I took time off from work because I had a very expensive package that was suppose to be delivered today but they changed it to the next day, nonsense. Now I will have to take time off from work tomorrow too.
TRACKING # ************** FedEx is the most screwed up, incompetent, delivery company in the world. Each of the last five... FIVE... packages were delivered days after they were "scheduled for delivery today". I miss work waiting for their deliveries because they are NEVER able to put the package on my doorstep (in fact, they just throw the packages haphazardly in my yard or in the ditch in front of my house) so that anyone else can just walk up and steal the package. Someone needs to open an investigation in this piss-poor company, or open a class-action lawsuit against them. The USPS is more competent than FedEx, and USPS employees are just government minions that do nothing but suck up a paycheck!
It needs to be a law that makes companies give the purchaser the option to pick which company they want delivering their packages! After all, those companies are charging US the delivery charges!
They lie that the driver came 3 times, and i was not home. The driver never showed up to. Pick up the package. I called them many times, their customer service gives me different info each time. They are the worst.

FedEx delivered the package to the wrong address and says now the customer has to pay the fee to fix the delivery driver's wrong address delivery. Where is it the customers responsible. It's not it's the company's.
It's sad how one company can literally drain someone of all the money they have and expect more. Well at this point I have to say they are for sure not the company this customer will ever use again. Good luck to those who do use FedEx. I'm literally speechless at this point.
They pay contractors to supply the drivers. The drivers are overworked and underpaid. FedEx and Crossno corporation thinks it's okay for their drivers to be verbally abused and threatened with bodily harm. They then want to get rid of the driver for verbally defending themselves when they weren't doing anything wrong in the first place. If you can avoid using FedEx, do so. They are horrible in every way. Most drivers genuinely don't care if you get your package on time. I did though. They treat good drivers like crap. They keep the crappy drivers. They are a completely backwards company with horrible equipment!
As of today 2-26-2021 we are still getting a run around by them. Claim is opened but not paid. We have already reimbursed our customer. We are a small business and can't afford to not get paid in a timely manner. Do we have to sue them or?
Almost all of my recent Fed Ex deliveries have been delayed and show up days later than they are supposed to. Fed Ex management needs to evaluate their employees and their operations in Arizona. They are not a reliable carrier anymore. The Postal Service is more reliable than Fed Ex. I do not reccomend them for any shipments that are needed in a timeframe.
Delivery suppose to be at my home Thursday changed to Saturday. Saturday was snowing so they said Sunday. At 8 pm Sunday they said Monday. I called customer service to see what is going on and a supervisor said it will be delivered Monday requested from him the reason all he said Monday and that is it Monday there is no need for explanation. So I said I just h as be to shut my mouth and accept the facts he said you said it not me. Great customer service
I used to use USPS as a service provider, but I was advised to try fedex as they said is more reliable and may cost as much. I opened an account with fedex and sent a package with a pre-paid return envelope for the same package. Fedex guy charged me around $14 to send the package and fedex charged me more than $40 for returning the same package for the same turn around time. I contacted fedex asking for an explanation or adjustment and to unsubscribe me from fedex after dozen of emails they responded to the second part of the request but never provided an explanation as why I was overcharged for the exact same service
2nd time fedex claimed to deliver my package but i never received it. The 2nd time I have a ring doorbell which never registered anyone before near or after delivering any packages they claimed per email I received. Very sad... & from here forward I will not buy or deal with any companies that work with FedEx! My guess is that the driver kept my tire.
The website is easy to navigate and offers many options and information for handling international shipping, a lot of steps to follow for customs controls like Fedex Insight. I like it, it is just slow sometimes. Recommendable for managing real time international shipping. I think it is better than the competitors. Go on Fedex.
I ordered a piece of furniture from Wayfair. It was being delivered by FedEx. It came on December 15th while I was out my package was delivered by FedEx. The box was completely busted up and the driver tried to push the broken box over the mess that was in the box. I have a ring doorbell, it showed the driver trying to push the box over the parts in the box. Then to add insult to injury he said something to someone else and they walked away laughing. I called FedEx and left a complaint with the customer service representative. She said someone would be reaching out to me. Of course I haven't heard anything from anyone. There were broken pieces, scuffed pieces. Messed up corners. Thanks alot FedEx. At least Wayfair made it right.
What has happened to FedEx? They use to be the gold standard in package delivery and with how much they change you would think that they still would be. I've been expecting a package out of Texas to Boise for three days now. Their automated system keeps telling me that the package is out for delivery in Boise only to get a message late in the day postponing the delivery for another day. My advice would be to use UPS or USPS. Avoid Fed Ex
They said they came to deliver my package at 11:50 I was home and up by 8:30 no one ever ringed the bell I call customer service to ask why my package was no delivered even though I was home and waiting for my package she told me not to worry it would be delivered the next day at 10:30am it is 9:59 am right now and I still not did get a delivery! Why you ask because yesterday the driver delivered it to a drop site when I personally asked that they didn't when I spoke to the customer service Rep yesterday because the package contains my personal information. The tracker is bull$#*! u don't get any text alerts, just for safety reason I will not be using fedex ever. This Situation make me so uneasy.
The fedex driver claimed my address was incorrect. I called to verify my address was correct. They still did not deliver my package. I called several times complaining. They kept giving me the run around. I'm on day three of not receiving my package which is necessary medical equipment. I was told on the third day it would be delivered by 3 pm. It still was not delivered. I called again. Was told it's down as a priority delivery. I won't believe that till I get my package. Don't ever use FedEx. THEY ARE HORRIBLE AND FULL OF CRAP!
Fed Ex, simply cannot cut it. EVERY TIME I order something that uses Fed Ex as a shipper, it is Either Lost, Late or Damaged. 100% of the time. I am choosing my on-line purchases by looking at shippers they use from now on. If it is either Fed Ex or USPS, I will find one that uses UPS instead. It is that bad.

I had a non replacable antique auto part refurbished and it was lost by Fed Ex over 3 weeks ago. The follow up on the claim was terrible from Fed Ex. No called unless I initiated them absolutely no emails. I followed all there steps spent over 8 hours on this claim documented the item following up with the shipper and trying to track down the driver. They said they would have the driver call me. Never happened. Said the driver would meet me at the shipping location. He came there to drop off another item which he was putting in the incorrect location that the account was set up for, and as I was waving him down he drove away. Terrible Terrible Service. We live in a very rural area and after receiving numerous shipments per week for over 2 years with nothing lost I find it hard to believe that the item was stolen. So now Iam out over $500.00 and have to try to locate a very rare part not to mention the upset customer that owns the vehicle because of the delays. Avoid Fed Ex.
I had two pairs road bike wheels, which were damaged. They went back to the manufacturer, from Mallorca to the UK. They were repaired and returned and Fedex were the company responsible for shipping. The package is now trapped in mainland Spain. A demand for duty, on wheels (my wheels) that have already had duty paid on them, are trapped in the system. I drove from Pollenca to Palma as there is no telephone number to call. This depot contacted Fedex on the mainland and they sent an email, demanding €1000+ duty. There was a number to call on this email (so they do have telephones) and I called the number. They cannot deal with this on the telephone and it has been referred to another department by email? I need these wheels (my wheels) for my business and will probably now have to fly to the UK, purchase two sets of wheels and bring them back over to Mallorca. What an absolute shambles and I can see why your ratings are so low.

Editional to that to call the call center it goes to the another country. I can't able to get USA management of FedEx to make my complaint. FedEx ground! You suck!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch.
