Agent was helpful and polite, but supervisor was rude, aggressive, and threatening. Supervisor felt it necessary to argue just to make a point.
No indication when I purchased the tickets that there would be additional charges for luggage. The only carry on allowed is a small personal bag, like a backpack. Cannot carry on a regular carry on bag. I found out about the carry-on policy after the airlines sent me info. This is an additional $50 ($25each way) because the fare offered and selected is a basic economy fare. Shame on you Flighthub! The fare is not a deal with the additional $50 charge.

First and last time customer.
They offered me the seats booking extra fees to make sure I will be sitting with my minor child daughter. Now I learn that They made me this pay this fee only to transfer my request to the airline I will be travelling on. They make it sounds like it's a guarantee you will be sitting with your child. No. You're paying for a message they will transfer to the airline company. This is a complete scam.
My other irritating point is that because I booked with flighthub, I cannot manage my booking or my online check in directly on the airline company website. FlightHub do not give a booking number allowing customer to go on the airline company and manage my flight directly on the company website. And because I cannot check in online, I have to present myself at the airport and do that over there instead of in the comfort of my home.
I will never be one of their customer again.
FlightHub staff respond to this please because your calling center ( twice) can't.

What usually proves stressful has with FLIGHT HUB made so effortlessly easy to say the least! The site is very user friendly, but most importantly I got the flights I wanted cheaper than other so called cheap fare websites!

I found the Flighthub site to be helpful and easy to navigate. They were able to provide me with the most cost effective option for our travel plans.
I was searching for flights for about six weeks from Philly to Nashville and I almost purchased one for 739 since the price had not dropped. Luck landed me on the site through a quick Google search and I found the exact same flight I was about to book for 310 dollars cheaper... This will be my go to site now.
1. I could not choose seats United would help me and you guys were great at making a request but cannot guarantee. All I wanted was three seats together with my 9 and 6 year as there traveling adult. No where did you state this seat selection issue until after I had processed my order. Besides the first guy at United was rude and I believe that is what made the situation worse.
2. I also can not have a carry on which is not specific flagged, I don't want to drag one on the plane but I have had my luggage lost so wanted a back up plan with all my meds.
Site worked great and saved almost 300 bucks. Who knew that buying flights direct from the airline would be that much more expensive.
I found the price I wanted and my departure and arrival times were perfect. I would use this site again.

I phoned and booked a return trip kelowna to palm springs, took 2 seconds for them to answer the phone for that to get the money. I was told I would have email right away with trip details... after just about 1 hr I tried phoning to tell them I didn't receive it. Well I could get any customer service, kept ringing. When I would use the number to book a trip they answered right away! But then say you have to talk to customer service! I said I have been on hold for hours, several times, they don't answer. I finally talked to a fella who told me where to go see my itineray, well when I saw it they got the date of return wrong! So now I am thinking he has not only wrote down the email address wrong, but the date is wrong too! When I finally talked to someone she pushed me to cancel flight instead of just correcting everything! By this time I wasn't trust g them anyway, so they said I would get my money back, but I had to pay 75.00, but when it was found out that this wasn't my it would be returned. So of course I knew it wasn't my fault, so reluctantly I let them take 75.00 off card, and with that I had to write a email to do an investigation. Well next thing I hear, and once again waiting on hold for hours! I'm now told that was a cancellation fee! I am so fed up with flighthub, they don't offer service, they make mistake after mistake, and they don't come clean, and do the right thing. I will now go to the better business Bureau and see what I can do! Don't book with flighthub unless you have nothing better to do than sit around on hold. And you just might loose some money too. Appears to be a non-usa-based website what with the international phone numbers, etc. Good experience will build confidence.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
