On March 2 I mailed an important document to be delivered by March 4. It was not delivered until March 8. In the meantime, I spent more money to send it again. I called FedEx to get a refund back in March and they said to wait a few weeks. I forgot about it until May and then called back. After speaking to 4, yes 4, different people in 4 different departments I was told that my window to file for a refund had expired. Apparently, I had only two weeks. Was I told this in March when I initially called? NO. The FedEx guarantee is worthless. Never again.
I have complained to Fedex headquarters and my local office multiple times to no avail. My packages are being left on my very busy road in all weather conditions - rain, sleet, snow, heat - and I am a senior citizen with a handicapped husband. So I have to go out and drag my packages down a long driveway. One star is too much for this poorly managed company.

I have a package coming that requires a signature and they told me the scheduled delivery date was a HOLIDAY ALL THEIR FACILITIES AND DEIVERS WERE NOT WORKING AT ALL. No calls, no texts, nothing from Fed Ex. Was an important delivery that was never received and their customer service was zero help. FedEx has a repeating issue every time I use them, and it seems most others have the same problem. Every time I have had them handle my orders... not by choice... they have delivered the package late. Sometimes it's days late. One example is a cologne i had bought, and the expected delivery date was March 23. I didn't receive it til the 3rd of April. This company is terrible at being on time.
I have been waiting for a Scope mount ordered 10 days ago. It was lost in the sorting facility. Then found. Stayed at that facility for 7 days. I have called at least twice a day. Got a guaranty of delivery for a very important package and fedex delayed it three times in three days and it cost me hundreds of dollars. FedEx don't care if they break a contract. Super poor customer service. I will never use them again.
Do you have delivery drivers that can read working for you? My item was delivered to an address that was no where near me... the address was clearly on the label... if you aren't delivering to the wrong address, it usually takes 3 times longer to receive a package than with UPS or USPS... Paid extra money just to get overnight shipping and fed ex did not honor that and delayed me all the way till Thursday so a whole week I have to wait if they would have sent it when they were supposed to I would have already had my package worse delivery service I have ever had to work with do not recommend for any reason this company
1. Shipper (personal friend) was told Fedex deliveries to the address on the package everyday. WRONG they only deliver to that address Mon-Fri.
2. Was told we could drive to the distribution center and pick up the package. WRONG the shipper had to give us permission then told we still probably could not pick it up since it is a distribution center and they do not deal with the public.
3. Called the 800 number 8 times. During the day only not speaking persons answered the phone and during the evening they kept hanging up (no I was not rude or even upset) when I asked for the status. At this point I would have paid extra just to get this package.
4. I was given a claims number by one of the agents and told this would show she was expediting the package WRONG the next agent told me there was no way and had no idea what that number was for. The next 3 agents had no idea.
5. We ended up camping the night at the Fedex warehouse in Bridgeport WV waiting for this package with hopes it will make it and we can get it since this center is only opened for 2 hours on Saturday morning.
6. The Ohio distribution center will not answer their phones even when one of the customer service agents attempt to call them.
Never will I use Fedex... UPS all the way for this person!
Was trying to get a package shipped to my client using his account number. Customer service and technical assistance kept bouncing me back and forth without giving me a proper answer or guidance. I finally gave up and told my client to book the shipment. It was just a waste of time and had to explain my situation to like 7 different people. Don't know how they call it customer service at all. Hope we don't have to deal with them ever

Never thought I would say USPS is better! FedEx used to be the best in the business and it was always worth the extra dollar in the confidence and knowing that your item would arrive on time or even early! Not so anymore. The trucks are dirty and half the time broken down because drivers have to provide their own truck I know because a driver told me. I often see them driving a U-Haul truck. Nothing ever arrives on time it's been a week waiting for something to arrive that should've been here in 48 hours. They don't give good updated information on where packages are in transit. USPS has better. Lesson learned.
If a package has duties due, The carrier has to call in advance and gain the charges.

I'm having problems with FedEx. I did express to get my package delivered may 13 or 14 on the May 13 it said it was on its way by the end of the day but it never came on May 14 it says pending. When we called customer service they're saying that they never shipped it they just created a label and so I called the shipper they said they already did. Customer service was not helpful at all this is important documents and now it's May 20 and I still haven't received my package it's still saying pending.
My sister had a delivery with the same company and they used FedEx to ship her package. But her situation she got her package but I never did and when I use her tracking number it says pending and then I called customer service about it and they're saying that the shipper never shipped it her item but they did and she received her package but it says pending. This company is absolutely a fraud. They say that they delivered my parcel and someone sighted it meantime I didn't sigh anything from them and my parcel is missing. They will not provide you a prove of the person who delivered your parcel ( if they even delivered it like they said) or they will not provide you with the name of the person who "delivered" your parcels. They simply steal your item and keeps you waiting when they investigate your case and later they will just say they can't help you. Don't use this company! They are proper frauds!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
