I don't even know why they say it will be there in two days. It never comes in two days. Always having to wait around so you can sign for something. But wait they won't be there on that day! So now you have to be there on another day. Inconvenient. Unfortunately, some things I buy use FedEx, because I wouldn't use them. They suck!
Rarely comes up the drive way. I always got to run to the post office, which is insanely annoying! Packages aren't taken care of! My package was left near the trash! Which is really close to the house, so shouldn't have been that hard to put it in a safe place at the house! My package was left near the trash and it could have gotten damaged from the weather! This company continues to tell me they have the wrong shipping address for my house, however on the stupid app and WEBSITE it shows that they have my proper address. FedEx is one of the laziest P.O.S delivery companies anymore. Its super sad that ups, dhl, ontrac, usps, and other INTERNATIONAL packages still arrive with absolutely NO problems. I have been waiting for a package since the 20th and have yet to receive my package! FedEx keeps giving me the run around on where my package is! I've called FedEx at least 6 times and every time the representative can't help resolve my issue they hang up the phone! My wife and I were expecting a very urgent and important package. Despite the fact that we stayed home all day waiting for the fedex delivery guy, the package never arrived. Later that day we saw "sorry we missed you" paper in the mailbox. We called fedex and asked to redeliver the next day. The same thing happened the next day, except that in addition to that the delivery guy even rang our apt. Number to buzz him in. We buzzed him in and were waiting for him to come up and once again he never showed up. Next thing we know, we see another "sorry we missed you" paper in our mailbox. The guy was too lazy to come up to the 2nd floor. This was extremely annoying and inefficient. Eventually we had to go to the fedex office in person to pick it up.

I got a message from Fedex that an attempt was made on 2/7/22 which was not true, I was in my office all day and my office opens up to street, so I called Fedex as usual a rude agent told me that no attempt was made yesterday and the message I received yester day was not valid and no attempts actually was made yesterday.! Keep asking her if she can tell me when am i supposed to receive my package she said she does not know and all i have to do to make a case and somebody will call me. My car is in the shop and the mechanic shop charging me $25 a day for storage fee since I was providing them my own part and they agree not to start charging me till the 2/3/22 (due date). I never ever had any good experiece with Fedex what so ever and the agents always rude.
I had not used FedEx for eBay shipping in years due to a blatant incorrect $30 overcharge on a small package. I decided to try them again for a heavy item. Well I recieved an additional charge after the package was delivered. They said my package was 3.4 lbs heavier than I stated and 3 inches wider, 3 inches taller, and 1 inch longer. They absolutely lied to create additional revenue. I have a precision scale calibrated to the hundreths of an ounce and there is no way I measured 3 inches short on 2 sides plus 1 inch short on the other as I always round up and I know how to measure! I ship on eBay regularly and will NEVER NEVER use them again. They used to use bogus surcharges as their additional revenue stream now they are just lying about package weight and size! They are crooks!
Zero star! I shipped item internationally at FedEx, the item has never been shipped, I called FedEx to return it unfortunately they never returned it and now it's been almost 2 years. I contacted FedEx more than 30 times but they couldn't resolve the problem. FedEx has stole my item and has disorganized systems.

Worst order - Fed Ex in Austell, GA, 30 minutes from my house, rec'd my Omaha Steaks order on 12/2/21 but did not deliver until 12/18/21 even tho I rec'd almost daily emails that order was out for delivery. Let me tell you a story about our local #FedEx. We had a package out for delivery and an independent contractor delivery driver delivered it to the house next door. This is not the first time but probably the 6th or 7th that the same drive has done this. So this time the neighbor did not bring it over or text me. I looked at our security camera footage to see the drive deliver did in fact deliver the package at 11:06 to the neighbors house on 06-23. To make a point of this lack of attention the drive has for the deliveries I called FedEx. 3 days later the local office called and told me the driver will not go get it and deliver it correctly but for me to call the vendor and get a replacement. So how is that for customer service? How is it the responsibility of the vender to replace an item when the shipping company refuses to correct the problem. Our business will be shipping with UPS or USPS from now on.
This is by far the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. The employees can't answer a simple question. I called about a delivery and a woman told me me she couldn't give me any information because the address I gave her "was not correct." She obviously did not know what she was talking about. The label on my package is addressed to my home address. My 38lb package was left 3/4 of a mile at the top of the road on the mail box stand. Over night in the rain and snow. When I tracked the package all it said was delivered to my town. Not my physical address. I am elderly and decided to check the mail box stand and there I found the package torn, wet, and in very poor condition. I had to slide it into my car and transport it home. I am currently 9 months pregnant and I stepped out to take my dog out and when I got back I saw the driver was about to leave but he saw me approach my door. Everyone whos use FedEx, please do not use for International it's really bad service. We pay $110 for delivery from Amsterdam to Las Vegas. They said package going be arrive in 3days but its been 20days I have not received and called more then 50 time to customer service they don't know what's going on. Do not deliver during store hours. They deliver when THEY want to. Packages broken. Customer Service is non-existent. You also cannot call the Baton Rouge Fedex on Coursey. Also they have address as ******* Coursey Boulevard in mapping programs. Their actual Address is ******* Coursey Court. You will not find this place if you do not know the CORRECT address. They have not changed this mistake in years. I bet they do not have too many people coming into the Baton Rouge location.
So after a previous review of my experience with FedEx my order arrived 12/24 the day before Christmas the package was sealed but appeared someone cut the package and resealed it and delivered and empty package long story short they stole my package.
