Product received was as expected with exception to packaging. Was advertised to come in new gifts Le condition with box and dust bag. I expected this to be the Manufacturers dust bag and box which were not included. It was provided in a fashionphile dust bag. This is is misleading and I wish fashionphile would be more specific in their listings

This was a hard to find an item and I was stocking the website for a while. I'm so happy to find it.

I had ordered a few other items off other luxury resale sights and had continued to be dissatisfied. I ordered a bag that looked so nice and too good to be true the price and quality looked amazing! I was pleasantly surprised to find it was even better than pics that has barely ever happened! So happy with my purchase!

I am a frequent shopper here and I am always impressed by the quality. I recommend them to everyone.

I buy 90% of my clothes, handbags, and shoes from second-hand stores. For used designer handbags, I have the best luck at Fashionphile. I prefer shopping at Fashionphile because they sell the best quality designer bags for the best price. Fashionphile also has great customer service if you contact them by email. Their phone system seems to be slow but I get quick responses when I email them. I have purchased wallets, handbags, and a briefcase and all of them have been 50% or more off of retail price.

I called 2 times and still no resolution to be had. I sent in my Gucci Marmont Dec 9th and it was only supposed to take 10-15 days. My bag is basically in their custody and I was never paid or updated. Terrible luxury item company. The quotes are already theft enough, so add insult to injury by not paying for a bag someone entrusted you with and to conduct legitimate business.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton cross body bag back in October. This would be my first "big" expensive purchase as far as a purse goes. Its been about a month and a half and the purse is totally worn. I am EXTREMELY careful with it and it looks as if I had it for years! I feel super ripped off and embarrassed that I trusted this site and will never EVER again. $800 doesn't come easy and I will definitely take it as a lesson learned but will also warn every and anyone looking to purchase from here for future reference. False advertising will always catch up with you but word of mouth is the best advertising and I will most definitely spread the word.

I am highly dissatisfied with the buying policies and processes. My bag is an authentic Gucci, that I shipped for around $50, to then be told it is not real and have to pay $75. That is ridiculous. Firstly, if you are buying something from me you should pay for shipping and secondly, you can not just then charge a fee cause you deem it inauthentic when it is not. This is a scam. I am highly disappointed with your process and would not be recommending this site to anyone.

I just sold 750 dollars worth of stuff to them but never received my money! First of all they keep records of accounts that are old when you sell things to them they send the money to old accounts then don't really care of you revived your money or not. They also have a feature on their site where a customer can change their account at any time but that features can pretty much not be there because these people still will sent the money to account from years ago! They messed up on my account sent it to a closed account and all they will say is sorry then ignore your emails and still keep your things! I have sold stuff before where it went smoothly but if for some reason they mess up you will get ignored and lose your money and precious things! DO NOT SELL to them or be very care ful and keep
All emails and proof of everything. You can also work with attorney general if you ever get scammed by them and report to bbb! They already have quiet a few open cases you can read for your self there! Just be careful with this company

I have made multiple purchases from Fashionphile even though their prices are higher than the competitors. I have contacted them on 3 occasions. 2 out of the 3 were ignored and I never received a response. In the 3rd occasion, it took them 3 days to respond with an abrupt canned answer of sorry can't help you.
I will never shop from them again. Considering the price point you would except polite, timely customer service. Not recommended.
I have multiple receipts, however site would only allow 1 to be uploaded.

I bought an LV Alma PM bag from them. No where in the description did it say the handles were sticky. In my excitement I removed the tags, took it out of the packaging and OMG the handles were sticky! I mean lollipop sticky. I called the client representative and they said they're nothing they could do because I took the tag off already. I said you could at least have described the bag accurately - that they handles feel like an old lollipop. She said they would have cleaned it and never sold a bag like that, yet here we are. Unbelievable. If you buy anything from them, keep that damn tag on. They never offered to have it cleaned, which is what I was hoping they would do. Instead they only offered to buy it back for 70% of the price. She went so far as to say I probably did it. Worst customer service and deceptive descriptions.

I sold a couple bags & bought a little coin purse. They gave me a quote on the bag that was close enough to what Id have been able to get on my own & I just wanted it gone, so I was happy enough to sell it. They received my item & I had my money direct deposited in to my account within about 3 days. Totally painless.

The coin purse shipped super quickly. I received it within 2 days & the shipping was free.

The negative with Fashionphile is that they dont accept designer clothing & then the buy out price on some of the items was absolutely ridiculously low. $25 for a pair of Jimmy Choos that have quite literally been worn 1 time? I paid far more than that. Theyre authentic & theyre going to mark them up far more than 50%. Other shoes that are much more worn & they offered more money? I understand they buy what sells, but that stuff is crazy. Id rather put in the effort & sell it myself on poshmark for quite a bit more.

All in all, Im glad I have the option... I would advise others to be well aware of what their items are worth before buying/selling. Its a good site overall... just make sure you arent getting ridiculous low balls.
