Very bad experience
December 5, 2018

Order was dispatched on 22/11/2018. Never received my order while system shows that delivery was refused which is not possible as delivery address is a business and there is ALWAYS someone at the address. Hope to receive my full refund which I requested after 5 days of live chats and messages and 2 call back requests which were never returned. Will NOT RECOMEND.

SCAMMERS

This company that may I add I have never heard of before showed up on my online banking one Monday morning... (FEEL UNIQUE £107)
I called my bank and told them I do not know this company and have not authorised this payment.

I knew Nobody had hold of my card for a fact so they passed it to fraud team to investigate.
My bank gave me the number for this feel unique company and I called them to try find out how this has happened.

The lady on the phone spoke bad English and said for protection purposes she can not confirm if a transaction has been made with my card?... she then asked me to send her a screen shot of my online banking? Erm no I told her to politely eat **** and told her the company has been reported as fraud... and she said ok and hung up!

Anyway the fraud team gave them 3 weeks to prove proof of transaction... they never provided this and they got reported to the police...

I'd say stay away but I never went near feel unique in the first place and I still to this day do not know how they got my bank details. And I tell you now I don't feel very unique! Scammers!

EVERYTHING ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND IN GOOD CONDITION WITH APPROPIATE PACKING. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS KIND AND RESPONSIVE. WIDE RANGE OF PRODUCTS. SHIPS TO PERU. I HAD TO WAIT 1 AND A HALF MONTHS BUT THATS BECAUSE MY LOCAL POSTAL SERVICE SUCKS.

Shocking service

Feelunique take your money and then 1 week later write to you to blame covid for the delay in delivery due changes to distribution in their centres as a result of covid - HOWEVER upon receipt of this notification of the delay ordered from Boots and product arrive within 3 days - Feelunique Product has still not arrived Day 12 NOW. WOULD NEVER USE AGAIN

Still disgusting customer service

Just an update on my initial review. I did get them to send my product in the end. Wrote a review on Trust Pilot - they clearly monitor that and also commented on their FB page. They very begrudgingly sent me the product. No proper apology, no compensation, didn't even get the samples I should have got with the initial order. Even sent me a parting shot about the 30 day thing. Legally they are in the wrong with this. It is known as Total Failure of Consideration. Ha and it is, they don't give a toss about their customers. Ana, thank you for your comments, my advice to you is write reviews everywhere to let other customers know of your experience, post on the Feel Unique FB page. If you have paid for something they should provide it. That is the law, whatever their policy states... Once I bought some product from John Lewis. The outer box was opened when I received it. They immediately sent a replacement without question. That is good customer service and that is why I will continue to shop with them and not a company that unashamedly trys to scam its customers.

I would seriously recommend that you do not buy products from this company. After being an excellent customer, an expensive item I ordered failed to arrive, clearly indicated by the delivery tracking that it was not delivered. Feel Unique are refusing to address the issue as it is out of a 30 day window apparently. This is an absolute scam and a failure to meet their legal obligations as a seller. I am taking legal action on this matter but wanted to warn other customers... Do not buy from this company Xx

Fake products!

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a perfume. It look like the real deal but is noting like it! It is a disgusting fake and it smells awful! I contacted customers services and was told to contact the brand! The are breaching the contract and taking no responsibility for it as they supplied a fake product! THIS COMPANY IS A CON! STAY AWAY!

Their customter service is so bad I just can't even describe. I paid not very small amount of money (around 100 euros), and I didn't get my order in 3 weeks. When I tried to report this through their order system, it would always show "500 internet error", and my wifi is good. I finally got to write them through live chat, and they asked to give them 48 hours to contact delivery partners to find out information regarding my order and they will email me. Guess what? I had to write them again through live chat, because no one sent me an email. When another consultant again TOLD ME I need to wait another 48 hours to find out about this, when I said I want my money back because this situation is absurd, she told me I could only TRY to get refund after they will contact delivery partners. And guess what? No letter again. Thanks God I was buying through Paypal, I hope it will make my refund easier. But this company and especially customer service is so terrible, it made me so angry and sad at the same time, because I waited for that parcel very much (it was my gift for me), and they dissapointed me so much, I just can't even. Never ever I am going to buy from them again.

In both times when I ordered with feel unique- both of which were orderesover £60, the first time nelly half my items digit arrive and the find time two of my items were missing- for the second order they replaced the items but nothing was done about the first order and then when I tried to sign into my account at the checkout - it read as error - contacted customer services and they told me my account got suspended on account of potential fraud JUST BECAUSE THEY DID NOT BOTHER TO FULFIL AN ORDER

Firstly, this website is the worst I have ever come across. I ordered 3 parcels almost back to back. Didn't know where all 3 of them were for about 2 months after the orders were placed

I get the email from Dtdc that the first parcel was sent back to bordrrfree.

I recieved the other 2 parcels days later in which one was literally open and spilled everywhere. Why should I have to pay for that? And literally after 2 months of constant emailing them, almost everyday about the whereabouts of my parcel.

Anyways the third parcel was fine and intact.

Now the customer care representative is saying that 3 parcels have been declared lost which has never happened.

This whole situation wasn't my fault at all and your website agreed and sent me a promo code so that I could finally order all the stuff again. And when I went on and tried to place my order again, it said that my account has been blocked? And it was my fault. I have been so mentally stressed because of this situation for so long. The constant emailing them led to nothing and in the end they blamed it all on me instead of apologising to me for the hassle.

Seriously this review is going everywhere so that people know better before ordering from your stupid website ever. This kind of service should be totally unacceptable. This website is not worth the constant headache and mental pain that you go trough.

First time I've been let down by Feel Unique

"Ordered this on Jan 11th - use the product regularly and am v. impressed with it - really positive results for my often temperamental skin. However, where Feel Unique are usually very reliable and prompt in terms of delivery, I have been really let down. Item did not arrive within 3-5 days (normally around 3 days). Received an email asking me to confirm receipt, despite it not being delivered. By this point, I had no moisturiser left, so skin was struggling, as I had to settle for a cheaper store bought product. Had to spend the time finding out where package was. Eventually, online conversation with Feel Unique representative finally traced the product and told me it had been lost in transit. Offered me a few options to fix the problem - re-order, cancellation with voucher etc. Had to decide to re-order as skin was DESPERATE. Yet there was no offer of compensation due to the unacceptable wait for the product (yet to arrive). The online representative didn't even offer a 'speedier' delivery for the inconvenience. And here I am, 23rd January... still waiting, with an estimated delivery date of Jan 28th. Disappointed to say the least. I would recommend the product. I wouldn't recommend Feel Unique."

I ordered some products worth £66(they will only give free shhipping over £60) from www.feelunique.com recently and much to my surprise 5 products were expired and 1 received damaged (almost £40 worth).
I live in India and even after contacting their customer support multiple times with all evidence and pics and clearly asking for a replacement or a refund, they just gave me a line about trying to contact their warehouse/suppliersand they could not proceed until then... and never got back for almost a week. Then they closed my ticket saying 'SOLVED'! How did leaving me hanging for an honest answer solve anything?
All international customers should just stay away as they will definitely try to palm off expired goods and then never bother to give any customer service once they have your money.
People who were happy with their order and products from www.feelunique.com shoud go check their expiry dates on checkcosmetics.net. I bet you will be surprised

A real eye-opener! It should be called www.feelduped.com not www.feelunique.com
I shop online a LOT and this has never happened before that I had a problem with such a major part of my order and yet no one bothered to replace or refund the expired and damaged products.
I wish there was a negative rating option especially for them!

BEWARE!

This is by far the worst experience I had buying online and trust me, I buy online A LOT. I placed an order on 30th january, it was shipped on 2nd feb. I waited 21 days to report it as not received (as advised). I ordered for over 120 euros of items, because there was a special offer going on and I was supposed to receive a gift bag worth over 120 euros for free. I didn't plan to spend this much, but it was worth it for the free gift bag (some great items inside). After I reported my order as not received I right away received an email saying that they re-shipped the order but without the free gift back because it was out of stock. So basically I spent over 120 euros for nothing! I would have prefered to be offered an option to just cancel the order and get my money back, It was not worth it without the free gift bag. I am pretty sure they did this with a lot of people, got a lot of orders from people hoping to get the free bag, and then just remove it from the order. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Dont buy from them, or risk being scammed.

Horrid company to deal with. I have not ordered for over a year and ordered some items that I never received. The first thing they did was cancel some items because they were not in stock and then they went ahead and shipped my order without them. I paid full price for overseas shipping. To make things clear, FeelUnique did not state the items were out of stock when they placed my order and confirmed it. I had no idea until they shipped it out. After they told me they were out of stock, they refunded me but gave me no chance to replace the items or reorder anything else of equal value nor was a free shipping coupon ever offered to me for my hassles even after I requested one to order some replacement items. They then gave me my tracking number for the items that they did ship. Being in another country, they never told me who the carrier was for delivering my goods even though I asked them several times- this would have helped me track the items. Some items were shipped. Then, after waiting over 3 weeks, they never arrived. On the tracking details provided by FeelUnique, it said my items were out for delivery but they were never delivered. After all of my hassles and several emails from me, FeelUnique only offered me a 5 GBP off coupon for my next order that had to be over 30 GBP. I must say this company has a very care-free attitude and inconsiderate customers service. It is also shameful that they have no drive to even sort the matter for me (& they know where they can put their 5 GBP off coupon...). I won't be doing business with them in the future. 2 of the items were to be gifts in my order. I made my order over 4 weeks in advance. There was no empathy or assistance from their customer service team at ALL. Very low standards. Better to order from the USA in the future as at least you get better service AND they take accountability for inconveniencing you if they do but not Feel Unique- all power and hierarchical attitudes there. I will refer to this business as providing Colonial-style Customer Service... They seem to think they are doing me a big favour by just existing.
