The prices are cheaper the only thing is that you have to be fast enough otherwise the price you were looking for can go away in minuts.

Quick and easy to use Tickets printed out with no problems. Only issue is the 1-800 number doesn't work from my area but I didn't need it. I'm just more comfortable booking by phone than onlline.

Upon checking I found out that Flight hub has a hidden charges. I went to the Airline website and it is way cheaper to book a flight directly. I phoned the customer service but they are firm that they can not adjust the price because it is just a company policy. It is frustrating. Never Ever book your flight with Flight Hub...

I have booked many travels services over the net, yes it takes time and patience. But Flighthub?. Flighthub has been the most annoying and disappointing, bordering on dishonest experience I have had so far.
I searched for a return flight on line and ended up booking through Flighthub. After past trials and tribulations I am now wise and use a CC especially for travel purchases and only put the required amount plus a few bucks on the card. This is due to being over charged and ripped off in the past. I booked the flight, then got confirmation, then a notice saying the card had been declined. Rechecking the transaction on the message link they sent me I noticed they over charged me, and then charged for just one way. I called ( a long drawn out process, time consuming) the rep apologized and said it would be corrected. Then I got another email saying the new charge had been declined, I checked at the CC online and yes they tried to charge for the complete return flight plus the one way section, we are just south of a 775 bucks charge for a 500 buck flight I call and complain again, finding it very hard to understand the rep, but the jist of it was they were sorry for the mistake and would correct it. I said I just need the ticket at the agreed price you offered it to me for. That 3 hits on my card. Holy cow if they dont do the same thing again. I call the card issuer and as I am waiting in the phone music on hold line and email comes in to say that they have cancelled the ticket completely. This has wasted hours of my time and meant that at the end of the day they still have 266 bucks of real money that is mine and I don't have a ticket either... That's dishonest in my book. I filed a complaint with the CC issuer.

I was able to locate exactly what I wanted in a timely fashion. I was very pleased that I found a flight at the airport I wanted to depart from and arrive. I found the best times to leave and arrive both ways. The round trip airfare was also very reasonable.
How can you lie people? I bought the tickets few weeks ago and they must be Air Canada but NOT Air Canada rouge. I wanted to check the seats and then I found out that this is totally another company. Even in my first email with bought tickets it's not saying about '' rouge''. Now I can't change my flight after I planned my trip. I don't think it will be fun to fly from Seattle to Venice with two little kids with no entertainment and no space.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
