If I could give 0 stars or even less I would.
AVOID thid company at ALL costs. I have placed an order, some of which I returned due to not being satisfied with the products and some seemed to have been tempered with and I was still sent them. Upon returning, they received the return within a few days and three weeks later still did not refund me. I contacted them they were barely responding, and kept saying returns can take 10 working days although it had been 10 working days and more. They then had the audacity to say they will NOT be refunding me because they did "not" receive my return, although I had proof it had been delivered to them. They then claimed since 2021 I had returned 6 orders which were either declared lost or returned, so they closed my accounts. Laughable.
First of all no order has been lost as I have proof they've all been delivered to their depot, apart from this one which also clearly states it's been delivered but they want to claim is lost. And if they claim it's been lost, how's that my doing? Was I the one to physically deliver the package to their company and then mark it as delivered? Secondly, I am well within my right as a customer to return items I am dissatisfied with, because they are not as described or seem inauthentic. These have all been partial returns I didn't keep returning full orders. They have also failed to mention orders I have been placing since 2017, none lf which have been returned. This is simply not only a lack of honesty and integrity on their part but an extreme lack of professionalism to which I am glad I will no longer be placing orders. This is not how you keep or treat loyal customers and your online reviews clearly say A LOT. From customers having experienceD the same exact situation as me, being you claiming you did not receive our return and therefore refused to refund them or customers simply NEVER getting their orders at all and being ignored by you, it is very comical that you dare to insinuate I was being fraudulent. Absolutely concerning and disgraceful to act this way.
With the number of competitors offering excellent customer service (reflected by reviews) and with far better quality products, better integrity that deserve our hard earned money, it's laughable they think closing my accounts will harm me vs them.
I've never had such a degrading experience with a company before and I have been online shopping for over 10 years. THEY on the other hand have plenty of reviews reflecting their lack of integrity and poor professionalism. So if many are experiencing the same situation as me, it says a lot about them as a company.
They have now refused to refund me the items I returned. If they think they can get away with refusing to refund customers, they can think again because I will not be letting this go, I will be seeking legal advice and proceed with this case because they will not get away with stealing people's money and then accusing them when I HAD THE EVIDENCE AND THEY DON'T.
WARNING to everyone to beware of these people. Please spend your money with companies worthwile where your experience will be far greater and you will be valued as a customer. There are far too many in the UK for them to be acting like the way they had with customers.
The delivery was received on time. However, one of the products that I received was absolutely spurious or defective. Either way... but there is absolutely something wrong on it 100%. I sent whatsapp messages and email to MENA team where I purchased the Uriage, Noughty & Caudalie skincare - 4 items. The uriage facial gel I ordered has totally different in the packaging of the same one I am currently using that I bought from another store - same batch, same manufacturing & expiration date, which is absolutely not a new packaging from Uriage. The Feelunique representative at first told me that it was a new packaging. Then later on, keep on saying that it is ok to use and it is authentic. I will be charge for the delivery if I will return it since it is not a faulty item. I can't believe how could a customer service could tell that despite of the images and details I have provided. It is common sense and logical. The alignment of the product descriptions/details are totally different & not at the center, which is extremely ODD for a product, not to mention, there are comparisons for the same product and other uriage ranges, and from their own website that they advertised the product(s). I've sent whatsapp messages and emails with concise explanations and photographs for reference and comparison. The MENA branch representative (whatsapp rep.) directed me to the mena customer service email add and advised me to contact their supplier about my concern, and then after my email with MENA C. S, I was directed again and by this time to the UK branch. Seems no one is helping on this matter, and good in cleaning their hands. I bought the products from Feelunique MENA but instead of them having the internal coordinations or forwarding my concern to UK or concern department, I sent an email to their UK branch and I am now awaiting for the reply, resolution, and my item to get process - return and refund, as I couldn't take the risk of using the mentioned item, especially it is for the face... And why would the customers need to contact the feelunique suppliers or whatever brand the customer has concern to verify this matter. No customer service, no after-sales... on top of worrying in purchasing and using the products that they are selling.
