Delivered a hazardous material shipment to the incorrect address and took a beautiful pick of it sitting on someone else's porch. How great. Now i am in the poor customer service shuffle.
One of the most upsetting things I have ever done is fall for a scam; I felt deceived and powerless. After that, I learned about S I M O N C H ///// DOT C O M. They quickly and expertly fixed what I believed would never be restored. When I needed it most, their wisdom and kindness gave me hope.
Package received at local terminal on Monday and schedule for on Tuesday. Package not delivered. Package schedule to be delivered on Wednesday and not delivered due to operational tempo. Package schedule for delivery on Thursday and not delivered. Call FedEx they said would be delivered by 8:00 pm and not delivered. Call FedEx again and was told FedEx ground had till 10:00 pm for ground delivery. No Delivery, how many more stories will there be before I receive my package. Next time I will use UPS since I have never had a problem like this with UPS!
My package was scheduled to be delivered to my home 12/16/24 No delivery yet here it's now 12/20/24 and nobody that works for FedEx can tell my why my package is just sitting there warehouse the warehouse is 30 minutes form my home so for me to not have received it yet is insane and nobody has responded to me at all I have called everywhere so this is my last resort your customer service people has hung up the phone on me multiple times which shows me they don't care about the customer concerns for them to just hang up the but without the customers you don't have a job I have been waiting for my package since 12/16/24 - UNTIL?
I am still waiting for a package since it arrived to Canada, it has been moved twice between different cities, each time farther from the original destination, the communication with Fed Ex is one of the worst I have ever experienced-only through AI no matter via phone or chat or email, same information being regurgitated over and over again like a cow in the pasture munching the grass over and over again: it is on the way-I hear while it gets farther and father from the destination.
There are no excuses for that-Canada Post strike has nothing to do with this avoidance, hiding behind AI and not having enough courage to face up your customer and own your incompetence.
FedEx should just go out of Business! Since moving to Georgia my packages stay at the local hub near me in Austelll for days!

This has been on my tracking number since Sundy. It is now early Wednesday morning. Still no email telling me to expect delivery! The package 6 Days ago before this one took 4 days to get to me from Austell. Austell is only 25 minutes from my house. FeEx Stinks! Avoid them like they are Covid!
Can't follow the shipping label instructions. I am currently unable to get around so I put porch delivery. Where was my package left? Not my porch! It was left on the other side of the apartment complex. I guess I'll have someone go fetch it for me. I don't think it's to much to ask that if I pay to have something shipped I should be able to designate my front porch, especially in the era of porch pirates. But no it's better having my package left in a place that's convenient for the driver instead. I won't use Fed ex again. Thanks for showing how $#*!ty your service is!
Every FedEx delivery goes to some unknown address. Spoken to managers many times. Same placating rhetoric. Same delivery screwups. They simply don't care. Last manager told me that they have frequent driver turnover. I guess that make's horrible customer service ok. Have never had this problem with UPS or USPS.
My first issue with FedEx is the estimated delivery date. FedEx has said that my package will be delivered by "estimated delivery" then that time will come and pass then hours after they will update that estimated delivery date for hours or even days later. This has happened multiple times, but the most recent time I needed the package by the date it estimated. I went to the location where I had the package delivered 3 times today expecting to receive said package but no I checked the tracking hours later, just for a new expected delivery date. So, I called FedEx to sit on the phone telling anyone who would listen that I would drive to wherever I needed to go I just needed the package. I did this for half an hour while being put on hold multiple times until I was eventually told "We have your package, but you can't come pick it up. It "should" be delivered tomorrow."
MY PARENT NEEDED THOSE PAPERS BY 12.09.2024. FED EX BLAMED MY 80-YEAR-OLD PARENTS FOR NOT BEING HOME. LIARS SPOKE TO MY PARENTS SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. THEY WERE HOME NEVER LEFT THE HOUSE UNTIL THE PACKAGE ARRIVED. ON TOP OF THAT, I HAD TO PAY ADDITIONAL CHARGES (12.58 EUROS) TO GET MY ENVELOPE DELIVERED. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.
May delivery time was between 9 am and 11am the truck passes me two times wit out stopping after that FedEx change delivery time before 8 pm. that was critical parts deliver with signature required. Now i have to waste my time. Shame of you FedEx
Drivers lie, packages are delayed in the extreme and this is intentional from the ceo down to the driver. That is what FedEx has become. The current ceo since 2019 is running the company into the ground with cost cutting measures. The only recourse consumers have is to make known that if a company uses FedEx to ship, you will refuse to buy their products. I plan to do just that!
The Worst delivery company in the World. The 800 number s*cks. YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP! Don't waste your time calling because you get put into automated HELL.
Please don't waste your money on using FedEx for overnight delivery. I waited 6 days and had to go to the South Holland facility to retrieve my package. Oh the customer service was non existent. You either deal with people with bad attitudes or those that give false information without any repercussions.
I'd give a zero if I could! Used Fedex for the first and last time. Pick up 2nd December (UK) and delivery date 6th December (Canada). Finally delivered On 18th December and that was after I escalated to their CEO (who didn't reply but mysteriously/coincidentally the parcel started moving) after getting fed up with their BS copy and paste 'customer service' emails. Constant excuses about trucks/planes being full and being given false information/questions not being answered. After delivery I was told I'd receive a 50% refund (I had to ask for this). I chased this only to be told I'll receive a credit on my Fedex Account - No use to me as I'll never use them again! I'd rather ask a butcher to look after my cow! Without doubt the worst logistics courier that I've ever had the displeasure to use and I intend to repeat this message on as many forums as possible!
I spent over $600 trying to get one little vial of medicine that needed to be refrigerated to the Philippines in 4 days. FedEx promised 3 days with their International Priority shipping. We are now at 6 days. The medicine is ruined at the shipment is still sitting some warehouse in the Philippines. Horrible. I would give 0 or negative stars if i could.
Their deliveries are hopeless. I have no choice in using Fedex, Chewy ships with them. Not only do they misdeliver 50% of the time, but the times it does get here they left the package on the street in the weather and bait for porch pirates. Getting satisfaction, provided you have fooled the computer into letting you talk to a real person, with customer service is non-existent. We will let you know in 48 hrs they say. NOT. File a claim for restitution with the sender who will contact us they say, only takes six weeks. I have to do all the work, in short. Hopeless!
I am a small business owner and live in a rural area that has easy access to state highway I do not have issues with other carriers such as USPS, and UPS. I have had many issues with the fedex driver in this area. Have found packages in the middle of the driveway, laying in the ditch beside the driveway. I have a large box with a sign on it marked "DELIVERIES 1910 HIGHWAY 3015",BUT still find my packages thrown on the ground. I have also gotten text and email from fedex about the time and date for deliveries, ONLY TO SIT HERE ALL DAY WAITING, then I get a picture of somewhere other than my driveway in an email letting me know there were issues with the delivery and it will have to be rescheduled for another day. Fedex is the worst carrier in the business as far as I'm concerned.
Three packages all from different online retailers. One spent two weeks in limbo, another one week in limbo, and the third is still in limbo marked as "On Vehicle Out for Delivery" at the start of the day just to end up marked "Operational Delay" at the end of the business day. Of the two packages that have been received one was completely destroyed. The other box had heavy items in it and weighed roughly 40LBS. The box was completely destroyed and was wrapped in half a roll of packing tape to keep it together. The plastic and aluminum food containers inside were dented and cracked. And the shipping label was destroyed at some point in the process because a new label was put over it. I shudder to think what the third package is going to look like when it finally gets here.
I was overcharged, the urgent documents took longer than expected and the customer service is appalling. From setting up a new account and promised discounts, to failing to apply the discounts and hitting my credit card with almost double the price, to the late delivery of the urgent documents, its was a disaster all the way. Then, after threating court action, it took more than 12 weeks to get a partial overcharge back with the help of a Fedex person in my country constantly hitting head office with requests for credit. Stay clear!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
