Disappointed

I will never book again here. I spent so much money and didn't get the right booking.
We pay extra dollars for our seat and got really surprised when we ride the plane we seat at the very back

Booked a flight to Vancouver May 16 *******@cost over $1000. Pilots had planned to strike and nobody could confirm anything. We cancelled the flights by pushing the cancel button on web site. Nothing happens so figured maybe somebody did something right. Spent a month trying to recover the Theft but all I got was being on hold for hours, speaking with people i could barely understand and then after doing all the work the insurance company doesnt not refund for non-attendance of a booking directly or indirectly associated with civil commotion; strikes...' among others. This company sucks! Walk before you have to deal with them.

Be warned, this is scam company! The air fair prices they cote are comparable. However, the price they charge on your credit card is different than the check out price they quote, $771 vs $777 in my case. Then on top of that, they separately charged my credit card another $126, which I didn't authorized. I tried numerous time to call them about it, but their automate answering menu selection is such that you can't get to speak to an agent.

Worst experience I have ever had. Booked a flight tickets with them and they canceled without any reson some times after even if received a confirmation email. Tried to book again the next day on their website and they were increasing the price every 5 min, even the agent I called was not able to help me book them. As soon we were close to finalize the process the agent was telling me that - "Sorry, but the tickets are 100 dollars more each one, after another 5 min he was like Ohh, tickets are now 300 dollars more each and so on". After 1.5 hours I had to stop the conversation as I was only losing my time no help received instead. After that I went to other website and book my tickets in 5 min just by my self without any issues. They definitely lost me as a client.I will try my best to avoid this company.

I hate this company. A fraud. I will sue them. Never use their website. I tried to reach their customer service 100 × and their " live chat" you need to wait 1h to get a reply :). They charged me 1000$+ by mistake. Their website notified me that the payment failed and they charged me many times for the payment.
They are useless. The agents are useless. Never book again with a travel agent, book with the airline itself.
Anw will sue this company, it's been 13 business days :). My name is Ali Yassine anw if you want to know. And everytime I talked with an agent I need to repeat my problem as if there is no coordination. For God sake! Stay away from this company!

Two legs flight Never got confirmation for second leg within 24 hours. Therefore Forced to Cancel: Uncertainy.
Charged to credit Trying to Get Refund 792.91. Unprofessional Customer Service with NO SERVICE. STRONGLY RECOMMEND DO NOT USE FLIGHT Been advised to hire an Attorney secondary, stress, damages, false and misleading information, inconvenience and the List will go On Repeat Do Not Use!

We purchased 5 international tickets on FlightHub and were charged 95 Euros per bag at check in.

FlightHub now claims that this was a discounted fair although there was no mention prior to purchase that this was discounted nor was it mentioned in the confirmation email. The confirmation email simply said "check baggage policy" of the airline's website (TAP Portugal) which explains you would get one piece of luggage per passenger for all international trips that are not "discounted".

None of us will ever use FlightHub again and will stop recommending it to friends and family.

Booking without confirmation

Fraudulent online airline service provider

FlightHub is a fraudulent online airline service provider.

1. On their website, there is an option to pay $19.99 after reserving the ticket, and you will have 24 hours to cancel the flight and receive a full refund. However, they do not refund your money, and this alternative is a scam. Say goodbye to your money when you click the payment button.

2. In addition to the ticket price difference, they charge you $200 for each adjustment on your ticket.

3. It is true that their website ticket price is slightly lower than those of other websites, but this is a trick for obtaining your money.

4. Simply searching the name of this company on Google will provide several complaints and signatures against them. It's unclear how they've managed to stay in business for so long.

5. I hope you aren't deceived by the stars above; none of them are real.

6.If you want to change your flight or change the date, apart from the 200 dollars they charge you, the proposed amount for the new ticket will definitely be higher than what you see on the website, at least 20 to 30% more expensive. When you ask why? No response.It means that the amounts shown on the website are cheaper for the new date. But they charge you again apart from the $200 service fee. They are scammers.

7.If you have a lot of money, you can give it to them, but don't look for cheap tickets and good service

Spent nearly 2 hrs to plan a trip to Europe with one of their agents over the phone, after going through all the process only to be told the flight no longer existed. Continued on to another flight they offered and after finalizing all the trip details for the items I selected (cancellation ins. Baggage ins. Seats reservation and so forth, taxes) for a round trip. He quoted me a price and I told him it was too expensive that I had seen the same trip for a better price. He then said to hold on and see what he could do. He returned and told me he would give me the same price that I had seen on line. Finally we agreed on a price and I repeated the price over 3 times to him to make sure he understood before he took my credit card details and then told me all was confirmed, after I then received an email with a new price that had gone up by approx. $400.00. Please note that previously to my booking I had read their cancellation policy on their site that I could cancel within 24 hrs. I booked at 7pm and called the next day early morning at around 8am only to be told the 24 hour timing was only till midnight on day of booking. So after speaking to the appropriate person I was told I was not allowed to cancel my booking (of only 12 hrs made previously) can you imagine. Also my seat reservation which they charged expensively to begin with was never booked for my return trip from Europe to my final destination. I also requested a wheel chair for my husband and they told me I would have to call the airline company directly. They could not add my points for the travel expenses to my Aeroplan account either but said they would try to apply it. I did check my Aeroplan account but nothing has been added. The person I spoke to after complaining to did manage to book my return seats on my return (free of charge) although they had charged me for generously already so cannot understand why she said it was free. So after this tiring and dramatizing adventure which lasted many hours it is needless to say l don't have confidence in them and I do not feel comfortable that all will go well for my upcoming trip. Very Very disappointed and I do not think I will ever deal with these people again.

I was not able to book the desire flight online after 3 different attempt and had to call them. They would give me a higher price from their website using an excuse that the prices had gone up and eventhough i would refresh the screen and the price was lower online. On my 3rd attempt, I insisted that the manager would hounour the price online in which the customer service said yes but ones the booking was almost completed he informed me that it had gone up $100 and that was beyond his control and that the manager would not be able to do anything about it. I cancelled and said that i will not deal with them anymore. They set you up to call them and use the excuse that the prices go up, Beware this is a scam and targeted to make you pay more for the fights that are offered online...wasted time of 2hrs

These are paid reviews fake one for this company.

To verify if this is true just try to cakl their phone number and you will see it. They will get your credit card number and tell you later that if you file a dispute with your bank because for sure you will not get a service that you booked they will charge your credit card again. Read their terms and conditions so My bank adviced me to change my card number. If this will happen please file a dispute with your bank and the bank will get your money back. Thanks

Warning: The very worst experience ever. Quick to take your money but won't give it back even if flight gets cancelled by the airline. NEVER book a flight through FlightHub. The Airline returned money to Flight Hub after they cancelled a flight they'd booked for me. However, FlightHub never gave me my money back after taking it from my credit card. Where I come from that is Stealing!

Awful Experience

I searched for a flight to YVR Vancouver, and their website search surfaced up a flight to Vancouver's neighbouring airport - Abbottsford. It was was labeled as Vancouver airport though and made no mention of Abbotsford. Flighthub refused to help me when I called their customer service. At the very least they should be taking my feedback and relabeling their website or improving the UX experience on their website. Awful business. Zero help, zero focus on customer satisfaction.

1. 24/7 customer support but you can't reach. Called many times and it was really disappointing and frustrating! Practically no customer service.
2. They charge cancellation fee even within 24 hrs while no one charges if you cancel within 24 hrs.

Please guys for your advice if trying to book at this website don't please they will scam mall hand working money. They can't change the day of your flight if your miss it please guys don't book from this airline I had an agent his name was Bryan I need help and all he did was laugh at me no help at all. I tried to book for family to come I don't any money with no help at all lose all my money. No one is giving me clearly information at all i wanted was to change the date of flight but no they cancelled my flight without my permission so I'm sue the company for this I didn't even receive a call or anything about the cancellation who ever own this company need to work with the team and help people not make fun of them. They people will scam you please don't book from here.
