Check in agent was very rude and didnt explain the process very well. Some people are unfamiliar with flying, myself being one. With a family tragedy to deal with, plus the agent being rude, it was not nice to deal with.
Everything was laid out in an easy to read format. It was easy to navigate from one page to the next and to change flight options. It was user friendly right through to the payment and confirmation section. Will definitely use this site again!

I put my card info in and tried to book a flight for $256 round trip to Houston. After I hit the search button, it said there were No seats available for that price. But 1 seat was available for $1000. Me: WTH! So I quickly, closed out that window without booking, and something said, check your back account. I goes and check my card, and find out they charged my card for the seat. Which was $256.00 anyway. So when I called customer service they asked me for a booking number or confirmation number.
