Missing Package
June 4, 2024

I was supposed to get a package on 5/30 and tracking was saying it was on the way, I didn't get it and as of today, 6/4 still hasn't moved. I have called numerous times and customer service is terrible.

All deliveries got delayed. Saying I'm not home when actually the package never came. I was home all day that day and there was not anyone knocking at my door. Left my package for pickup at a location 70min by bus from my house while there are many other locations near me.

FedEx is never on time and half the time they damage my delivery. I had a server replacement for work and my work closes at 4pm. It's closed at 4pm since 1961. For 4 days straight they tried to deliver at 8pm in the evening and eventually returned the server to my vendor. Disgusting organization. Horrible customer service and horrible drivers. I wish they would simply go out of business so my vendors would stop randomly using FedEx when I have repeatedly told them not to.

This low life company

This low life company charges for delivery of a shipment but can't get shipment to the receiver. Just a bunch of unorganized morons that have no clue on how to get a job properly done! Only have excuses.

Terrible just lies
If you Sent texts that your delivery is before 3pm still getting updates at 6:15 pm that is still on its way. This was a waste of my Saturday.
Now nothing is coming today. My time is nothing to FedEx. Shame on there lack of values as a company.

I've been waiting on my package for days now. How is it you pay for overnight & your packages sits in the same warehouse for days with only one scan. It's very upsetting my package was picked up on the 19th and the likely shipping date was the 20th. Please explain how this is even possible. Why spend money when the process isn't faster. It's no way I should still be waiting on my package yet along a update! FEDEX sucks!

Delivery Scam

Why is it FedEx gets a pass on meeting delivery times especially when a customer pays for expedited shipping? When shady contractors do this (charge for services not rendered) they are charged criminally yet FedEx gets a pass.

FedEx is awful. They continually delay packages and won't give a reason as to why. There is no customer service as the automated robot your forced to talk to is designed to prevent you from talking to anyone.

Yeah, yeah, the most well-known delivery services, but guys, these delays... damn, they are unbearable.
Idk, whether I made everything correctly I was waiting for a parcel, read all the instructions on how to fill in different forms and other stuff. But i didn't quite like my experience with fedex. Perhaps, I am mistaken and I am myself a dummy boy, but nah, these delays and these queues aren't just my cup of tea. Parcel was delivered, but the aftertaste... hm.

AWFUL

The business card design feature at the website is awful and not user friendly and the customer service for the.com business was incompetent and could not understand any of them. I went to store who helped generate the original design and emailed me the files was not helpful either in the mistake made in printing the business card. NOW the store can't even pull up the order to refund my purchase because their tech doesn't bridge the website company to the store company. A lot of cost cutting leading to poor service and filling the pockets of the C suite and shareholders.

How can someone leave an expensive order outside on a busy street? Now I lost my order bc of one lazy lousy delivery person. They should have dropped off my order to a pick up location than to leave it my order outside.

We have been waiting for two boxes to arrive for the past 5 days via Ground service. When tracking, it shows the boxes out for delivery for the past 4 days and supposedly being delivered today. The boxes hold items that are for our company family day event tomorrow.

WARNING: DO NOT use FedEx Ground for any shipments, especially in North Carolina. They are the worst.

Lack of accountability
August 28, 2020

When one reads the news with headlines questioning the reliability of the USPS, they should take in consideration the reliability of FedEx. Once paying extra to ensure 1-2 shipping, due to a upcoming g vacation,, to only ship from Tampa, FL to Pensacola, FL, a 5-6 hour drive, FedEx, now on the 4th day, has been unable to deliver or locate the package. The call center has pleasant persons to speak with, that insure they have escalated the trace, and to keep the line open, as they are going to call right back with information, never calls back, even after calling twice 4 hours apart. I believe USPS could have delivered the package in this amount of time, or at least been able to provide information as to when it will be received. Thanks Fedex for completely failing and being unacceptable for what you were paid to do. We will definitely chose any other shipping option available than to pay for your inability to provide services that have been paid for.

Sucks

I got a tracking number for my package and it was supposed to come on Thursday 2/3/22 by 10:30 am then it said delayed. Called FedEx to check man said it was ready for pickup. Called the place and no package. Called FedEx and they said that it's in Memphis but it was coming from California. Run around. It was so to come over night express.

Terrible experience 3 times now will never use fedex ever again over $1,000 in packages and still no delivery even with expedited pay and delivered to wrong and incorrect address! Then says my address is incorrect then when calling customer service I'm told my address is correct!

Lost package

I purchased an item from an internet merchant on 9/06/21. Said item was shipped via fedex economy on 9/08/21. Today is 9/26/21, and I have not received my package. After "jumping through hoops" I managed to speak with a fedex cs rep who said that my package was deemed lost, and that my only recourse was to contact the merchant to arrange a "reshipment". As the item is no longer available, I am "up sh*** creek". After seeing all the negative fedex reviews posted everywhere, I wonder why merchants continue to utilize this shipper. I will no longer purchase anything from companies who ship via fedex.

Terrible

Paid $125 to get an item overnighted. When it was delivered 24 hours late I called to request a reduction in my cost. They told me that because it was a "state of emergency" they could not refund any of my money. When I asked what the state of emergency was they told me weather. I pointed out that there were no weather issues at the TN hub where my item was located. Then the rep pivoted to the excuse that Covid caused the state of emergency. WTH? So, now, whenever they fail they're going to blame Covid and not take any responsibility for their poor service. I will NEVER use FedEx again. They are terrible. They lost a customer today. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Very Very Bad

They should be given negative star. For them I almost crashed my car. I transferred my packaged to FedEx facility to pick up. After that I called them and they said the package is there at the facility. When i go there, there was no facility. Now they are saying somebody signed that package and took it.

Paid a premium for next day delivery, although package has cleared customs and its in their warehouse, FEDEX Romania, refuses to deliver on the confirmed term according to their premium express next day delivery. Once that a package crosses the boarder to Romania, say goodbye to any standards or premium services you paid for. Avoid Fedex Romania. Don't waste your money on premium services that they just blatantly refuse to commit to, probably cause they just do the bare minimum required no matter what premium you end up paying. Nothing express about this FEDEX.

Yesterday I was supposed to receive my last payroll check through you guys and the driver never stopped but labeled the package as delivered yet person not home when I was home all day literally watching out my door for the package. Now today when I went to call to check on it because my tracking number wasn't working I got an attitude from the customer service representative whom I don't remember his name. I can honestly say I will never ever use FedEx again.
