In January of 2019 I purchased an LG refrigerator with a 5 year warranty and a 10 warranty on the compressor. Little did I know that LG had a class action lawsuit against them for faulty compressors. Lorenz continued to sell this brand and did not let me know that LG refrigerators were a ticking time bomb. Now 4.5 years later everyone is finger pointing while I have no refrigerator. Avoid Lorenz, Avoid LG and Avoid CPS warranty.

It appears that GE decided to get in bed with LG and have appliances made in South Korea. Its also appears that the appliances are built to last 5 years which is just past the point of the warranty. I purchased a LG refrigerator in January of 2019. I have a five year warranty. The warranty is with a third party CPS which is also probably owned by GE or LG. I have not had a refrigerator for over 4 days and all i get is lip service. Send us the invoice, what is your name, agree to our terms, etc.

In 2020 I had a biopsy done on my prostate. There solution was surgery only. I was literally handed an iPad to watch a video of a surgery removing a prostate. Fortunately, I ended up going to a professional at Northwestern and I had proton therapy there in late 2020 and ending in early 2021. These money grubbers have called me at least 50 times over the last three years and are billing me for calling me. Don't go near these hacks.

The Home Loan Expert has not paid me for appraisal work completed in December of 2022. I have contacted them several times times and received nothing but lip service.

Its apparent that Old National Bank was grossly unprepared for this merger. Most of the clientele at the Homewood branch is elderly. I have seen dozens of bank mergers and never have I seen the ball dropped like this. One hour wait times on the phone and in the branch. I am unable to use online banking or Zelle. I have made a complaint to the FDIC and to the BBB. I will be closing my 8 accounts as soon as possible.

I completed a VA appraisal for this company on September 1,2021. I have not received payment even after I was told payment was being expedited to me on December 12,2021.

Its pitiful when a dealership where you purchased a $35,000 truck is to incompetent to install a truck bed liner. I made three trips to Chevy of Homewood with nothing but a waste of my time. I will never go back for service or to recommend anyone to this dealership.

I provided appraisal services in February and I still have not been paid. I contacted the business in May and I was told a check was forthcoming.
