Today is Saturday. Every day this week Fedex has listed my $2000 guitar as "scheduled for delivery", starting on Monday. I've called their "customer support" every morning once it fails to reach that critical next step- "out for delivery", and every morning I have been LIED TO about this fiasco.
Eventually they HAVE to deliver it, right?
RIGHT?
Do they deliver packages or STORE them?
Only time will tell.
Update- Now it looks more and more like my guitar got STOLEN. Yesterday their rep was telling me she was looking at an image of the actual box sitting in the shipping trailer, now they're asking me for a DESCRIPTION.
I guess what I'll wind up with is a refund in a few weeks. Thanks, Fedex.
I intend to make a concerted effort to avoid them for the rest of my life. I have ZERO intention of ever going through anything like this again. Hopefully they'll go out of business, AS THEY RICHLY DESERVE TO.

My shipment was late due to a software glitch. I go to the Fedex website as soon as the invoice is available (note I can only dispute the invoice once its available), I click on the invoice to dispute it and what happens...the site says its too late to dispute as its been over 15 days since shipment. Its a fraud! I call up customer service and they want me to call an international number to chase the money that is owed to me. They are terrible!
I am extremely disappointed with FedEx's refusal to provide a written statement confirming that the shipping label associated with my purchase is invalid. Despite multiple calls and requests, FedEx insists on only sharing this information verbally, making it impossible for me to document the claim or pursue a proper dispute with my credit card company. This lack of official written communication has hindered my ability to seek any resolution. FedEx's dismissive and unhelpful stance is unacceptable for a company of this size and reputation. I strongly urge others to exercise caution when relying on FedEx for accurate, documented support in similar cases.
I sent an insured package from St. John's NL to Shediac NB on November 23,2024. It was scheduled to arrive November 25 and got delayed till December 2,2024. I was told it was stuck at the Port aux Basques ferry. On December 6,2024, I called Fed ex Customer Services and a rep said it must be lost I should submit a "case" - I did and received no updates. On December 15, I called Fed ex Customer Services and a rep said they cannot find it I should submit a "claim" - I did and received no updates. On January 8,2025 - I received an email stating the claim was denied. I have called customer service twice since to find out why and I cannot speak to anyone who knows anything. On January 8, they said someone would call me back - they never. January 15, they said someone would call me back - IDK.
Package was left in wet grass instead of my dry porch! Instructions not followed, at leased it was inside the gate instead of where someone can drive by & steal it! Only positive thing about this delivery that's why I gave a 2. Other then that they are the worst delivery service here in Otis Oregon!
. My package was supposed to be delivered already. It has taken them 5 days to move the package 1 state away from it's origin. Only seven more states to pass through. At this rate I may see it in a month.
I have plants near my front door and Friday 12/10/21 at around 4pm there was a delivery, where the person literally put the packages in front of the screen door where if I open it they will fall. They also broke my flower pot and stacked them together so nobody would notice. This is unacceptable and explains why people don't recommend using FedEx but I had no choice this time.
My fed ex driver Adam in north Nashville has gone above and beyond to make sure I get my packages. My house is blocked off by construction workers and he sends a call to meet at the bottom of the driveway so I can receive my packages. Other delivery drivers from other companies did not even attempt to deliver and sent my packages back. Thank you Adam for being a great person.

Totally satisfied with the shipping process. Practical to buy from US website for instance and to be delivered abroad. User friendly website, you can follow every step of your order till it arrives home. A must!
For clients overseas it is very difficult to contact Bongo via email. There is a phone number, however when the time difference is 12 -15 hours one would have to stay up late in the night to sort out a problem which need immediate attention.
Operators of courier services should take a cue from FedEx in the manner of delivery efficiency and reports thereafter. My experiences as a lawyer have been satisfactory especially when proof is needed, the company have always met up to the task. However I suggest the attestation of the receivers should be included in the proof of delivery as to ascertain proper service.
My office utilizes Fedex to send checks for our vendors. Fedex pick the package up and promises to deliver next day, but their drivers don't and when you check the tracking they say, it has been already deliver. But I am there waiting and the package is not there. Then I complain and they said investigation will be done within 3 days, but I need the checks to make the payments. It happened in Weston, Fl.
I wonder if the owners or managers of FedEx read the reviews written by the customers they "serve"? Why do you need a company with such a rating? I have never received a package at the appointed time, this time is constantly moving, and then nothing happens. Why should I waste my time looking for the goods I ordered. I have to write to the company that sent me, wasting my time. Today is exactly the same situation. They themselves set the time and simply do not come. Isn't it easier to set a time when you can come? Disgusting company, it simply should not exist because they do not fulfill their purpose anyway.
I was sitting at home and got a picture notification text message from FedEx that my package was delivered! Went out to my porch didn't see anything, I called FedEx right away to tell them there delivery driver dropped off my package to the wrong house! I asked them to have their turn around and get my package which they said they couldn't do that. All I got was a claims number and said they would call me back with an update! Never received a phone call from the at all! FedEx is the worse company out there! I've had issues with them before when their delivery driver said they knocked on the door and no one was there to sign for the package and left! I was outside in the front yard when that text came through. I also went inside to get my video footage to prove that they were lying! They are very dishonest!
Fedex is the worst delivery service hands down. I run a business that depends on prompt service, They show up after hours sometimes 3 hrs late. Sometimes on Friday the drive pulls to end of road and then reports business is closed and drives on when Im standing there watching them. I suggest everyone use UPS.
FedEx starts his new hires $18 per hour and forgets his veteran employees who have been there 4,5 years even longer and pay them the same as the new hires. Not fair at all. You can't pay them the same. The new hires get trained by the veterans. Pay should be different. Mr. Cooperate or C. E.0
The 1st incident happened about 2 months ago. I had bought my mother an item online and she got a delivery date and she waited for about a week after then our closest neighbor, which is 2 miles away, found her package in a ditch on the side of the road. And yesterday they said my package was delivered with a pic of proof with package on porch, only problem was it's not my porch. 3rd incident, I ordered a gun safe I was given a delivery date of 12/7, then I got an alert "barcode unreadable" will be delayed till 12/8. We will see if it gets here today or not. UPS and even USPS services are more dependable.
FedEx can't get 1 order to me on time. It's always at least 2 days after it says it's supposed to be delivered! I run a business and when they are late it affects my business. I don't get the supplies when I need them, and when they are said to have arrived.
How the F- does this crappy company stay in business? Stop using them to ship stuff!

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
