My package was never delivered since November. They automatically ordered again and now it does not arrive either. Customer service ignores all my emails and messages. I do not want another order I want a refund!

This is a great site to buy makeup and beauty products from. The amount of brands and products for sale is huge.
So it's likely that you will find everything you are looking for on one site.
The shipping time is quick and reliable.
Overall this site is great and really convenient, it saves buying products from different sites and having to pay for multiple deliveries.

This is a great site to order from. Free shipping and they give you what you order in a reasonable time. I got mine shipped to Norway. Since it was over 200kr I had to pay $$$$ a lot for the import taxes etc to Norway! However! Here is the BEST part: They refund whatever the amount government charges/fines you. All I had to do was to scan the receipt and send it to their email within a short time that amount was back on my account! But be aware they don't refund more than you spent in their online store!

It has been over 2 months, I never received my products nor my money, First time they didnt arrive, i gave them a chance, but products not arriving on the specified date for the second time, no excuses, i have patiently given them a chance, sorry, I do not trust them... as a company i really think they should take measures to investigate these issues, because professionally, it is the company loosing money when replacing for those lost items and since i didnt receive it, i want my money back, you gonna go backrupt if you dont investigate how and where you are loosing the packages?

I ordered my order in 25 jan my order was dispatched on 27 jan. Since then i have not been able to track my order. I have contacted the store multiple times but received nothing but automated responses its been more than 21 days i still have not received the item or gotten any response from the store. I feel scammed out of my hard earned money. This is my first time ordering from Feelunique and i wish i read the reviews before buying anything for them. If there was a option for 0 stars i would give them that.

Disappointed

Really not happy. Ordered a mirror. Got the order confirmation email. Then a further 2 emails a few days later apologising for the delay, saying it will be despatched soon. (With circumstances of covid-19 thats understandable.) However a week later I have now recieved an email saying the item is now out of stock. 1. Why could I even order the item in the first place if it was out of stock. 2. Why has it taken Feelunique this long to tell me the item I've been waiting on for a week is out of stock, despite getting 2 emails beforehand apologising for the delay. Poor customer service, which is a shame as I've never had a problem with Feelunique before.

Ordered items with 10th June delivery date. Found out days later after they took my money that they wouldn't arrive until 18th. Refused a refund. Now estimated at 28th and every time I contact them to say I won't be there and have to buy the items for my holiday elsewhere and remind them that they said 10th at point of sale, they say "rest assured your items will arrive soon". Or "please allow 21 days". No, they are not here and won't be here on the date stated and it not ok. I won't be around to return the items if they eventually show up, nor should I have to, to correct their mistake of such a ridiculously late delivery.

Incredibly rude costumer service.

When making my account the system told me that my name was invalid. It's my name. My own name by definition cannot be invalid. I had to spell my name wrongly for the system to accept it.

I wrote a review about this. I got a reply from customer service apologising for the inconvenience and offering me a 5 euro coupon.

Alright, I thought, that's a nice gesture. So I deleted my bad review and tried to use the offered coupon. It was not valid. The system told me it could not be used for the products I selected. Which is odd, when offered a coupon as an apology for an inconvience.

After I contacted them again and told them how odd this was they deleted all items from my shopping bag and removed the coupon as well.

So it seems this company very much goes above and beyond in attempts to degrade, belittle and insult you.

Awful.

You are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Refusing to refund me for a product that you mistakenly shipped to me. The item was never used, the packaging was not open, it was sent back with all of the original packaging and cellophane intact. You are a scam. I will report you to the BBB here in the States and I will review you on every platform available.

Bad bad bad. I Do NOT recommend Feelunique. If your package gets lost (which happens alot apparently), you will not have any guarantee that they will give you your money back. Very very bad customer service!

I ordered my items for the first time on 9th April and unfortunately i have not received them, as an excuse they said that my package got lost. This was vey unfair and I was waiting for my parcel. As well, I did not see the live chat option to contact with them. They only replied to my message after one day. It was my first and last order I made on Feelunique.com. I am very disappointed.

Didn't get my products or my money back
My order number is FN*******. I ordered a few items from Feelunique and they were not cheap. The parcel was "mistakenly" sent to my old address rather than the one I provided them with at checkout. Customer service were unhelpful and dismissive. A few months on, I still have NOT received my parcel OR the money that I paid! Absolutely disgusting. I feel scammed.

I ordered one product from this company. My order was placed in the beginning of April and is un-trackable. I have been sending the company MULTIPLE emails. I have gotten one response which seemed like an automatic system response. I understand that there may be a delay, but itleast tell me when I should be expecting my package! My case starts on the 3rd of May and this is not a case of defamation but how a consumer should be treated always nicely and when the company makes a huge mistake as they did, they need to sort it out :( i placed the right address to go and see theyThey claimed I placed the wrong address and I check I have the right one and Feelgood didn't, they sent my products to this other address and when the attendant told me I had to go and fetch myself? Really pathetic as I know the people are now using my products I assume? I live in east London and the products end up somewhere SW. Really bad service and now I have to use my Statutory rights as customer but I will tell everyone do not buy with them please. The do not care about us customers and I start to think they are fishy? I seen some many bad reviews everywhere.

Totally i do not recommned to buy from this website. I wait for my parcel 5 weeks and they lost it. After a lot of email and conversation like nothing happend from them they proposte to me to send me again or back money back. I said i want get exactly what i order if they still have in stock all products, they said ok and then after few days i see they send me half of money back because they didn t have probably some of items. No one inform me about this and i send again email what is this i ask for all or back money then they said they will back all money... treat clients as $#*!... no sorry, nothing extra gift or some discout to apologize. Just i m waiting for my parcel which worth 230 euro mor then 6 weeks and it s normal for them client service, pfff never again

Something is wrong here...

I was a huge fan of feel unique for passed few years since I moved out of UK. They still offer big range of my beloved Elemis products, which unfortunately io cannot buy here, where I live. But lately-its all down the hill. My last two orders went missing and products were out of stock, so they only gave me refunds, eventho those were gifts... Never mind, so I ordered tracked parcel #3 but somehow it takes forever to pass the pending stage, I dunno I think they undergoing some internal changes, or going Thomas Cook on all of us, but do not waste time, go to LOOK FANTASTIC or Der the same stuff with same prices and proper delivery.

I ordered 2 products from their website several months ago. I wait for 1 month, then email them. All I got is everything is gonna delay due to covid. Fine, I am nice enough to give them more time. Then, nothing happens. After months and months of waiting and emails without response, I finally got one from their customer service. And guess what I get after being understanding for the covid condition? IT'S LONG TIME AGO SO I CANNOT CLAIM IT AS A LOSS.
WTF, you told me to "understand the situation and let me wait for it", now you told me it is more than 60 days. This is def a fraud.

So today, I finally get the final words from them. They don't wanna refund me any money, not gonna provide me with any tracking. And tell me to deal with my credit card company. THIS IS A CRIME. Where I can report them? NEED HELP.
