Hey, FedEx your voice automated line is NOT making my life easier. If I could've talked to a human rep sooner, we both would've gone our own days after a short call. Your automated system is so damn convoluted and it took me 20 minutes to navigate to see an option to talk to a human operator. Just WHY?
To complain about a FedEx tracking number that does not work, you need a working tracking number [?!] This would be comical if there was perhaps another way to figure out where my parcel is - but there isn't. Nobody to talk to either. Complete idiocy. Bewildering.
Ordered a new cell phone at the end of aug 2023 got lost in Memphis. Got everything squared up with shipper.Then today nov 30 I get the box delivered no phone in it, and box was tore up and you could see where someone opened it. I just want to know what kinda of moron would ship a empty box.
I sent a package FedEx Priority to Finland three weeks ago, paid over a $100. The package still has not been delivered. I called FedEx about a dozen times, and every time I get a foreigner who speaks little English and cannot provide any information. They also refuse to let me speak to supervisors claiming that supervisors are not available.
I was waiting for an important delivery for a time sensitive assignment. I had a telephone on their record but they did not call. I was out for a few mins and missed them. I received an automated call from a machine that I needed to drive 30 km to pick it up and they were only open Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 pm. That would mean missing work hours and pay.
There's no human to speak with and the automated message passes you through a nonsensical idiotic loop.
They surely don't care and if it was my choice I would never use FedEx.
My experience now and in the past have been horrible.
Fedex could not track a turtle. They say it will be delivered by end of day, then change to next day and this goes on for days. Then you might get your package if they did not loose it or deliver to the wrong address. Garbage company.
My package has been weather delayed for 6 days (35 degrees and cloudy) yet 2 other FedEx drivers have delivered to our house during this time frame! No help from customer service "sorry weather delay ". No weather!
The airline company I flew with from Barcelona to Amsterdam lost my baggage (a Piano Keyboard worth 2000 euro). The airport found it and Fedex was supposed to deliver it to my address. They were supposed to come in two occasions and they never came. One day, at 00.00 am, a delivery guy from Fedex called me and asked if I could be home at in an hour (at 01.00 am!) so he could deliver the baggage. Otherwise, he threatened me that I would have to wait for months to get my belongings.
I agreed; he never came. However, he updated the status of my delivery in the system as "delivered".
I never got my Piano. It's been a month now. I've been battling with Fedex and they refuse to assume responsibilities. The case is in the Courts now.
Stay away from this company. Is crap.
Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Had them delivered to my job. A warehouse enclosed by a fence. Never received. Opened a case for missing which was denied. They said they delivered it, and they are allowed to deliver to door of RESIDENTIAL addresses. Even though I keep stressing its a business, and leaving it outside of the gate would be leaving it on the street, they insist they are allowed to do this. Never ordering anything with FedEx as delivery.
Fed ex has a no gate code policy so they won't deliver packages sometimes but some drivers do deliver they are very inconsistent and lack the effort to make deliveries and when the drivers actually deliver the package the will throw it or slam it on the ground it's not just one driver it's all of them
This will be the fourth time Fed-X has lost a package. It's almost a joke at the office now. So far our shipments have been split up with the wrong product going to the wrong people. Twice! Even after we tell them NOT TO SPLIT IT. They still do. I'm expecting a package. But the last update was two days ago. So, again they have no idea where my product is, and talking to Customer Service is like talking to a wall. "Well, it shows that it hasn't been updated in a few days so I don't know where the package is." Wow really, I read that before I called you. You would think that they would have access to some helpful information that I can't look up myself. So, here I wait... again.
I recently used FedEx for an international shipment from Ukraine to North America, and unfortunately, my experience has left much to be desired. The initial transit from Ukraine took two days, which seemed promising. However, the real frustration began upon arrival in North America, as the delivery process has been unnecessarily prolonged.
The lack of transparency and communication regarding the delays has been particularly disappointing. The package's journey within North America seems to be taking much longer than anticipated, leaving me questioning the efficiency of FedEx's delivery network.
In a world where timely and reliable shipping is crucial, this experience has fallen short of my expectations. I hope FedEx can address these issues to provide a more satisfactory service to its customers in the future.
The worst service ever! Not just delayed days! When I call they are rude and not giving me an answer when I wanted to check the status on my package then kept me on hold for an hour before hanging up. Then when I finally received my package it was damaged. Now I'm supposed to get another package but again when it supposed to deliver today it's delayed too and it's only say delivery pending so god know when. I hate to work with them I wish I can control who delivers my packages
I got a package today on my doorstep that was delivered using FedEx ground. The contents inside were crushed. It was a heavy duty container of pre-workout. Thick plastic container of it. It was crushed, looks like it was run over by a truck. Powder was visibly coming out the bag when I picked it up. It was CLEARLY damaged. The fact that the delivery driver thought that even looked remotely okay shows blatant disregard for his job and the care of packages. Very disappointed in FedEx Ground. I would not recommend.
Wasted my 3 days waiting for the delivery. Fedex ground should not send customer delivery schedule 3 am in the morning and then cancel at 8 pm when the shipment is a furniture that cannot just left on the street in commercial district.
Who knows how many more false delivery alerts and wasted days till I get my delivery?
Constantly having trouble with them! They actually had the nerve to leave severely damaged packages on your porch. Loose your packages! Constantly late with delivery. Call there customer service and if you can't understand who you're talking to!
The customer service is excellent, it just they lost my package, but they sent me an email that it's has been arrive to the destination. They just wanna refund half of the price from overall cost of my documents. Yet I still didn't receive any
This is the second time FedEx has mess up my orders. I will not even use a company the ships FedEx from now on. As you can see how long it takes for a shipment to get to it's designation. This was a time sensitive package That's not going to make it on time. Should have shipped with UPS or even the USPS. Don't waste your money the company is not a reliable shipper.
The shipment is not delivered and I contacted with FedEx office so many times to clarify what is the issue. But unfortunately, on each phone call the managers with whom I talked, just were promised that they will check and call me back but no one called me back and explained why my shipment till now not been delivered. And even nobody knows when to expect the delivery.
Not recommended to have a deal!
If you need something shipped, call someone else! The last 5-6 deliveries from FedEx has been an absolute nightmare. They have gone from the most reliable to the absolute worst. They don't care about their customers & their drivers seem to go out of their way to damage or lose the product(s) their supposed to deliver. When you call to track something, you end up in a phone loop. You cannot reach a human & if by some chance you do, they don't seem to care. Hate this company; use to use them & noone else; never again. The Post Office is more reliable!
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
