I booked a flight from SJD to LAS Yesterday off the internet. I then went into try to make a change as I discovered somehow the destination were wrong. I was charged the full amount and when I contacted them by phone to discuss the situation the operator told me the flight had been cancelled by Delta Airlines. After been put on hold and switched from operator to operator for just over and hour at my expense as the toll free # does not work from Mexico.
I then was told I could rebook the flight to the same destination however the fare tripled in price. I then placed a call into Delta to find the flight 5725 is in fact still scheduled departure. When I asked about a refund they told me if approved I would have to wait 10-14 bus days.
This is my last and final time with flighthub. I got no help from flighthub at all. Whenever I called them all the employee just gave me different information and for that I ended up paying more money. What I really think flighthub does not think about customers, they just know how to take extra money from customer's pocket. I will never recommend any of my friend to book their flight from flighthub.
The call experiences are horrible as they donot have any change privileges or cancllation policy. Even I paid extended insurance 19.99, it is not clear that I can only cancel before same day midnight. The customer service was rude and harsh by someone called "snow" as she was telling me off...
I brought the ticket on Jun 19, they did cancel me three time, keep on said, the air line not confirm my booking, so that why cancel, I did buy on next day, they did try to me bill over $150 more than on Jun 19 and less than 1 min did confirm on Jun 20, and on Jun 21, the ticket fee lower than Jun 19, I try to call them ask why, if you said, unfortunately, this is out of our your control as tickets fares fluctuate daily. I did try to buy 4 time, only the most higher ticket fares can accept, cheaper fare did not been confirmed by the airline, out of our control as tickets fares fluctuate daily, very disappointing

I did check the same ticket and Routing today, only need to pay, 1,549.84 CAD, how come on the Jun 20, I need to pay $1545. 44 CAD, show Only 6 seats left!
Great Website Experience - Awful Call in Experience
The site is easy, prices are amazing, offers are great, payment process is super fast!
But - your transaction better be straightforward, your trip better run smooth and for heavens sake don't call them or have any questions, since their actual customer service support is garbage.
I had one question - just one- "could we upgrade our ticket". The customer service rep i spoke to had the worst grasp of the English language, the call center was super noisy and it took me a full 10 minutes to explain what I wanted only to have her answer something that I did not ask- clueless - and almost cancelled our tickets on us - seriously FlightHub? Stop using Indian call centers to handle your customers.
So buyer beware - customer service is abysmal.
The website is not accurate I had to learn 4h before my flight that it was canceled I had to buy another ticket the same day 500 more than what I played. Poor customer service
Due to a family emergency, I had to book an international flight from the US to Italy for my wife. First of all, Flighthub had the best rates of all the usual goto online sites. I purchased a ticket with takeoff 2 days later. Fortunately I opted to purchase the 24 hr flight cancellation insurance for less than $20. Sure enough, due to a delay in the delivery of her passport, the following day I ended up having to cancel the flight. Flighthub honored the insurance and issued a full refund, despite the airline would have not refunded tickets purchased at that rate. With less than $20 I saved $1164. I asked Flighthub to call AMEX so they could release the hold on the pending transaction and they said they are not allowed to. But the refund was posted on my AMEX 3 days later. I purchased a new ticket 18 hours prior to takeoff and called customer service to let them know that I had not received the eticket. The operator kept on reading me a script that said that I would get it within 24 hours, albeit me telling her that that wasn't fast enough because my wife needed it in 18 hours. Once I realized that she was incapable of using her brain, I firmly asked to speak to a supervisor, who apologized and was truly phenomenal. He kept on physically going back and forth between his dept. and the ticketing dept. until my ticket was manually issued. So, apart from suggesting that they improve their customer service operators' training and that they change their policy that does not currently allow them to communicate the cancellation to the customer's bank/credit card so as to help rapidly release the hold on the funds, I had a positive experience. Certainly a reliable vendor.

I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE YOU FROM BOOKING WITH FLIGHTHUB. I have had several terrible experiences with them.
1. Their customer service is terrible. Expect to be told contradictory things each time you call from a variety of agents, and places on hold for ever.
2. They are not transparent with their transactions.
3. They charge extremely high cancellation fees/change fees ON TOP of the fees charged by the airline. This is what is perhaps the most dishonest. When you process a cancellation on their website, you are shown your total refund amount. It is not said that their 200/passenger fee (400 in my case because there were two passengers) will be deducted from your credit card, on top of them not refunding you the full amount. This is also done in several small charges to disguise what they are doing, making it harder to dispute. Because the airline charges you directly, there are many different moving pieces and it becomes very difficult for your credit card company to understand what you are trying to dispute.
Please save yourself the money, time and headache and do not book with flight hub. I wish I had read a review like this before booking with them.

I took a plane ticket through your website, it has months (Montreal to Casablanca line), just after the transaction on your website I see an error on my name entered on the ticket, this is not a typing error but the name and completely wrong after contacting your customer service, that I think it is relocated in India or in another world that reassures me, I wait hour after hour afterwards I exceed the time to cancel the ticket and ask me to pay to cancel my ticket, after days and days at the end a response from the companion who had to add a note on the system to allow me to fly quietly,
There are 10 days left for the flight, a friend is refused to board the plane for the same reason and with the same company Flighhub, I search the internet forums, it is a recurring problem of your company, to each time the name and entered differently than the entered, yesterday after informing your service that even with the note on the system I would have problems (following the confirmation of the service concerns the Montreal airport), your service informs me Finally Royal Air Morocco has agreed to change the ticket and it will be free but I have to pay the difference of the ticket!

Be very careful when booking with Flighthub. If you need to change your flight, they will scam you and once you call them to get any information they will play stupid.
I bought a flight and decided I need to cancel. The cancellation fee was $100+, however, I was assured the rest of the money would be given to me in flight credit to book another flight.
It was true, the rest of the money was given to me as fly credit towards my next flight purchase. However, the flights that I would purchase with my flight credit have the price up scaled.
This meant it was cheaper for me to book a completely new flight than use my flight credit. It was better off if I did not pay the cancellation fee for my flight and just did not show up.
I ended up getting scammed of the cancellation fee.

I got itinerary from flight hub E-ticket #*******334-35, departure from Seattle, WA to Juba, South Sudan on June 11,2019 so I took Alaska airlines flight 8 from Seattle to Newark NJ and Ethiopian Airline flight 509 from Newark to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia I arrived on June 12,2019 at 9:10 PM terminal 2 so I have layover 11h 50m on Addis, the airline gave us hotel outside the airport area call Water full hotel, when we get to the hotel there is guy his name is Mohmed on the reception of the hotel, he checked u to the hotel and get us room on the 6 floor, the guy has access to the room. After he put our luggage in to the room, we decides to go out for late dinner so we left the hotel. When we get back after two hours I want to bad because I have early flight to Juba. When I get to Juba I found out, I lost my company cellphone S8 and cash about 3000$ dollar, I think the guy in the hotel lobby has access to the room sold my money and cellphone, I tracked the cellphone from Juba the signal still in Addis I try to call the airline so many times but connection so bad in Juba. I reported the incidence to the airline duty manager on June 23 in my way back to US Flight 355. I need the airline return the stolen money 3000$ and cellphone value of 1000$.

Not only did FlightHub refuse to refund a ticket, when one of the airline carriers canceled and the flight home was still in place (according to their policy, they are responsible for a return ticket booked through them), but the air carrier that canceled refunded someone's random Mastercard and said it was to FlightHub. I have yet to see my money. My credit card company indicated that they have received many complaints.
Slightly over 2 months ago I spent over $2500 on plane tickets with Flight Hub. Shortly after purchasing I was told they had cancelled my flight and would return the money within 10 working days. I called Flight Hub the day before flight they had cancelled to clarify, and was assured that I would get my money back. This was never returned and after two months of getting my bank involved have given up hope. If you are, or have any friends who want to purchase flight tickets soon please do not use Flight Hub.

I purchased a ticket from Winnipeg to Montreal back and forth almost 1000$. I called to modify the dates because I did surgery and I wasn't well recovered... They told me if I choose to modify the dates I will lose all my money and that I have to purchase a new one. I tried to talk to the supervisor, he didn't do anything to help me plus he was supporting the agent to whom I spoke first. He was so rude and he hung up the phone on me. I felt so insulted and almost cried. I feel I have been scammed.
I used to always book with Expedia and they were the best of the best. This is my first and last one with FlightHub. Please, people, be aware of this.
Today I had an unsatisfactory dealing with FlightHub. I am a Canadian, booking from Canada on a Canadian airline from one Canadian city to another Canadian city and would expect to be dealing in Canadian funds. Let me be clear: I am NOT UNHAPPY about the price of the flight. Rather, this is a general complaint about websites, FlightHub included, that are not transparent enough about the currency in which their prices are quoted. While some have an option to switch from US to Canadian currency, the choice is not given to you in an obvious way. For example, FlightHub (flighthub.com) has a little US flag in the top right hand corner of its site, but it is small and easily missed. Others have some notification in the 'terms and conditions' or in similarly obscure locations or in very small print (reservations.com). Other sites have no indication. (profusionshops.com) - I had to email them to ask. Again, I'm not upset by the price I received from FlightHub. I just want to know what currency I'm dealing with because I have both a USD credit card and a CD card and would like to use the one that relates to the currency being charged so that I am not paying a transaction fee to the banks. Today, I called FlightHub within minutes of the transaction being completed to see if I could change the card - possible only if I cancelled the reservation, which would trigger a penalty. In this day of global companies and digital communications, I would ask that companies give their customers clarity with regard to the currency being displayed.
I spoke with 3 separate customer service agents on separate days to refund, change the dates, get a credit, or anything for a flight I could no longer make. Each agent told me different options and different prices, and the third agent took 15 minutes every time she put me on hold to look up flight information that would have been easily accessible. Finally she advised that I call the airline (who I was later told could not legally make any changes to the booking, or provide any credits), culminating in 3 hours of wasted time.
Would not book with them again.
They put the wrong name on my boarding pass, which is different than my passport. They refuse to change it. The airline says that Flight Hub has to change it. Flight Hub is telling me it will cost 1500 to change my boarding pass. THEY made the error. They put me on hold for 2 hours. I then tried to get another ticket, they said to would cost 3000 for that. They put me on hold for hours over the last 2 weeks. They told me that they would change the name for $150. So, they sent a confirmation... I check the boarding pass... THEY NEVER CHANGED IT. THEY LIED. Now, I'm stuck, trying to get home to Italy.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
