Placed an order R******* and did cancel online with Julia from Client Care team few minutes later and I was told in writing that it was canceled.
Few hours later, I received a notification from UPS that the order is shipped!
Now, I have to pay for Custom Duties, Taxes and Shipping back!
FCPeuro mistake will end up costing me $150-200 dollars for an order of $450!

I bought several OEM German hoses for my Mercedes SLK 320. They were delivered overnight and were perfect. Packaging was good. This was my first experience buying from FCP Euro and based on my experience I will use them again.

I placed and order "R*******" and I never received complete order and there was a missing part. I called service desk and they sent an item which didn't fit my car. I called again service desk and gave my car VIN number then they said they don't have a right part in stock and asked me to send the item back. After returning the item, they are not giving refund if I ask for refund they say it was a replacement order so no refund. Okay! I didn't get the part in my original order so they sent it and now that didin't fit I am returning the part shouldn't I get refund for it? How can they charge for the part i didnot receive? I never expected this from them.

Hassel-full returns
June 6, 2023

All kinds of HASSLE in their haste free returns. I ordered a PDC module for my BMW because it kept getting a PDC error in iDrive. The part I received, when I plugged it in the camera stopped working. Over 4-5 times I plugged the original and then the one I received from FCP euro every time the camera stopped working with the one from FCP, and worked again when I switched to the original module. Long story short I returned it as defective.
No refund issued, after reaching out I am pushed away with a generic 'check with your bank'
Today I received an email grilling me with questions of why it was defective, asking for proof, asking for my VIN etc. I will attach the screen shots of the conversations.

Poor Return/Cancellation Service
September 18, 2023

FCP is a reputable company and I've had no problems in the past. I ordered a tail light assemble for my BMW but my shop had already replaced it and was not needed. I ordered from FCP on Sept 8th in the morning and when I figured out that I no longer needed the part, I cancelled the order via the website the SAME day. 5 Days later, I received a shipping notice from FCP, so I emailed asking why it hadn't been cancelled. I was told the order was "To far along to be cancelled" and that I would have to fill out the return form and send it back. CATCH--I have to pay for the return shipping($96 using UPS) for an item that they should have cancelled 5 days prior to shipping. Very disappointed in them.

FCP Euro is a business that
Falsely advertises "Hassle Free Returns." In reality, the return
Process is anything but hassle-free. First and foremost, the
Company makes customers pay for the return shipping.
Additionally, and most absurdly, they insist that customers
Repackage the item in a different box before returning it, in order
To reuse the original shipping box so they can use the box to
Resell it to other customers. If you don't use another box to
Protect the original box they will not issue a refund. This is not
Only outrageous, but it also adds an unnecessary step to the
Already inconvenient return process. The representative I spoke
With said that "you can find some free boxes at your local supply
Store." However, having to go out of my way to find another box is
Not at all hassle-free. To add insult to injury, the entire return
Process ended up costing me $95, which is more than the
Product itself cost, $90. I am extremely disappointed in FCP Euro's false advertising and lack of customer service. It is clear
That this business prioritizes their own needs over those of their
Customers and do not care about the customer's experience. I
Would not recommend this business to anyone and advise others
To stay away from their false advertising and poor customer
Service.

FCP for life

I have purchased me some parts and recieved as promised origional bmw parts made me feel so great that if I wouldve bought it from bmw dealership and it wouldve cost me An arm and a leg. Idk what else to say, FCP for life and trust me dont buy things for your car from ebay or amazon like I've done it before smh, it's all BS, spend alittle more to get origional parts from fcp that beats bmw dealership or any dealership prices. Love it love it

Ordered parts on Friday July 14th. Called on July 20th to check and spoke with Nick. He assured me that the parts have left that morning and I will be getting an email with tracking number later that afternoon. I get an email later that afternoon saying that my order has been cancelled. What? Call right away and nobody knows what happened or who cancelled the order. Ask to speak with Nick but he is "busy" Then I speak to Mike and he says on how to place a new order and he will make sure the parts will go that day. So I place a new order all over again. Today is the 22nd and no parts. Now it says I should receive my parts on Monday which is the 24th. Funny thing is, I am in Waterbury which is 45 min away from them. This is the second order on the row that I am having issues with. I have been ordering from them since day one that they opened up and they used to be great but I believe the problem is, they got too big now and they do not care anymore. The reviews above mine show the same issues. I guess it is time time to go see the dealer and use the internet pricing that the dealer offers. Sad!
