I contacted feel unique about a purchase I was charged for but not sent any details about. The care advisor told me it was not their problem and I should just contact amazon pay - even though the money was in their account and I had shown bank statements. I spent over an hour dealing with the issue after they got in touch over 24 hours later. They DO NOT reply in 5 hours like their website says.
Will never shop with them again our of principle.
Well presented website. The prices they offer are generally well below high street prices and I've made so many savings shopping for cosmetics through this website. The delivery service is quick, reliable and on many occasions is free (depending on how much you spend).
Only criticism is that it would be great if the number of brands they sell could increase.
The products are good, delivery quick. But please stop doing that verify thing to get on to look at your stuff! Drives me mad! You press I'm not a robot, then you have to click on the photos that are a bike /boat etc. If it was once it wouldn't be so bad! I tried going on after an email this morning and tried 4 times to get on! This puts people off, well it put me off! I'm looking for presents for my daughter, I will be using another company that I don't have to prove I'm no robot!
Your internet web page may be very clean and sensible to use and your clients' services are very rapid and secure. But i am no longer impressed with you due to your low-pace web page loading internet web page.
I was a little skeptical after reading these reviews when i never got a confirmation my package was shipped. Reached out to them after a while and didn't hear back from them right away, but they did get back to me within a few days and reassured me it was coming. Again i was skeptical since i wasn't able to track it and they weren't able to send me a link to track it, but it did come today. A few bumps along the way and communication was spotty but i am satisfied with my experience overall!
I once gave this company 5/5 now I give it 2/5. The customer service is appalling, slow and they don't have a clue what to do except stall you. I recently bought a set, only to find it was actually a FREE GIFT a company had given them as a promotion. The set was labelled 'your gift' and said 'not for individual sale'. They tried to tell me that meant the individual items, and that they had sold the set previously, and it was not a free gift (even though the package says it's a gift!).
Basically as I have worked in the industry I know the terminology used, and it refers to the set, and I also saw the set being offered as a free gift earlier in the year.
By trying to treat me as dumb, I was passed to a team leader who basically said if you don't want it send it back. What they have done is sold an item and profited that they never paid for, and that is against the law. Maybe on eBay or other sites it's fine, but not a retailer. I have contacted the company concerned for clarification as I am sure they are not happy that a company is selling free promotional gifts for profit. If it was a retail set such as a Christmas set or travel set it would not say 'your gift' on the packaging.
I had a gift card I had won and visited the site to use it. The choice of products was excellent, and the whole checkout procedure was easy. My goods arrived very quickly, and they emailed confirmation of the order immediately. I was able to use a discount code and my gift card on sale items which was great.
I would use them again, and recommend them to friends.
I received my order 19 days after date of purchase (shipping to US). Everything arrived as described; the items were well packaged. I was hesitant to purchase based on negative reviews (and actually ordered as a pseudo-experiment). Maybe it's a dice roll each time someone orders? I've only made one purchase from them so far, but again, no issues I can mention (although I would definitely not suggest ordering with a deadline).
Item received benefits bronze set was missing one item so called in. They not only sent me another full set free of charge but posted within 2 days so would receive on time. Only down side took 15 minutes to get through to customer service. Otherwise 5 star.
They are ok if no problems arise. I tried to get someone to help me with an issue that arose and no one ever responded to my emails. I will prefer other retailers who value respect their customers more
I recently purchased a Versace aftershave balm for my husband ( July 2019) checked the batch code and found out it was produced in 2011! Contact the customer service and exchange a few emails and they said they can't do anything and asked me to contact Versace! I'm so disgusted by this company!
Tried to do you in with discount codes. Says it is taking your discount code but then doesn't apply it due to exclusions that not a tall obvious. Very misleading website be very careful if you dare order from this lot.
I ordered a month ago and have never received my order. Of course, the money had been taken out of my account. I have emailed them twice with no response. The tracking number given to me is NOT legit. Scam.
FABULOUS shipping. I live in Canada and ordered a St. Tropez tanning lotion from feelunique.com, which ships from the UK. I ordered because their prices, even after conversion, were better than what I can go get from Sephora 10 minutes from house, AND they offer free shipping. For this, I was willing to wait a couple weeks for shipping.
BUT - I didn't even have to. This item reached me within about 3 business days!
I will keep an eye out for other items I can save money on versus what is sold here in Canada and order from feelunique whenever possible thanks to this stellar service!
Terrible customer service department that are not helpful when having delivery problems. Order has not arrived and now I am left having to buy the products again to replace them and wait for the delivery to be made so that I can return it and get my money back... however long that will take. My first and LAST time using Feel Unique.
I bought 4 products, received only 2. After many complaints I got an incorrect refund, there's money missing. I'm already complaining for almost one month and I still didn't get the correct refund. Will never, ever buy anything from this company again, first and last time. Terrible costumer service and thefts.
They sent my order to an address they had on file for years, despite my filling in my current address when I checked out. People at the old address, where I hadn't lived for over two years, either stole or threw away the package. Now feelunique is saying it's my fault and won't reimburse me. Avoid - do not waste your money. There is nothing on their website which can't be bought elsewhere from a company which sill actually try to sort out problems if they arise. Just sorry that I spent £34 to find out how awful feelunique.com is.
The worst online experience ever. Feelunique is going to be a nightmare to anyone who cares about their little money. I recently shopped from thier app. And got my 2 items almost with empty and unsealed. The packaging is very cheap though. And the box was already open. While shopping they allow me to chose a free gift which made me more curious but I got nothing nor even a piece of paper. I made a complain and asked refund or return they was treating me like I'm a kid after so many days now they are saying we don't have return policy for your country. I mean seriously? They was saying to me from so many days wait until we fix your issue now they are saying don't worry we will give you 10% off for your next purchase. And wasted my 358 riyals with thier damage products I will never ever suggest for this website. Doesn't even worth 1 star.
They did not fulfil my order, even though I was charged for it. I chased for weeks on every platform and never got a reply. Now they deny that I ordered them! CS is awful - really argumentative and pointless team. Awful business, wish I'd never used them.
Awful customer service experience when chasing a delayed order. The customer service emails & live chat were very impersonal & i received responses that felt like they were copied and pasted from a set of prepared answers. Lacked any genuine feeling apologies for the delay on their part. Will be unsubscribing and deleting my account as a result of this experience. I would recommend using any their direct competition instead.
Ordered & paid an extra £6 to have my perfume order gift wrapped. Needless to say, it wasn't wrapped. Made multiple attempts to contact them, never got an answer to any emails/web chat/web forms & lines are closed due to Covid. Customer service is as non existent as their gift wrap... however, they take your payment easily enough.
