As per the title, very bad experience with FedEx... After more than two months since I shipped 5 boxes from Japan to Spain, I am still waiting for them to give me the invoices of the expenses with the information I requested and necessary for me to get a reimbursement from my company. I have contacted their customer service countless times to no avail... The worse company for a particular shipping I have ever dealt with. Not recommended at all! Stay away!
"Justice Here" I received my package from FedEx and this lazy driver left it on the grass near the driveway. I live near a busy street where anyone could have picked it up, knowing that packages are being stolen. He was suppose to have left it inside the patio near the front door at the least... Amazon has made a few drops including today and they brought it into the patio and even snapped a picture of it! I wish Amazon would do all my deliveries!
This won't be shocking, but FedEx has horrible customer service. They continually deliver to the wrong address. I've contacted them multiple times about their delivery issues, but they won't do anything, even hung up on me when I called customer service, even though I was polite. The strongest language I used was malarkey.
When I asked to speak to a supervisor, and they said that no one would ever be available.
If I had the option, I would never use them, but sometimes the shipper imposes them upon me.
I rate USPS above FedEx.
They lost 1,000 pieces of our product. 3 boxes were on the pallet, they were wrapped very well, only 1 single box delivered. The pallet and 2 boxes are missing. An employee sent us a picture with proof that a single box was delivered yet they denied our claim saying the whole pallet was delivered.
We've also had 2 shipments within the past 6 months come in with boot footprints across the top. (Thankfully these were rubber parts so no damage) So this claim issue was the final straw for us.
FedEx has continually lost, misplaced or failed to deliver at least 3 of packages. It has been an inconvenience to try and contact the shipper and recover my packages or get a refund because FedEx status either says it was delivered or awaiting additional delivery instructions. The customer service department also refused to transfer me to a manager to try and rectify the issue. Which says to me that management doesn't care. If I could give them a 0 instead of 1 star I would.
I have not received last 3 of 4 shipments. Current shipment says attempted delivery but no one home. Have three different cameras and FedEx never came to driveway let alone to my house. Horrible that can't contact local office either.
Wish supplier's would use different shipper. I would never use FedEx.
Absolutely the worst delivery service in the business! First delivery 4 days late all while their system says "out for delivery". Second delivery was over night…. NOPE wrong again! Overnight shipping fees paid and collected but was it overnight…. NOPE! Refund those overnight fees? NOT A CHANCE! How does this third rate company even stay in business?
It's pretty bad when a company went from being prompt to let's bounce a package around to cities wrapped around you before actually delivering. Love how one day it says expected on then the day of delivery says pending will update in a bit.
The email specifically said it would be delivered to my door. They left it at the first floor leaning against the rail at the bottom of the stairs. This is a heavy package in a big box & I live on the THIRD floor with no elevators. Anyone could have stolen my package. I cant carry this up alone so now I have to wait for someone to help me. Hopefully no one will steal it... Horrible experience.
We have been getting deliveries with 18 wheelers, yet Fed Ex can't find my address. I don't know whether they don't know how to read or follow instructions. I had to go to them several times to pick up my shipment. Many times the shipping box and item is mutilated. Just recently we had to refuse a shipment, we were told it will go back to the shipper. However, the item was taken out of the original box, stuffed into a oversized Fed Ex box and re-delivered. The shipper is waiting for the item and closed the ticket. Fed Ex now wants a authorization from the seller after the fact that it was refused. Seller can't do anything because of automated system and Fed Ex can't follow instructions and wants another label. How convenient!
The only one out of money is me and neither claims responsibility nor fault, especially Fed Ex. We all should go back to C. O. D. This way everybody is paying attention and is done right.

Fed ex does not care about customer service. Your package will ride around on the truck all day and when it gets dark, the driver has to run and hide. This means that your tracking gets delayed. I ordered tires and they were on the truck for delivery Tuesday. Got dark and it was rescheduled. Back on the truck Wednesday. Finally show up at 4:12, but only has 3 tires. 4th back on the truck Thursday. Gets dark, delayed again. By the way, the tires were 30 miles from my house both times. I could have crawled to fed ex and pushed the tires back to my house in less than half the time it took them to deliver. I see amazon and UPS out late at night, but fed ex evidentially has a bed time. Don't know how they stay in business with a 1.5 star rating.
What a phone from spectrum was told I could change the signature required delivery. Try to do so to no avail. Over 8 hours on the phone with an automated system got a person three times within numerous phone calls. Was told I cannot change delivery only the sender can change. Spoke to spectrum again and they said this is not within their contract with them and FedEx has to change the delivery at my request. Can't get anyone to put a farm agent on the phone was told only sender can talk to them. Absolutely no customer support within this company.
My package was supposed to be delivered on 9/4. It is 9/5 and still no package. Now delivery date is unknown. After calling several times yesterday 9/4 I was assured that I would receive my package by end of day by several phone operators. Never have anything shipped FedEx if you can help it. Terrible service!
My 2 packages are going back and forth to Chicago, IL and New Berlin, WI for 3 weeks... Why? Tried to call fed ex, but the robot won't let me talk to a real person. Hangs up on me after I enter the tracking number saying it is being transported to the delivering post office for 3 weeks. Gave me 2 delivery dates then it ended up being changed to Pending 3 times.
Worst international shipping service. My family send me 2 parcel back from india and this stupid fedex guys separate both the parcel in different state of usa and after 1 week I don't have any clue about my packages. They are charging so so so much and service is worst. I literally want to give a rating in negative numbers. Very awful service. There are food in my parcel which get bad after few days and this stupid brainless fedex team are miss-placing my parcel.
I would give zero star if I could. They delayed the deliveries not just once but every single time in the past 10 months. The hub in Austell, GA had been so bad that I cursed under my breath when I saw my online orders were handled by FedEx. All the online stores should quit using their services. This company is 100 times worse than USPS.
Long done are the Tom Hanks days, the USPS puts fed ex to shame day in and day out. From the lousy app to the ridiculous shipping times, they are horrible. Abandon all hope ye who enter, this ship is sinking. Do not believe the captain as he bellows "all is well" from the bridge. They have already hit the icebergs! You actually have to try to be this bad!
In the past I haven't had a problem but my current situation I am beyond upset. Sent a package that ended getting sent back because they didn't have good communication with the receiver and didn't have or care to get an interpreter to explain that he need to pay a fee. I spend around $200 and they refuse to give me a refund. I will never use FedEx ever again
UNBELIEVABLY terrible company. Whether on line or on phone. Track my shipment & shows wrong address, state. Shows picture of package on porch that is not mine. Try to resolve online. ABSOLUTELY no help after 45 minutes. Try to call number listed on site. Takes many tries to get a person to speak to. After another 15 minutes, finally got an actual person. The WORST customer service rep I have ever spoke to. Instead of trying to help, all she did was complain about not being the head of FedEx. Company has really gone down the dumps. Try to enter the 20 digit tracking number by voice & keypad 3 times each. Every time comes back "enter or say tracking number ", then just disconnects.
Parcel allegedly delivered and signed for but by who, my guess would be the incompetent driver. Utterly useless delivery company. No parcel no joy in customer service. Why retailers use this diabolical company is mystifying. Must be the cheapness.
Answer: Based on my experience and other reviews I have read, FEDEX is looking to put itself out of business. I will be very happy when Amazon buys them for a discount.

Answer: They would leave note that they would attempt to "redeliver", even if you were home when they claim they allegedly attempted the first time and they did not even knock so you can come out to receive your package. In my case, they said they will attempt to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? They did not and i receive an email saying i will have to pick it up from whatever branch. I told them that if i had to come out to go somewhere to get my package, I would've just gone directly to the shipper and the shipper would'nt have had to pay fedex for sucky no service.
