This was my first time shipping goods from the USA and the supplier would not ship directly to South Africa. Bongo International solved my problem by issuing a US shipping address and handling the entire shipment from start to finish. The goods arrived at my door exactly on time, and the tracking utility on the Bongo International website was very helpful and accurate. Also a big thank you to FedEx.
The customer service couldn't be much worse. It's impossible to contact anyone, and if you find a way, they are unbelievably unhelpful.
And you can NEVER count on their delivery estimates. If they are so bad at missing proposed days and times, then they shouldn't be giving such specific timeframes.

My package was supposed to be here dec the 3rd i ordered it nov 29 it was supposed to be 2-3 day delivery they said it needed to be cleared from customs i said I understand then they set the date of dec 6 before 1pm i did not get my package its past 1pm, so i call and now they have added another day they are very unprofessional
I've had issue with FedEx for a very long time now. They never deliver packages the right way. My express shipping package was suppose to come on JULY 28th! Everyday they keep changing the delivery date up. They come to my house, the driver did not even knock on the door. The driver left with my package, I showed up to one of the facility to get my package, they did not hand me my package because I had my passport on me! Mind you my passport have my picture and name, I was turned down. I asked them if they wanted to see a mail with my name and my address on it, they said no. THE LADY at the facility was rude and very dismissive. She told me they will try delivering my package for a third time tomorrow AUGUST 2nd, mind you my package is express shipping for a reason.

I had a last minute idea of sending her a stocking and presents to open but I was worried that the package would arrive in time for Xmas. I chose two day shipping and, although you said it couldn't be guaranteed to arrive in time, it did! You notified me both by text and email when it was delivered. Also, customer service was very friendly and helpful in Burlington, WA. My sister called and is so happy, so am I, and I am impressed with the great service I got from FedEx. Thank you!
Customer service is horrible. They aren't knowledgeable to assist at all. I received my shipment with a ton of damage to my breakables. They couldn't inform me how to check the status on the claim. They had no problem billing my order but they didn't put the discount on. The website has no information regarding my invoices and after now two weeks they want me to wait another 48 hours for an account executive to return my call. The tracking was totally erroneous in showing that my packages literally sat without movement on certain days and was not precise with the delivery time. Was called to pick them up when tracking was not showing they had even been delivered. I would not recommend them for your shipments or the coveted JD Powers award for excellence in customer service. If I could do a half star I would.
Whoever is the CEO of Fedex should be FIRED immediately. It used to be the best delivery company to use, now it's simply horrible. The post office is better than fedex. Their tracking is NEVER correct, you can't even find out when you'll get a package.
Call center is the worst of any offshore customer service I've ever experienced. Driver keeps marking shipments as "Refused by recipient - Not ordered" even though I have a huge sign for FEDEX on the door and the window plus I was actually standing outside my store. The truck did an Idaho Roll right past my store and to seconds later I get a notification that I refused shipping. Unbelievable. This is the 3rd shipment this month that has happened and FEDEX is destroying my business. I work in the medical field and they are hurting both my business and my healthcare clients.
Making it all even worse, they offshore their C/S to worst place.

I called the number below and was very upset. He asked me to repeat myself. I asked him if he could hear me. He then hung up on me. He wasn't in the United States sounded like another country. I called back and got a nice lady with the same accent. She was nice. She calmed me down and asked for my tracking number. Turns out the shipper sent me the wrong tracking number. When FedEx sent me a email saying my package was delivered. I thought FedEx made a mistake and dropped off my package at the wrong address. The point is "I didn't need to be hung up on". Just saying "let's look up your tracking number".

Agent written incomplete address on the parcel. No apartment no.&after pointing out his mistake immediately after he send photo of address on the paecel, he told that apartment no.is now written. Which was false.
When parcel arrived at Toronto, delivery boy didn't know the apartment no. So it was undelivered. The boy didn't have the phone, so he couldn't call for the exact address.
Now after 5 days in Toronto, the parcel is still undelivered. So pathetic service is this!

On 9/11/2023 I sent a few urgent docs thru FedEx from Phoenix AZ to Los Angeles CA, Tracking Number: **************. It was a two-days delivery, supposed to be arriving at its destination on 9/14/2023. However, it has not been delivered and FedEx Customer Service is not able to give me a final date for its delivery.
On tracking the package, it is revealed that the package arrived at FedEx Bloomington CA facility on 9/12/2023, and kept sitting there till 9/16/2023. On tracking it again on 9/18/2023, it was revealed that instead og going to Los Angeles CA, it was now sitting at Perrysburg OH, travelling from west coast to east coast. Can you believe it. FedEx Customer Service has no answer for this and they are not able to give me a final date for its delivery. I spent $34.00, wasted valuable time, and most likely lost my time-sensitive docs.

When I was out of town FEDEX delivered 4 packages not to my address but to the hallway of mine Of my condo partially blocking the way up the stairs to get to the condos above. I was out of town and we called them and they said they could not get anybody to go fixed the issue anyone fix it the next day lol. Can you imagine putting people in danger walking up-and-down the stairs and not willing to fix it even knowing what you did. So instead of walking up the stairs leaving the packages at my condo they left them in a entrance way at a non address And even after contacting the manager they would not fix their issue I can't imagine a worst company.
On 3 occasions my home security camera has captured 3 FedEx delivery guys THROWING my packages. On 2 of those occasions the package contained electronics. I wish samsung would use different delivery service.
Stay away from Fedex. We shipped an item worth $4500 from USA to Dubai and it was picked up from Arizona and tracked in Memphis. After that, there was no delivery and no update. We spoke to Fedex and they said the parcel is lost and can only provide compensation of $100. Obviously, the Fedex staff have realised the value of the product and thieved it. Either way, Fedex are to blame whether they really lost it or their staff pocketed it for the value.

I literally have never had them follow through correctly on delivering a package. Out of the handfull of times I have used them they have always been a joke. The package is either lost or extremely late. Every single time.
Im not normally one to complain because things happen, but theres been multiple let downs lately. From leaving packages at the wrong house and when its at my house its set on the ground so my dog gets to them if Im not home. (Theres a table right by the door). At the moment Ive been waiting on a package for 7 days. Friday the 26th the package left Henderson CO and has been to various towns only to check today to see its returned to Henderson CO (today is the 30th). Hopefully it eventually makes its way to my home.
I take my packages to FedEx, they weigh and measure, gather all the information and give me a receipt with 1 price on it. Then they bill me more on my credit card later. Which happens more than half the time. I called FedEx and spoke to someone who would not transfer me to a manager. Called again, the next person said they were going to transfer me to a manager, instead I got that stupid automated menu. I called a 3rd time, they transferred me to a manager, I told her my issue, nothing but silence for a minute, then the survey started playing asking how my experience was.

I purchased furniture at Wayfair which was going to be delivered by Fedex. I asked for it to be delivered on a certain date because I was not going to be at the home before then. I was told the order needed to be placed and hen call Fedex to change the delivery date. It took me an hour to do so, and had to ask for a supervisor. Guess what, it was delivered before that date and it was left in the rain. I called to hhave it picked up and kept on hold but I could not get through to anyone. How much worse can it get?
