Here's how the scam works: You buy a part for, say, $100, lured by the false promise of this guarantee. When the part inevitably fails, you're forced to shell out $150 for a replacement. Then, you have to return the defective part at your own expense, say $30, only to receive a meager $100 "In-Store Credit"—not the $150 you just paid. In reality, that "lifetime guarantee" ends up costing you an extra $180 because the credit is locked into their store, trapping you into buying from them again. If you don't need more parts, they simply pocket your money. What a brilliant scheme—no, let's call it for what it is—a shameless scam.
Had decent luck with this company in the past. Recently ordered a fairly standard but drop sensitive part that I had ordered before. Part arrived appeared to be new and OEM. However package had been opened and the foam nest was missing. In its place an assortment of cheap bubble mailing material (the large ones from a well known online retailer) had been used and most had been crushed. Customer service proceeded to argue with me that this represents OEM quality and actually was additionally inspected by them (this is on trust pilot). I have an actual OEM part on order from a dealer and will update the photos when it is in hand. If it is the same as this I will update my review. I have also noticed that they list a google rating on the homepage, but do not appear to have any actual google reviews. Other review scores do not appear to match actual values from homepage. This will require further investigation.

Ordered some brake pads online. The site showed the part fit my vehicle, but when they arrived they clearly didn't. Bringing this up to customer service they said it still wasn't their fault and I was responsible for return shipping. Don't order here - customer service is garbage.
I've been purchasing from FCP for over a dozen years. Their customer service is second to none and the Lifetime Warranty on parts are the main reasons for using FCP. No where can you find a seller who will allow you to returned consumables. This includes motor oil, oil filters, air filters, cabin filters and even brakes.
Their pricing is better for many products while the rest will be comparable with other online sellers. With a purchase of $49 you get free shipping so it's convenient to buy from them without having to make a large purchase each time. Will continue to make FCP my first stop for parts.
Unbelieve the water pump went out after only 93 days and cannot return because it is out of 90 days return policy. Only option is to replace using the lifetime warranty which you have to buy again and only get a "store" credit for another purchase, what a scam! You are eventually "paying" them twice and getting a store credit to purchase their product. Will never purchase for FCP again!

I've ordered a handful of items from FCP Euro over the past year...my most recent order never arrived. A completely different order (someone else's) arrived at my house. I was quick to reach out to FCP regarding the mix up and, three days later, have been advised I need to return the wrong order before they will refund my order, that never arrived. Basically, FCP made a mistake and, not only have they not apologized for their error but are now holding me responsible for resolving the matter. Never mind that I never got the parts I needed but now they are keeping my money until I fix their mistake. I have no issue with returning what they sent to me but this backwards methodology they are presenting is both wrong and, at least in my state, not legal.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a part overnight, but it turned out to be out of stock. Nobody even attempted to contact me and resolve the issue. Amoreena P from support simply lied to me, saying that everything was fine with my order and it would be shipped, without even bothering to check the availability. Joey K said he needed to contact a colleague and then disappeared. Nobody cares that the customer needs to receive the part on time, even if they pay for fast delivery. As a result, my mechanic will only be available in a week due to FCP Euro's mistake, and I've already lost $450 on car rental.

1st time purchasing from FCP Euro, needed an alternator. It arrived very quickly. As the mechanic went to install it, he said it was defective, I was charged for labor. FCP said they would reimburse for the wasted labor, but one hour later stated they did not say that. Two of us heard the conversation on my end. Chris he did that I needed the notes from the mechanic before 2pm in order to have a replacement part sent overnight. One hour later there was a change of story.? They do the work to find the parts manufacturers rebadge and sell them cheap. Free shipping takes two days to arrive. Customer service answers the phone and has never told me my question is stupid. A lifetime warranty on parts is easy and simple to do. I tell my friends who work in customer experience to study these guys.
I spend thousands with them, when I send my rotors back for a warranty replacement they didn't do it and I had no choice but to tske the old ones back. What a shame. Their costumer service is very bad and they need to man up and make things right.
They say they ship same day or next. They lie. Three days later, nothing had shipped at all even though they said they had it all there except a fuel filter.
Then when you try to cancel it because they refuse to ship any of it, they say "it's all packed up ready to go" so they can't cancel it, even though they still refuse to ship it.
FCP send as different item that on there website! Item we receive is made in china $25 wort but we pay for Continental product from EU. The worst is the FCP customer service, check BBB complaints. Stay away from this company.

Please allow me to add context to clear up any confusion. "OE SUPPLIER" brand parts are actually liquidated stock that come straight off dealer shelves to us. Dealers have part purchasing contracts and, on occasion, they must liquidate stocked parts in order to make space for the arriving new parts. Legally, they are not able to brand them as Genuine since they have been liquidated. This requires them being removed from the Genuine boxes and placed into new non-descript packaging for resale.

It pains me to say that this company can no longer be trusted. I have ordered parts from them in the past in fairly small quantities going back ten years (most of our shop's parts orders go to other warehouses that sell the same products for less). Lately, they can't be trusted to honestly tell you if something is in stock or they're planning on ordering from someone else while you wait to MAYBE, ULTIMATELY get the part. This is bad enough, but when you repeatedly order something while paying extra for expedited shipping and it doesn't show, sometimes for weeks after the order was supposed to arrive - that's just too much to excuse or forgive. On the last order I'll ever place with them, I called their service number and eventually got a call back. The service rep said my late order was "under review" and that he'd talk to his manager. When he came back to the phone, he simply hung up without saying a word. - Nice. Take someone's money and when you have no legitimate excuses why it hasn't shipped yet a day after it was supposed to be delivered - you simply hang up on the customer. Does that sound like a trustworthy company you'd want to do business with? - Probably, only if you're a masochist...There's way too much competition in the wholesale auto parts space to have to put up with this crooked behavior. Do yourself a favor - look elsewhere for auto parts. You can easily get them much cheaper and more reliably from other reputable warehouses.

Not a trustworthy or reliable company. They regularly screw up orders and lie about whether parts are in stock or backordered from a different vendor. Shipping times are frequently a joke - especially when they don't tell you they're getting it from someplace else and tacking on their fee for relabeling your package before sending it off to you. And more often then not, their prices are essentially retail - you can get a better discount from an authorized Benz or BMW or Volvo dealer that wholesales parts. In other words, FCPEuro is essentially useless. We tend to only buy from them on very rare occasions when items are on special sale that they want to move out of inventory. If you're a DIY newb, you're much better off buying from Rockauto. They are more honest about shipping times and generally have real wholesale pricing - unlike these middlement retailers.
My first order came with wrong parts.
My second order came incomplete, but the biggest frustration was because the whole content of the box was soaked in an engine flush liquid, spilled from a damaged can.
Sent them pictures, asking for replacement. By this day, they still ask me for more pictures, trying in any way not to replace the order.
Beware and chose wisely where you buy your parts.
I gave the business 2 stars because they have a large inventory and I was able to find the exact part that I needed. My issue is that I paid for expedited shipping, the quickest one they had available and was first told that my order would be delivered in 5 business days (which doesn't seem expedited at all). After 4 business days my order had still not shipped, so contacted the business. I was then informed that my order (a small plastic piece) would not be shipped out for 7 business days, even though they have it in stock. That's ridiculous! Don't advertise fast shipping and that 99% of your orders are shipped out in 1 business day if it's a lie and you're not able to actually expedite orders!
I have been ordering car parts from this company for years. They have never let me down and usually surprise me with better customer service than I expect. I have probably placed dozens of orders in recent years with virtually no problems. If you need something for your European car, don't hesitate to give them a try.
I bought a radiator from them. Either the radiator or the plug was defective because I couldn't get the plug to screw into the radiator. When I initiated a warranty claim they denied it because I bought the wrong part. The radiator I bought was for a standard model of the same car but I should have bought a california compliant part with an added sensor.
The sensor has nothing to do with the plug not fitting the radiator it came with.
Bottom line they are refusing to warranty a defective part and using my mistake as an excuse.
In April 2020 I was searching websites for a wheel hub assembly.
Their automated system (where a car's year, make, and model are input to verify fitment of a part) yielded a positive result.
To make doubly sure, I e-mailed, asking if the part in question would fit (provided VIN number and part serial number).
Rep Gina Block replied '... I was able to confirm fitment based on VIN...'
On this basis, I ordered the part.
Install failed, mechanic found the part does not fit.
Complaint to FCP resulted in no return label, and only store credit, and claimed fault was mine.
After 12 days of argument, FCP finally sent a return label.
After 2 more weeks, and threat of lawsuit, FCP finally refunded part cost.
I then sued them for the $150 labor cost of failed install.
Won because they did not contest.
I bought parts for replacing the timing chain in this store, the store sent all the goods of very dubious quality just in bags. The chain came in such a torn and old box that it's scary to pick it up. The store refused to change the goods and refused to provide an exchange for goods from another company. Having said that it is not their problem, damaged packaging is sold as is. They sell old goods that were lying around somewhere.
