Diver knocked on my door then left. He didn't give me any time to come to my door. I called FedEx they said they was sending him back, I waited for 2 hours, then I got an email saying that he would be there at 2:38. I called to verify it and they confirmed it. I waited another 2 hours and then called back and they claimed they never sent an email, and that the driver was done with his deliveries for the day. This is the worst company ever.
When delivering m last package they did not even try to knock on the door when someone was home to get the package! Now I have to wait until the next day for something I need!

I ordered a relatively expensive package. Said it delivered so I looked outside and it wasnt there. Checked all the floors on the apartment complex because fedex is known to deliver to the wrong apartment here all the time. Checked the office, mailbox, nothing. Days later after claiming a missing package and nothing has happened. I have also had them throw a package in the past at my door so hard that I heard it and the contents inside were damamged. I had two packages that arrived in a two week period and the contents of both packages were broken. The boxes were not damaged so it is my guess that the boxes had been tossed/thrown onto a hard surface. I filed an online claim with FedEx and both claims were denied. One denial claimed that the package was not properly packaged by the seller when the package was not even looked at by an employee of FedEx. The other denial merely stated that the seller of the item would have to contact FedEx. I consider FedEx to be a worthless company. I will do my very best to never, ever, use the more than worthless FedEx again!

FedEx delivered a package to my house today. The package was the size of an envelope. I was shocked to see that the driver pulled into my driveway to deliver this. He hit the tops of my trees! I stepped out onto the porch to get the package, but the driver was not in the truck-he was urinating in my yard! I yelled at him and told him that I was going to report him. Never have had a good experience with this company, but this is the worst of all. What kind of people do they hire to go to people's homes!?
I know all drivers aren't the same, but a few are lazy or just don't care. I'm 69 and wife is 70. I specified driver instructions that deliveries are IN the rear on ALL my shipments. As you can see there's a sign on the bldg stating the same. And where do they leave it? Right out front under the sign that says to deliver in rear. No one lives in front and it's a short walk down driveway. The mailman does it. UPS does it, and so does other shippers. Why is it so difficult for Fedex? This has happened more than once. And it's so close to sidewalk anyone can pick up in two seconds.
I bought some Hockey Stuff at Total Hockey and they don't ship to Europe! So they recommended Bongo. I was a bit of naiv! Thats was definitely a expensive fault. On there Website they say: Hey buy in the States and saves up to 80% Shipping costs. I paid at least 3 times more than i would pay with UPS oder a other Company!
I bought stuff for 2500$ an i paid for shipping 1750$! Thats insane! I was shocked! So i asked Total Hockey to send my stuff back, no problem for them! But once the Stuff at Bongo you are trapped! To send the Items Back within the States i would pay 1500$!

I was supposed to have a package delivered yesterday. At 8:30 PM, after I called again, they told me they were delayed and it would be delivered today. Now I call and they misplaced the package in an airport and the package won't be delivered until tomorrow, they hope. They take no responsibility and won't give any refund. HORRIBLE customer service.

Driver keeps leaving packages by the road instead of placing on porch. Two weeks ago he left a 3500 dollar solar generator with big letters on the box,reading "Jackaby" printed on the box, right by the road. It is a miracle it did not get stolen. They did not contact me until I contacted BBB despite repeated calls to customer service and repeated promises they would call. To get me to remove of of BBB they promised the moon and one week later did it again. Worst company in the world for service. Horrible. This time they blocked my steps and I can not go down and no one can come up. Heavy rain is moving in. I am under lift restrictions and getting ready to have surgery for a complication. I would not have ordered anything else if FEdEX had not promised me this was resolved.
I had a shipment due on June 19. I was home all day thanks to San Francisco's shelter in place. NO KNOCK AT ALL. Yet, FedEx said they delivered an important packaged. They did not. I filed a claimed. I did all the work to find who signed for my package allegedly. They will only say "Signature on File". WTF does that mean? WHO is the signature on file? Not me. I didn't sign for it. I was to receive a package on June 16 from Amazon. Fedex claims it was delivered to my back door and provided a picture. Problem the house in the picture is not mine. I live in a double wide trailer and the house in the picture is a brick house with a patio. Every time something is shipped to me through fed ex it is late. I had 2 items shipped on the same day from the same location 1 through fed ex and 1 through usps. Oddly enough usps package made it and fed ex stuck at some random location. Not worth using much prefer UPS or USPS.
