I have ordered from online shopping. They have delivered "it said in the app" I have cameras all over my house and nothing was delivered. When I replied back that it is not delivered they have sent me a pic of some door and my package. Excuse me! It was not my door more than 1 month have passed and my package is not delivered to me but to someone. I have called a customer service they told me that I can submit a claim and be refunded my $100. I have done so. And I am so pissed as they are going back to me 0.5 month later telling that in order to be refunded ". FedEx requires written and signed authorization by the shipper waiving their right to pursue a claim. Please provide written and signed authorization from the shipper relinquishing their right to pursue a claim." What a $#*!! You have lost my $#*!ig package and I have to contact the shipper to do something for you?! Are you $#*!ing joking? Teach your stuff to deliver a packages to the right door! Well, I spent OVER 73 Minutes on a Phone Tree, Multiple Transfers to VA's in a Foreign Country & finally got an UNDERSTANDABLE Agent in Revenue Services and it STILL took her 27 minutes to CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP after searching the Site & App for over 20 minutes of trying to figure out HOW TO CANCEL (BTW - Not Possible)

We've been receiving packages at our business location for over 20 years now, from UPS, USPS, DHL, Amazon & FEDEX. For the past 3-4 years, FEDEX has been by far the most unreliable and least timely. We recently ordered a shipment of wire, as we do every 3-4 months. Unfortunately our supplier ships via FEDEX as it's cheaper. For our 3rd wire shipment in a row, FEDEX failed to deliver on time - not even close. They claimed to attempt delivery 3 times last week. Once was at 4:20 last Thursday, when the driver claimed the business was closed. Our 3 cameras showed that our employees were outside the office from 3:40 - 4:50 cleaning and organizing work vehicles. No FEDEX truck showed up in our parking lot at all. For 15 years, we have also had delivery instructions to deliver inside our unlocked garage door if nobody answers the door. But they simply will not follow those instructions any longer, and I get a different reason every time I make another pointless call to their "customer service" line. In short, we will no longer allow shipments to our business via FEDEX. Period. We stopped using them to ship our products years ago. Our best experience with shipping, believe it or not, is the old USPS. But Amazon, UPS and DHL are all much, much better and more reliable than FEDEX too.
I shipped to my daughter in Italy, friday from Miami Fl, to arrive monday, never arrived, called tuesday, they told me customs informed fedex monday evening that there was a customs expense of $58.48 but I asked why no one was informed it would have been taken care of and she would have received the package. They would not have contacted me if it wasn't because I called them and inquired still be waiting for any sort of update. They further told me the only way they would make payment for me was for me to open a new account with fedex. Went to the place that I shipped from they took care of payment, they contacted international fedex and asked if it could be expedited as my daughter needed to board the ship on wednesday morning, they only offered to open a case and it would be 24 hours, he asked for supervisor they gave them a hard time to get him to escalate the case. She is an employee of MSC cruise line, a headliner for them and the ship departs on that wednesday. This is why I paid 400 plus dollars to arrive a couple of days before.

This is the second time in one week that my package has gone to the wrong address, not to mention the wrong delivery address in the past. My address is so CLEAR on my mailbox, so i don't understand why this is a constant issue with the delivery drivers. I understand trying to deliver in a timely manner but what good is that when packages are continually going to the wrong address? PLEASE TRAIN YOUR DRIVERS BETTER

I almost always have a problem when it comes to a package or packages being delivered by FedEx. Many of the customer service reps aren't that better either in helping you resolve the issue. Had 2 packages that were to be delivered yesterday 06/16/2023 then the status turned from delivery to operational delay. No one could tell me why my packages were taken off of the FedEx truck Friday. Fast forward to today 06/17/2023, one package said that it is out for the delivery while the other says in transit. A representative told me that the other package will be arriving today at rhe same time as the first package. Then I'm told that it hasn't been updated on my end, but it is on their end. How hard is it to update the status of a package. I don't like to use the word hate because it's a strong word, but I hate FedEx delivery with a passion! If I knew the seller would be using Fedex's services for the shipment, I would not have ordered the product or either reached out to the seller and see if the item could be shipped with another carrier such as UPS.

I bought a package that requires a signature for deleiver. I missed the first deleivery day even when I was home becsuse the doorbell didn't ring. The second day I waited near the door all day and missed it because they didn't ring the doorbell or knock. I called fed ex and said they would send the driver back which they didn't. I then called a second time to redirect the package and they said I needed to contact the shipper. So I did and redirected rhe package because i want going to be home the next few days and told this to fed ex 2 times. Then fed ex tried to deleiver the package another 2 times when I had already changes the address and I wasn't home like I told them. I am beyond pissed off I have called over 5 times about this and they still can't get it right. I would give them 0 stars I'd I could.
1. Shipper (personal friend) was told Fedex deliveries to the address on the package everyday. WRONG they only deliver to that address Mon-Fri.
2. Was told we could drive to the distribution center and pick up the package. WRONG the shipper had to give us permission then told we still probably could not pick it up since it is a distribution center and they do not deal with the public.
3. Called the 800 number 8 times. During the day only not speaking persons answered the phone and during the evening they kept hanging up (no I was not rude or even upset) when I asked for the status. At this point I would have paid extra just to get this package.
4. I was given a claims number by one of the agents and told this would show she was expediting the package WRONG the next agent told me there was no way and had no idea what that number was for. The next 3 agents had no idea.
5. We ended up camping the night at the Fedex warehouse in Bridgeport WV waiting for this package with hopes it will make it and we can get it since this center is only opened for 2 hours on Saturday morning.
6. The Ohio distribution center will not answer their phones even when one of the customer service agents attempt to call them.
Never will I use Fedex... UPS all the way for this person!
