Brown Jordan purchase was a major mistake... nice expensive furniture until it starts falling apart. My chase lounge started to fall apart, tried calling Brown Jordan numerous times only to receive a voice mail to leave my name & number, never receiving a callback... Sent numerous emails to '*******@brownjordan.com', never receiving a reply. Warning, don't buy this expensive junk..


Major mistake using BARS COOLING SYSTEM TREATMENT. Installed new radiator in my ford explorer. Installed tablets as instructed being proactive. Tablets never dissolved as advertised. Product became like mud, clogging system, creating overheating problem. Flushed system three times, still couldn't get rid of if. Finally had to replace radiator again. Total cost of approx. 500.00 including aggravation. It was a disaster and very costly for me. To add insult to injury, Owner of Bars called me, offered me $50 to recant my reviews..


Purchased top of the line king size platinum premium. Received, one of the worst products I've ever bought. Pillow had 'NO" support, unless fill was shifted to one side leaving approx 6" of pillow without any fill at all. Company refuses to send RMA for return and full refund..


These people are a scam... Advertise and accept payment for Items they don't have and refuse to issue a refund. I had to dispute the charge with Credit card company.


My experience with Digoo: They're a scam. Sell the product but will not support it.If you have a problem with the item, you may as well throw it in the garbage. Support will not respond.


Sold me a piece of junk and refuses to give any support. Do not recommend buying from this company..

Here are some methods you may adopt in sending video.

1. Send the video directly in email if possible

2. Upload the video to video websites like YouTube (highly recommended), Facebook and etc.


Manual advertised is photos of third party publication, "NOT" factory, very unclear photos. Same manual advertised can be purchased online for half the cost. I sent a request to support... Never received a response. Do not recommend..

I was paying 19.99 for mailpro. Yahoo increased fee 75%... Charged my acct without notifying me of the increase and refuses to cancel and issue a refund. NO phone contact for billing, only email. Finally communicated with agent"BAM" who refuses to issue refund and ignores further communication. Filed a formal complaint with Federal Trade Commission. Total Scam


"MOST" AliExpress sellers are scams. I tried them twice, twice too many times. First time never received the item, the second time, received the item which did not work, never receiving a refund. AliExpress refused to help and guarantee the refund, Not like Ebay. Recommend staying away... Stick with Ebay, better chance of NOT getting ripped off..
