Typical online trickery. They allow you to go through a 10 to 15 minutes survey only to find out at the end that the results are only available for $10. I don't mind someone charging for a service but they are banking (literally) that you'll be invested after 15 minutes of answering questions and will pay the $10 when if you'd known up front you probably would not have wasted your time on the quiz. Deceit is an unattractive quality in a company and, in my opinion, hurts their credibility of offering anything of value for my $10. If their integrity is already in question then how much confidence can I really have in the product they are offering?

They offered a competitive price for the product I needed, but NEVER responded to any of my attempts to contact them. They never answered any of my emailed questions and never responded to my inquiries using the messaging system within their website. They showed that my product shipped so I scheduled the car repair work, but I found out later that it had NOT shipped and in fact was actually shipped four days later. But I will say again, they offered a competitive price.

Very good option if you are searching for a foreign car part. I have been ordering items from them at least a few times per year for several years now and have no complaints. Excellent selection, fairly responsive customer service and competitive prices.

I have been ordering car parts from this company for years. They have never let me down and usually surprise me with better customer service than I expect. I have probably placed dozens of orders in recent years with virtually no problems. If you need something for your European car, don't hesitate to give them a try.

Same as everyone else has said, shady company that tricks you into investing time on a resume, only to find out they hold it hostage unless you pay. After reading of peoples bad experiences even AFTER they paid for the service, we just cut our losses and retyped the resume into our word processor. Avoid this site.
