They do the work to find the parts manufacturers rebadge and sell them cheap. Free shipping takes two days to arrive. Customer service answers the phone and has never told me my question is stupid. A lifetime warranty on parts is easy and simple to do. I tell my friends who work in customer experience to study these guys.

Audi VW Engine Oil Level Sensor - OE Supplier 03F*******E
We purchase OE oil level sensor made by Continental in Czech Rep. Be FCP Euro website
But FCP ship to as cheap no brand China sensor(in picture). Return and communication was difficult ( 8 emails exchange with Jason M from FCP Euro)

Please allow me to add context to clear up any confusion. "OE SUPPLIER" brand parts are actually liquidated stock that come straight off dealer shelves to us. Dealers have part purchasing contracts and, on occasion, they must liquidate stocked parts in order to make space for the arriving new parts. Legally, they are not able to brand them as Genuine since they have been liquidated. This requires them being removed from the Genuine boxes and placed into new non-descript packaging for resale.

How sound to you this FCP explanation?

FCP Euro lies and generate BS story. Hard to return. I won't trust them again.

First Complaint: Order process shows billing and shipping address. Go to check out and the receipt shows the item being shipped to the billing address. Double checked to make sure the same error didn't happen when I reordered the front hood struts using a 2013 911 991.1. FCP reached out after I posted the bad reviews and made this right. They reached out to the warehouse the item was being shipped from and corrected the shipping address. They are also looking into it to see if there is a glitch in order process on the mobile app.

Now, my reasoning behind the title of the review, is based on who answers the emails that day. When I ordered the original hood struts and the same billing/shipping error occurred, the representatives name was Jason and apparently there was nothing he could do. Second time around, same billing/shipping address error and Andrew the representative was able to go above and beyond to assist me in getting the parts shipped to the correct address. So it all depends on who's answering the emails that day and their willingness to assist customers.

Had decent luck with this company in the past. Recently ordered a fairly standard but drop sensitive part that I had ordered before. Part arrived appeared to be new and OEM. However package had been opened and the foam nest was missing. In its place an assortment of cheap bubble mailing material (the large ones from a well known online retailer) had been used and most had been crushed. Customer service proceeded to argue with me that this represents OEM quality and actually was additionally inspected by them (this is on trust pilot). I have an actual OEM part on order from a dealer and will update the photos when it is in hand. If it is the same as this I will update my review. I have also noticed that they list a google rating on the homepage, but do not appear to have any actual google reviews. Other review scores do not appear to match actual values from homepage. This will require further investigation.

I used the other items in the shipment, which I would have had shipped free or purchased locally. I had packaged my return before they sent a paid return label. The part in question represented more than 70% of the purchase and I paid to have it overnighted to me.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a part overnight, but it turned out to be out of stock. Nobody even attempted to contact me and resolve the issue. Amoreena P from support simply lied to me, saying that everything was fine with my order and it would be shipped, without even bothering to check the availability. Joey K said he needed to contact a colleague and then disappeared. Nobody cares that the customer needs to receive the part on time, even if they pay for fast delivery. As a result, my mechanic will only be available in a week due to FCP Euro's mistake, and I've already lost $450 on car rental.

I've ordered a handful of items from FCP Euro over the past year...my most recent order never arrived. A completely different order (someone else's) arrived at my house. I was quick to reach out to FCP regarding the mix up and, three days later, have been advised I need to return the wrong order before they will refund my order, that never arrived. Basically, FCP made a mistake and, not only have they not apologized for their error but are now holding me responsible for resolving the matter. Never mind that I never got the parts I needed but now they are keeping my money until I fix their mistake. I have no issue with returning what they sent to me but this backwards methodology they are presenting is both wrong and, at least in my state, not legal.
Buyers be warned.

…. DO NOT MAKE BUSINESS WITH THIS RIP-OFF COMPANY!
……….I call FCP EURO and asked if the parts that I was about to buy fit my car.
Their answer was; we are not sure, but buy it and if it doesn't work return it
I trusted them and I did it, I bought 6 coils with sparks
When I installed, it looked like it works, so I emailed them to tell them that it fitted
But after 1 years the all 6 coils and sparks failed at the same time!
For ALL the COILS to FAIL,
As 20 years of experience as mechanic, I never see it or heard, even my 11 co-workers never experienced it!
I bought coils from other place and they gave me 3 and half years guaranteed
When I called FCP EORO, they just won't give a credit
And they asked me to BUY THE SAME PARTS AGAIN IN ORDER for them to give me credit, What am I going to do with that part that doesn't do the job? Change it every year?🥲
That is horrible!
I will close my account!
Shame, Do not buy parts from this scammers!

I spend thousands with them, when I send my rotors back for a warranty replacement they didn't do it and I had no choice but to tske the old ones back. What a shame. Their costumer service is very bad and they need to man up and make things right.

FCP is a reputable company and I've had no problems in the past. I ordered a tail light assemble for my BMW but my shop had already replaced it and was not needed. I ordered from FCP on Sept 8th in the morning and when I figured out that I no longer needed the part, I cancelled the order via the website the SAME day. 5 Days later, I received a shipping notice from FCP, so I emailed asking why it hadn't been cancelled. I was told the order was "To far along to be cancelled" and that I would have to fill out the return form and send it back. CATCH--I have to pay for the return shipping($96 using UPS) for an item that they should have cancelled 5 days prior to shipping. Very disappointed in them.

Stupid $#*! FCP texted me 2 times for a delay on my shipment and I bought the overnight shipping and it's already 2 weeks late, they did refund me for my overnight shipping but I'm still not happy because it's 2 WEEKS LATE! I HAVE A VW TWIN TURBO V8, website is $#*! and shouldn't be up because they're click baiting people for overnight shipping and who knows what else they are click baiting

I gave the business 2 stars because they have a large inventory and I was able to find the exact part that I needed. My issue is that I paid for expedited shipping, the quickest one they had available and was first told that my order would be delivered in 5 business days (which doesn't seem expedited at all). After 4 business days my order had still not shipped, so contacted the business. I was then informed that my order (a small plastic piece) would not be shipped out for 7 business days, even though they have it in stock. That's ridiculous! Don't advertise fast shipping and that 99% of your orders are shipped out in 1 business day if it's a lie and you're not able to actually expedite orders!

I went to the dealership instead and paid a little extra, but didn’t have to wait 10+ business days to receive the product.

FCP Euro is a business that
Falsely advertises "Hassle Free Returns." In reality, the return
Process is anything but hassle-free. First and foremost, the
Company makes customers pay for the return shipping.
Additionally, and most absurdly, they insist that customers
Repackage the item in a different box before returning it, in order
To reuse the original shipping box so they can use the box to
Resell it to other customers. If you don't use another box to
Protect the original box they will not issue a refund. This is not
Only outrageous, but it also adds an unnecessary step to the
Already inconvenient return process. The representative I spoke
With said that "you can find some free boxes at your local supply
Store." However, having to go out of my way to find another box is
Not at all hassle-free. To add insult to injury, the entire return
Process ended up costing me $95, which is more than the

FCP Euro "used to be" excellent.

The issue is not with the parts or prices. The issue is now run by obxoxious IT sorts. You know, the rude, socially inept types. The have a terrible Chat feature, big waste of time. They do not answer emails and if so not on a timely basis. They put you on hold forever and jamblast nasty criptic doomsday tunes into your ear for 5-25 minutes on hold. So rude. Bye Bye.

This is what happens when companies do not mix IT with personal interface properly. TECH NERDS.

Suggest you try Pelican Parts in CA. Excellent customer service and reps knowledgeable on your vehicle and pick-up their phones in seconds.

Unfortunately, FCP Euro is now just of Gen Z "ero" kids in cubes operation...a bioler room nightmare.

They are not as bad as Parts Geek who have mastered obnoxious "Joisey" but FCP is working on it. Unfortunate as they used to be very good. This is what happens when a company allows themselves to be run by tech jack asses. We all know about tech jerks with no comminication or social skills.

Also, if you are on hold once the office closes...you will be on hold all night. No message indicates otherwise.

FCP is one of these frustrating outfits that makes it near impossible to find their phone number on their website.

Do you really want to do business with a company that tries to avoid human interface but certainly wants your coin? I do not. You make it diffucult to speak with you, I'm not buying.

You also can't call in and get a specific rep you were dealing with... FCP is obviously run by an "$#*!"burger tech goon... customer service just awful.

Only reason they got two stars was they do mail quick and prices are fair... but if you have an issue, FCP is a uuuuuge pain in the $#*!.

Hope you enjoy waiting on hold all day or being hung-up on if you complain about long holds and bad service.

Ordered parts on Friday July 14th. Called on July 20th to check and spoke with Nick. He assured me that the parts have left that morning and I will be getting an email with tracking number later that afternoon. I get an email later that afternoon saying that my order has been cancelled. What? Call right away and nobody knows what happened or who cancelled the order. Ask to speak with Nick but he is "busy" Then I speak to Mike and he says on how to place a new order and he will make sure the parts will go that day. So I place a new order all over again. Today is the 22nd and no parts. Now it says I should receive my parts on Monday which is the 24th. Funny thing is, I am in Waterbury which is 45 min away from them. This is the second order on the row that I am having issues with. I have been ordering from them since day one that they opened up and they used to be great but I believe the problem is, they got too big now and they do not care anymore. The reviews above mine show the same issues. I guess it is time time to go see the dealer and use the internet pricing that the dealer offers. Sad!

I've been purchasing from FCP for over a dozen years. Their customer service is second to none and the Lifetime Warranty on parts are the main reasons for using FCP. No where can you find a seller who will allow you to returned consumables. This includes motor oil, oil filters, air filters, cabin filters and even brakes.

Their pricing is better for many products while the rest will be comparable with other online sellers. With a purchase of $49 you get free shipping so it's convenient to buy from them without having to make a large purchase each time. Will continue to make FCP my first stop for parts.

They shorted me a timing belt tensioner on my order R******* and instead of sending the missing part they just make empty promises.

They keep telling me they have to check inventory with their warehouse - if the count is off! Or someone has to approve the replacement (Story changes every call). Really?!?! Do they think I am going to cheat them out of one of the cheapest items of my order. Check your inventory count but SEND ME MY PART!

After all theses years being a loyal customer they treat me like a common criminal. They tell me every day they are going to overnight the missing and in stock item and yet nothing arrives. Very Very poor.

I was loyal for years even when my orders sometimes arrived looking like packed by a 5yo. With busted open boxes. NO MORE! Time to go somewhere else! I rather pay a few dollars more but have existing customer service, and not just people on phone telling me what I want to hear and then turn around and do nothing about my problem...

It helps to search the part by part number and they usually have or will get it! Their website is easy to navigate aswell!

I placed and order "R*******" and I never received complete order and there was a missing part. I called service desk and they sent an item which didn't fit my car. I called again service desk and gave my car VIN number then they said they don't have a right part in stock and asked me to send the item back. After returning the item, they are not giving refund if I ask for refund they say it was a replacement order so no refund. Okay! I didn't get the part in my original order so they sent it and now that didin't fit I am returning the part shouldn't I get refund for it? How can they charge for the part i didnot receive? I never expected this from them.

REVIEW UPDATE: After posting my review the next day I was contacted by a Mr Shane Giumarello via email. He expressed his sincere apology to me for my mishap and explained what had happened at the distributors during the holidays. He also reassured me how valuable his customers are, and that he was going to make things right with my issue. Thank you Shane for reaching out to me and thank you FCP Euro for showing me how valuable your customers are to you.

Let me start off by saying that this could have easily been a 5 star review. With that being said I needed to replace the control arms on my Audi but I didn't want to use the OEM parts because the bushings are known to wear out very often on my particular model, so I decided to find a good parts supplier which was FCP Euro. I called FCP Euro the 1st time to verify if the control arm kit I saw on the website would fit my Audi. I was told that it would fit just fine for my Audi and the kit was not VIN# specified so therefore I purchased the kit. After receiving the kit and dropping it off to my mechanic a few days later my mechanic called me to tell me that none of the parts could fit my Audi. I called FCP Euro and spoke to a Mr James Paris to verify if my order was correct, just to find out that the kit I purchased was not compatible for my Audi. I went over the scenario with James and let him know what happened which he replied that whoever I spoke to should have checked my VIN# but nevertheless he was gonna fix the issue for me. James told me that they didn't have the kit for the brand I purchased but they had another kit which was a step up in price and that he was gonna try to sort it out with his manager. James emailed me later that day saying they resolved the issue, and that this new kit will fit 100% (his words) plus he's gonna send it overnight. I was pleased and impressed with the way James handle it. I received the parts the next day and took it to my mechanic. Couple days later my mechanic told me that this new kit does not have the sway bars like the 1st kit I purchased so I told my mechanic to go ahead and get a replacement because I didn't want to bother James again since he responded so well to my issue. A day later my mechanic called me again and told that FCP Euro sent me 2 left rear control arms and they are now at a full stop once again needles to say I was not happy. I contacted FCP Euro and try to get in touch with James to explain what happened but I was only able to leave a message for him to return my call because I was on a time crunch but he only replied to me in emails. It took several emails and pictures for James to understand what duplicate parts was sent to me needles to say I was not met with the same energy from James as the 1st time I called with my issue. I emailed James on the 21st about my incorrect part, but the replacement part was not shipped until the 23rd the mechanic didn't receive the part until the 28th. My car was at the mechanic for about 2weeks which I had to pay a HUGE! Labor charge for each time the mechanic had to put my car on the lift then the time wasted back and forth because the parts was incorrect. I wouldn't have to pay unnecessary labor cost if the parts was verified from the beginning It ended up costing me way more in labor than it should.

I bought parts for replacing the timing chain in this store, the store sent all the goods of very dubious quality just in bags. The chain came in such a torn and old box that it's scary to pick it up. The store refused to change the goods and refused to provide an exchange for goods from another company. Having said that it is not their problem, damaged packaging is sold as is. They sell old goods that were lying around somewhere.

You need to recognize the product is new in normal packaging and normal quality in advance

As a result, I had to pick up the goods because the cost of shipping in the opposite direction and back to me is more than the cost of the goods. No one offered a refund for the product.

My first order came with wrong parts.
My second order came incomplete, but the biggest frustration was because the whole content of the box was soaked in an engine flush liquid, spilled from a damaged can.
Sent them pictures, asking for replacement. By this day, they still ask me for more pictures, trying in any way not to replace the order.
Beware and chose wisely where you buy your parts.

I had a terrible experience with this company. They sent me the wrong parts and would not accept responsibility for the mistake and made me pay the return shipping. The customer service rep, I think her name was Amber, was condescending and quite disrespectful during the conversation. Based on my experience and treatment, I would not recommend buying from FCP Euro.
