It seems the only way I can reach his disgusting company is through bad reviews. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst experience ever. This company is a total scam. They offered to replace or refund my lost products however after my given response I have received no response from them. They have blanked me for days on end. You'll never catch me recommending this atrocious company to anyone else. Please don't buy from here there are better companies out there that value their consumers.
I brought this serum but after it arrived it turns out that someone else already used this item.
Package was damaged and the bottle itself has marks (like from lipstick) scuffs and scratches.
I'm very disappointed and want my money back!
I made a purchase about 24 hours ago of an item that has been sold out by the manufacturer and just about everywhere else. Everything about this screams "scam "to me. The website stated if I made over a $50 purchase shipping was free and if I made over $75 purchase that shipping with tracking would be free however, upon check out I was charged $20 for shipping with 2 to 4 day shipping as being the only option. I reached out to customer service and have not heard back and I'm starting to feel like I got took for my money
Feelunique was always a great brand with superb customer service. However since the changeover to Sephora I have received really poor customer service. No response to queries via email or phone and good luck with any returns it takes a while to get to them and then you have to wait over 10 days (if you're lucky) to get a refund... avoid!
My parcel never arrived and they refuse to refund or resend it as it has been over 35 days and I have not notified them. For such a big company, I expected that if the package could not be delivered I would be informed again and they would not just pocket over a hundred euros from a customer who trusted in them.
Awaiting on delivery, supposed to have been dispatched few days ago, went to track parcel, tracker doesnt recognise number. Supposed to be royal mail. I have emailed feelunique, this looks like a scam
I ordered from feelunique and the parcel was delivered miles away. They said I put the address in incorrectly but I put in my postcode and choose from the drop down menu. The house number a street are correct but the city was wrong. They will not concede their website error and insist I put in the wrong city. This is impossible after you have used your postcode as a reference? Stay away from this site.

FeelUnique is on the verge of breaking the law as they are attempting to steal our money. We have returned our entire order, but they claim we returned only the free gift that came with our order. Is anyone can believe that the buyer sending back the free gift only?! It's absurd. Anyway, Fortunately, I always take a photo and video before I return items back. In the shop where I returned the parcel back luckily they have CCTV. I have paid £249. Do not trust this company and always take photos and videos when you return something for them just for proof. If you are a scammed buyer like me, don't let this happen to you, call your bank and open a dispute and request a charge back! Easy.
I ordered the advent calendar and I'm still waiting for it, it was meant to arrive two days ago and no updates or nothing were given, if I had known they were shipping with hermes I would never have ordered! Fed up and the agent I spoke to on webchat was very useless all she raised was for it to be investigated but no rough idea of how long it can take never again!

Exactly as I said in my title. I signed up and started receiving multiple promo codes with massive discounts. I was finally tempted with a 30% off voucher, placed and order worth over 100 EUR and it never turned up and I've never been able to get in touch with customer support, constantly ignored. Horrific experience, avoid if you dont want to be scammed!
I have been waiting for my delivery for 9 days with no sign of it being put out for delivery, I emailed you with no response about an update on my delivery. Can I please be provided an update or a refund at this rate. Really disappointed with terrible service.
I ordered a perfume for my daughter for Christmas. I waited a few days for the perfume to arrive, then I got an email to say it was out of stock. Why did they take such a long time to tell me it was out of stock. Strangely enough it is still showing the perfume online. If they had sold out they should never of taken my money and said it was sold out.

I tried to reach their customer service but the only option is by email through their website. I only received an automated response but no resolution. Their chat is never up & running so that's no even possible.
I have basically thrown my money in the garbage and even damaged my clothing from opening this box. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
Still waiting for aftershave bought from this SCAM site which was NOT cheap £78 to be exact!... I will be reporting this SCAM company to TRADING STANDARDS... you say your goods are with Hermes which is a lie as Hermes didn't even receive the package from your FAKE company I will also be reporting your Instagram account to them and Facebook! Give us our hard earned cash back you robbers! AVOID THIS CON COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Recent delivery worth nearly 100 to cyprus, shower gels have leaked on all products & covered the parcel & saturated to bottom. As you can see from photos, bubble wrap at the bottom & top of parcel only. All items, bar one are not covered in any bubble wrap. FU have stated they will only issue refund of the leaking gels & the other items are not damaged! Ignored my point that they would not buy beauty items from a high street store covered in gel & ignored my request to be raised to a manager. Very disappointing resolution to a customer that has spent over 700 this year on their website. I now have the inconvenience of returning the parcel. They also initially insinuated was the couriers fault! Terrible customer service, when they cannot take responsibility & give a customer a simple apology for not packaging correctly.
I ordered Chanel no5 body lotion. Wasn't much cheaper tbh. It came early and when I opened the box the bottle did not look genuine. I also saw the the top was broken n when I tried to unscrew the top it doesn't open at all. X this is not genuine. It's a fake I have had no5 in the past frim leading stores n it certainly not the real no5

They lost my package and i was contacting them for 2 weeks straight to figure out what is going on. Finally they decided to refund me but guess what? They only refunded me for the product but not shipping? Are you kidding me?
Refund me the whole amount that i paid for my order INCLUDING shipping. Why do I as a customer have to pay for mistakes of YOUR couriers? Is that how you make money? Lose packages and then profit off shipping?

Order was split into two without informing or explaining, never sent a notification that either was shipped, shipped late, one of the split orders arrived with a missing item and when I contacted them, they said the other item went out of stock (also didn't send or inform till I sent asking) so they'll refund it and the missing item. Very unprofessional, no respect to the customer, and their replies are irritating and robotised (if not for the grammar mistakes, I would have thought it a bot).
Never using their website ever again, first and last time I order from them.

I contacted feel unique about a purchase I was charged for but not sent any details about. The care advisor told me it was not their problem and I should just contact amazon pay - even though the money was in their account and I had shown bank statements. I spent over an hour dealing with the issue after they got in touch over 24 hours later. They DO NOT reply in 5 hours like their website says.
Will never shop with them again our of principle.
