This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They lost my package for 5 days and then told me they weren't going to deliver it and they would drop it off with Canada Post even though Canada Post is on strike so my medication was in there and now I can't get my meds. Real great FedEx. Plus even when we have a scheduled delivery they will drop it off at the wrong house two blocks away it's lucky I know my neighbors otherwise I probably wouldn't receive any of my packages
I wish there was an option to grade FedEx a negative number. This company has gone from the very best dependable delivery service to the absolute worst in the country. The individuals that deliver the packages are either blatant liars or the company has become dishonest and deceitful. For the fourth time in a row, I was suppose to have a package delivered to my condo and was texted that it would be arriving. We purposely waited at home for the package. We live in a condo, so we never received a call from our call box from the deliverer. Nor did anyone come to our door and knock or ring the door bell. Then they left a text that they were unable to deliver because no one was home to accept the package. A complete and total lie. This is the fourth straight time this has happened to me with a FedEx delivery. I would recommend using UPS, DHL, even USPS before I would ever use Fedex to mail a package.
Second delivery by this company - the first took a week and a half to deliver from their local depot as so say the address was incomplete - certainly there was nothing wrong with the address on the label once it was delivered.
Second parcel - same excuse but already 3 days late with further excuses for non delivery- my advice is don't use this company and indeed I shall be asking companies not to use them for my deliveries in the future - they are too much hassle!
I'm sitting here after noon waiting for a package that requires a signature and was supposed to be delivered between 8:30 am - 10:30 am. Once 10:30 am passed, I could no longer track the delivery truck via FedEx's delivery map. Now my packages is to be delivered by End of Day.
WHY have a delivery map if it isn't available?
WHY do customers require signatures? NOT because they expect their clients are going to steal the package; because they fear a FedEx employee might steal the package. The signature is to ensure delivery.
WHY are FedEx customers inconvenienced having to wait for a signature required package and have to pay additional fees for signature required packages... because we don't trust FedEx (as is very easily displayed by the 89% 1 Star reviews on this website).

Why did I have to go look for my items at the neighbors door because they was to lazy to look at the apartment number to deliver to the right apartment. Good thing I was home and saw the notification that it was delivered. Then they take a picture but don't show the apartment number.
Once again, FedEx has proven they are completely incompetent. They are lazy, have no work ethics, no integrity, and are liars. Was to have a delivery by the end of day 7/26/24, but because we are far out in the country, the driver didn't want to have to drive all this way on a Friday evening. So they made some excuse not to deliver my package. Then, they were to deliver it 7/27/24, between 10 AM and 2 PM. Guess what? NO Show! Now the tracker reads by end of day again. Being Saturday what do you want to bet they come up with another excuse for not delivering the package. I hate to say it, but for now on if you are a seller, and you use FedEx. You will not be getting my business, unless you can guarantee another carrier will be handling the package. As for me I plan on boycotting FedEx, they will never deliver another package to my home again. They suck.
Where do I begin? How about the impossibility to speak to an actual human being. Through a web search of 20 min I found on Reddit how to get in touch with someone and imagine that, useless as reading glasses to a blind man. I live in Martinsburg, WV and our driver apparently doesn't know his@$$ from a hole in the ground as we consistently get notifications that "your package has been delivered." We are like cool! Then as it turns out there is no package to be found and this is the 4th or 5th time just THIS year. We found a couple down the street, at different mailboxes not even on our street and you can't report it. Get a hold of the local office? Not a shot in hell! Get a hold of a representative through a backdoor option? Useless like I said earlier. It is so bad that we have filed so many claims with the main company we order from, they are starting to question our integrity which is something I cannot abide! I may be many things but a thief or a liar... GTFO my face!
They guaranteed 2 day shipping and lied about it. They left it in the next county for ovet 12 hours and had no intention on getting me my expensive package on time because nobody there is held accountable! This is not an isolated incident! They shouldn't make claims like 2 day guarantee when they can't come through. Never order a gift or anything you need on a certain date at a certain time through FedEx because they are unreliable and do not care if they piss you off! If they ever go out of business it will be well deserved!

Everytime that FedEx has to deliver a Package to me by a Guarantied Delivery date it gives you the day time says it out for delivery with a time window to expect delivery but by the end of the day you get an email saying it is DELAYED DELIVERY. They really need to close this delivery company down or learn how to handle and deliver packages. If there was NEGATIVE STARS that is all this company would ever get. Then when you call to talk to a HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON ALL YOU GET IS AUTOMATED AND IF YOU SAY YOU NEED TO TALK TO A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPASENTIVE THE SYSTEM DISCONNETS YOU.
Horrible company and customer service. I had initially requested a hold of my package at a specific site due to required signature and I did not know if I would be available to receive. Within an hour of that request, I wasnable to confirm my availability and called to request a cancellation of the hold which the representative confirmed. On the day of the delivery, they DID NOT in fact cancel the original request and now I have to somehow fit a 80 lb package in my sedan... I was told that they do not have the capability on their end to cancel the original request BEFORE it is even shipped days before delivery. How do companies like this stay in business?!
Received package from GoodChop, sliced open on the side not the normal seam. Driver delivered it opened and missing steaks. I have it on video and pictures from camera. You can see the slit on the side by the blue label print. FedEx will not cover costs of missing steaks. You can't even tell this is a FedEx driver except for the truck, no uniform like UPS.
Absolutely worthless delivery company! And even more so, they truly are NOT worth the time it is taking me to write this and it's probably a complete waste of my time. I have ordered multiple items over the past few weeks and NOTHING I've ordered has been delivered on time. One item has supposedly been on the FEDEX Truck in Tallahassee since Saturday, November 30th! And the other? On the Tallahassee FEDEX truck since yesterday (delivery was to be yesterday, then today, and now tomorrow). This is absolutely rediculous! I get an alert that it's on it's way and then another that says it's delayed. NOONE can tell me why, and god forrbid Someone at FEDEX actually does the job they are being paid for by picking up a phone. I've NEVER in my life seen nor experienced such incompetent people and Company. FEDEX needs to hire UPS to come and re-train the incompetent, ignorant, lazy they have working there. Oh wait...they don't work because you NEVER get through to a real person. And I'm not the only one in my area experiencing this...FEDEX needs to just shut it's doors. Hands Down...THE Worst company
FEDEX should feature in their own comedy series, and their service is a complete joke! The drivers - if not lie - certainly fabricate evidence. They do not follow written instructions (can they read?) or verbal instructions (are they deaf?) and just make it up as they go along. Three attempts to deliver a parcel - and would not wait for the recipient to come to the gate to meet them, even when in telephone communication with them! Give me strength!
Package was supposed to have arrived on Wed. 08/14/24. Followed tracking # and it stated package delayed, incorrect address. The address on the package is the correct address, has been for 29 years. Fedex has delivered here before. Was told that package would be delivered on Thur. 08/15/24. Followed tracking # and again it stated package delayed, incorrect address, delivery scheduled for Fri.08/16/24.tried to talk to customer service, [ a joke],as I only speak English. I told them my address is the same as the address on the package, why can't you find my house? I could not understand most of what the customer rep told me, other than "we apologize for any problem, we'll try to figure it out." Must have the same customer service dept. as UPS. I still can'tget a straight answer as to why the driver can't find my house. Don't know if he/she is to lazy to look for it or too stupid to find it. They've been here before and I haven't moved. They couldn't find their butt with both hands. The Fedex driver has made attempt to contact me about the address issue. Figger tomorrow will be the same, package delayed, incorrect address, delivery date Sat.08/17/24. They need customer service reps who can speak plain English and who really care about the customer and has sense enough to do something besides reading off a script
Horrible customer service. They sent me several past due statements. My sales agent has been trying to resolve this issue for OVER A YEAR! I called them and it took 3 agents! None of which spoke english. They can't transfer calls, they can't call you back, there is no supervisor on site, etc. etc. Just a joke! Oh, and come to find out the balance is 0. THEN WHY HAVE YOU BEEN HARASSING MY SALES TEAM? Bunch of clowns!
It's a shame you can't give zero stars. Had a priority package that was supposed to deliver on 8-23-24. Failed attempt so, FedEx site shows package will be delivered Monday (8-26) by noon, then by end of day then delayed. Tue (8-27) same thing. Looked at site and saw where delivery was attempted once on Monday and once on Tue. Complete lie by the delivery driver. After a lot of calls to customer service, and no one willing (capable) to help I had to drive from IN. To KY., talk with the person at the FedEx location. She got the driver on the phone. He didn't know I was listening and proceeded to tell the lady he made an attempt Monday and Tue. I called him out on it, and he stuttered and stumbled. After realizing he was caught, he finally delivered the package. Why would FedEx keep employees who lie? It's obvious he was trying to get his quota without working and used a "signature required" package to do that. FedEx is absolutely worthless from their customer service to their drivers. I will never have anyone ever send me anything via FedEx again!

The company representative calls without letting you speak, interrupts you when you want to explain, cuts you off and hangs up.
They don't answer e-mails, call centres are useless, children are crying in the back ground, roosters are crowing, the representative hardly speaks English.

FedEx does not deliver as scheduled. They promise to deliver and the driver will call you in advance, but neither happens.
Also parcels are going missing and are never seen again.

Hard to track, joint packages get separated and lost, chat gives worthless help. I think Walmart primarily uses FedEx and I have never had reliable deliveries when I shop Walmart.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
