This is the worst travel site I've ever dealt with. They place you on hold forever, only to always find an excuse as to why they can't accommodate your request. Today I was placed on hold for over an hour, and it seems like they were making up their policies as they went along! I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy!
Such a selfish and useless airline. Apart from flight cancellation charges they also deduct hundreds of dollars for providing no service and help. They dont even have direct contact with airlines in case of emergencies. They are simply advising to contact airlines. The refund amount they show in highlighted green is also false. They only specify their deduction in the bottom but does not notify the final refund amount. Cheap trick

My flight route got switched and when I called for assistance they said they can not do anything. I end up buying another ticket.

I just booked a flight through Flighthub, I always double check the names in the reservation to avoid any mistakes or typos, I did it this time before booking. Ten minutes after finished the booking I received my confirmation email and noticed that my middle name had a typo, less than half hour had passed after the booking and I called Flighthub to tell them my name had a typo and that they needed to change. The told me that they could do that but they needed to cancel my first itinerary, refund the money to my credit card, which could take up to 7 days for the money to be refunded, and they needed to go through the booking once again to correct my name, but in order to do that I needed to authorize a $75 service fee, which I didn't approve as I explained to the agent that I was sure my name was correct when I placed the booking, the agent said that he was verifying the transaction as they have records, and he confirmed that I had submitted my correct name but when someone entered the booking into the airlines system my middle name was misspelled. He transferred me to a different department and they said the same, and again wanted to charge me $75 to do the cancellation and rebooking, which I didn't agree with, and this time the lady said well you booked through the online application, therefore there is no human intervention and that I needed to pay the $75 to have a human to correct their own error. This was my first and last time booking through them.

I've been looking for weeks to book flight to Paris in August. I've attempted to book several times on other sites. By the time I enter in all my info and hit confirm, the price goes up by $4-500. Flight hub was seamless! Really took my anxiety away. Now we are booked and ready to plan our outfits.

Website is easy to use for booking. The booking process was very smooth. At my first booking, the price I was interested went up after I clicked purchase, which was disappointing. I was glad I found another booking though. Also, the cancellation policy was not very clear to me. After calling, I learnt that the cancellation protection was only for the first 24 hours of purchase, which was fine, but the website could've stated that to avoid confusing.
This was easy start to finish. I was rxcited abd screaming the whole time. You don't know how important this is for me and flight hub made it more than easy. Thanks so much. Ive already told people about this flight.
After watching the prices of my trip for a couple of weeks, I felt pressured to make a decision before prices rose or seats were taken. The price was no better or worse than other places we could have gone, but this site takes out some of the research steps and makes booking convenient. Still, you are hooped if you need to make changes or adjustments since the cheapest seats usually do not include those privileges.
Booked flight as price was increasing and showed only 3 seats left, looked later price had dropped $100 and still showed 3 seats available, called and was told would have to cancel pay $75 and rebook same flight, no other option this was after waiting over hour to speak to rep, looked on Pacific Coastal website no cancellation fee with 24 hrs booking, will never use FlightHub again

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
