.
Order # OD**************, placed on 23rd Oct-22 for two Malabar Gold and Diamonds Gold Pendant JWPD041_Y 22kt Yellow Gold Pendant costing Rs. 5052 (for 2 pieces). Post order delivery date was given, 27th Nov-22, which itself was too late (more than 40 Days). Later order was not delivered on 27th Nov, and they changed delivery to 04th Dec. And at a sudden on 28th Nov, they canceled the order stating it is out of stock.
However, the same item is available on the Flipkart page for a higher price of Rs 5916 (for 2 pieces). They are simply cheating people, by clickbait and holding our money for months, and then simply canceling the order. It's plain cheating common people. Flipkart has been doing this kind of scam to public.
Pathetic customer care department, horrible service. Numerous such orders were cancelled in Diwali sale also. Their license should be suspended for cheating common people.
