I ordered from Fashion Nova for the first time almost a month ago and I'm little bit frustrated with how things are being handled. First off, I ordered some clothes I was interested in on the website for a vacation. The order went through perfectly fine however the day I received the package 2 items were not in the package due to some "stock error." Then I was suppose to get store credit for both of the items. I was pretty upset about the whole thing because I did not have enough time to order more clothes from the site nor did I even want to. So here I am trying to give Fashion Nova a second chance because the clothes I received were very cute but I'm running into a problem yet again. I'm trying to use one of the gift cards I received as store credit and it is "disabled." It's safe to say I am quite unsatisfied with the service I have received.

I ordered a body suit, received a dress. I emailed twice asking to replace the order with what was actually requested. Got automated response and their customer service is horrible. DO NOT BUY FROM this COMPANY

My first time ordering with them and I purchased 4 jeans in a size 11. All of them fit wonderfully. So, a month later I decided to order more jeans. Ordered two pairs and this time the same size 11 ran like a size 7!! I could barely pull them up over my thighs and I'm the same weight. Went to ship them back and shipping was $16!!! Total ripoff. Complained and asked them to reimburse me for shipping because clearly the jeans were not sized correctly and all I was got were emails stating they're refund policy. Will NEVER buy from the again.

I've emailed them twice asking if I could get a refund on returns instead of store credit (what actual credible company doesn't offer refunds??) and haven't gotten ANY response other than an automated one apologizing that they've been "flooded with questions". It's been a whole week and no response. To make it worse, one of the items in my order was out-of-stock so instead of refunding me for it, they just gave me store credit. No thank you! I don't want anything from your site anymore, I want my money back!

They are horrible. i reported them to the BBB today. I'm so over them giving me the runaround. i ordered on 12/15/2016 and i have not received my order yet. they finally responded after writing a review on here but today I asked for an update and Cynthia sent me a message to call the carrier!!!! Very bad customer service

I have shopped with fashion nova multiple times. I've never had an issue with their shipping. However, I placed an order on December 27, because they promised it would be here by NYE. I got an email stating it was shipped on the 28th. I checked my tracking, after 2 days of waiting for it to even update, just to be told it won't be delivered until JANUARY 3!!! WTF amy I supposed to do with an outfit that was supposed to be for NYE coming after I actually need it?!? Then, when you call them out under their posts, they delete your comments. And to top it all off, we spend our money on these products, just for them to issue a damn store credit- minus the shipping cost. We don't want to shop with you again! I'm sooooo over them. Never have I ever had such a horrible experience with a compaNY. Get your $#*! together Fashion Nova, and stop lying to your customers. And for goodness sake, get a better return policy for YOUR mess ups!!

I ordered a dress from this company for New Year's Eve only because they PROMISED two day shipping, and that it was guaranteed to be delivered before New Year's Eve. Now they informed me that I won't be getting my dress until January 3rd! Now I have nothing to wear and just feel completely lied to and taken advantage of. Terrible company, I'll never purchase anything through them again.

First and last time I will purchase from FashionNova. I ordered two pair of jeans $19.99 each, paid via PayPal, everything was perfect. My items shipped and were delivered. Low & behold, I'm missing a pair of pants.
After e-mailing them about the issue, they issued me a store credit. I'm like okay....cool....I'll buy another pair for the same price....no biggie. Psshhhh I THOUGHT......They were going to make me pay shipping twice for their mistake & I e-mailed Natalie (FashionNova rep) and asked her "Why am I paying shipping twice for your mistake....she sends me a free shipping code. && I still ended up paying ~$4 (taxes) out of pocket when I should not have paid anything. If you do the math, I ended up paying taxes twice FOR THEIR MISTAKE and I understand $4 isn't that big of a deal....but if these people do that for 100 people....realize they can profit $400 just by their business practice.
It's shady that they don't even refund you your money instead they issue you a store credit. Like NO!!! If an item says in stock on your website, and you later find out it's not, that on YOU!! Don't give me a store credit, give me my money back!

Ordered my NYE romper on 12/25/16 (Christmas Day). Of course I know that shipping & processing wouldn't start until 12/26 or 12/27 because of the holiday. So with the "2 day shipping" I figured it would at least be here by Thursday or Friday (12/29 or 12/30) initially I got an email that a shipping label has been created on Tuesday 12/27. I didn't get an update abt tracking until today 12/29 that my package was in transit until today & it won't be here until Tuesday January 3rd...WHAT THE HELL?! They are a joke and are false advertisement. Now I do not have an outfit for NYE which they advertised if you ordered by a certain day you would get it by 12/31. Never again

I ordered two dresses and a choker from them with the spend $75 and free two day shipping, they send an email that my items have been shipped.. the next day I get an email for a store credit. One- the item should not be able to be ordered if you don't have it in stock. I emailed, I called, no response! I called one of their stores and they hung up! Worst customer service and they definitely lied about the two day shipping! NEVER AGAIN! STOLE MY MONEY! A PIECE OF $#*! PLACE LIKE THIS NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!

I purchased the dresses for New Years Eve. I choose two day shipping, but... My package just shipped, and now it says it wont arrive till January 3rd.. I paid out of my pocket for that "two-day" shipping. Don't waste your time on this company. I should have check their reviews before I purchase them. They have TERRIBLE reviews. Hope I don't ending up receiving bad material and wrong size thats will be ruin.

At first I was very upset with the whole process of this company regarding delays in shipping and the inaccurate sizing posted, etc. and I immediately posted an online review indicating my frustration through this site (TrustPilot) directly but the company followed up with me shortly therafter and did what they could to resolve the issue. I got my store credit promptly, an additional e-gift card, including free shipping.........free shipping was unnecessary at this point as my store credit was more than enough to qualify for free shipping when placing my second order but if I do decide to purchase from them again in the future......I may use that code. I also utilized my store credit during one of their sale specials which seems to be happening daily.......I keep getting ads for percentages off. So I was able to place my additional order with an additional 30% off when using my funds available. Per their ability to resolve the issue, I have now changed my review from horrible to average. This is largely dependent on how my new order is received. So far..........one of my orders came through correctly and it was just a matter of selecting a different size but I am overall pleased with it. So we shall see how the latter comes.............I am honestly hesitant to spend new money with this store again in the future but I do appreciate that they resolved my prior concerns in a timely fashion.

The business attempted to resolve my issue by granting me store credit after I had to pay to return my items. I was not aware that returns meant that I would only be granted store credit only, no option to exchange or refund until I got a slip with my package in the mail stating that. It does state on the website that you have to pay to return which I was fine with util I got my items and realized the sizing was incorrect and my pkg arrived later than was initially advertised. I was livid and posted negative comments about the store on two different sites and they reached out and offered me free shipping, extra coupons, etc. I got my store credit and then I visited the site again,I was very nervous about making my final second purchase since I had such a bad experience the last time. I even changed my online reviews to reflect that the company had resolved my issues. The items arrived, missing one of the items that apparently was out of stock and the sizing was an issue yet again.....now I either have to pay to send it back to get store credit yet and try this all over again or I can get my money back like I should have from the start. According to their site I am plus size so I made my second purchase in what I assumed was correct sizing based on the two items I kept from the original order, only to have issues again when I should have just received refund for all of this nonsense weeks ago. I can guarantee never doing business with this company ever again! I shop through other stores like Venus Clothing and Bebe they take way better care of you!!! Know that you pay for what you get through this site, the lower price means crappy service indeed. Venus and Bebe include offering free return shipping labels, 90 day guarantees and their sizing is accurate. You're better off going through them instead!

This is my second time shopping with this company the first time I had an issue where my items arrived and one of the items I ordered was missing and in the box a 10% discount code it stated " oops one of your items is out of stock" I had so many irrelevant conversations with people within this company to fix this issue until I decided to write a review so finally I wrote a terrible review and two days later I received a call from a lady name Callie she was extremely nice and eager to help(which she did) and her great customer service convinced me to give Fashion Nova another chance . So I just order something again last week and it arrived today and I have the same problem all over again an that I ordered is out of stock . My thoughts are why would the transactions be allowed to go through when one of your items is out of stock . I'm convinced people within this company are stealing people's merchandise because on many occasions I've tried to add things to my cart and if it was out of stock it wouldn't allow me to. But on somethings it allows you to pay for the item and everything then your shipment arrives with a cover up 10% off discount "oops" code to shop with them again knowing damn well nobody would ever do so after encountering all these issues.this company has been around too long to still have this faulty system and I am not a pleased customer

Why do you lie to the customers to call and email when you damn well know, no one will respond. I have been getting nothing but automated replies. I ordered clothes to wear for Christmas and News Years, and was charged on November 26, 2016. I never got anything. It is now December 28th, 2016. I have been chasing this company down to resolve this matter and it's nothing but a headache and so far a loss for me, that I couldn't afford.

I always heard about this site, because media outlets advertise them like crazy, so I finally deiced to check them out and I will say they have cute clothes and stuff. HOWEVER, once I did decide to order something online , it took a while to come, it came and it was too small, the material was cheap. I took it to a store to return it and in the store I didnt see anything I liked so the manager told me to pick out some shoes and tell her my size. So I settled for the Kingdom peep to boots and I told her my size. She came back with the box and rang it up. Once I got home and opened the shoe box, the shoes inside were the incorrect size! The box said 7 (like I told her) but the shoes were a 6. So then I had to ship them to the return warehouse and I still have not received my refund...and this was at the beginning of the month !. Just to many problems with them. I would suggest only get things from the store that you try on and make sure are the right size.

Yes, their clothes are cute, and even some "celebrities" wear them, BUT, there is a price to pay, my darling...

Problem #1 You DO NOT get what you pay for. Fashion Nova needs a much needed lesson on how to Manage Retail Inventory. They need to hire a Retail Consultant ASAP. There are too many inventory computer software programs for tracking inventory for them to be making the same countless mistakes.

Case in point, there is a 90% chance you will encounter this: You add your item(s) to the cart, Purchase, Wait for your item(s) to arrive and discover there is an item missing. You receive their Oops, were sorry card with a discount to purchase additional merchandise. You will eventually get your merchandise credit via email (if they remember). There is absolutely no reason why this situation should be happening repeatedly if they have proper management of inventory.

Problem #2 Store Credit Only. Riddle me this Batman: How does someone pay for your product, you do not deliver the product and then tell the person they cannot get their money back? You dont even give them an option if they want a refund or a store credit? Now, you have just pissed off your customer, and this is why I have officially thrown the towel in with Fashion Nova.

I received a store credit for my item I never received. So I ordered another item and guess what did not arrive? The item I ordered with the new store credit for the item I previously did not receive! So, I was given another store creditsound fun?

Problem #3 Fashion Nova is always sold out of everything. Fashion Nova does not carry the optimal amount of inventory. AGAIN, Inventory Management. Listen, an online store either has too much inventory, too little inventory, or there is a balance. You know what this says to me? More inventory means more warehousing costs, more investment on product presentation, hiring more people to manage a bigger inventory. Moral of story: Cutting costs and being cheap. Money is the bottom line. And if the no refund/store credit only debacle is not proof enough, then I dont know what is.

Problem #4 The Quality of their Clothes. You get what you pay for. As far as fashion innovation goes, their apparel is what Chuck-E-Cheese pizza is to authentic Italian cuisine. The theme of the store is straightforward; form-fitting, basic print dresses and top/bottom combos appropriate for nightclubs, pool parties with Stevie J, Greek picnics, barbeques, and the 4th Sunday at church. That is all.

Problem #5 Their inconsistent sizing. If you do not know their sizing you will quickly discover Fashion Novas clothing is too small. Matter of fact, extra smedium. I will give them credit that they recently created a Plus size line. Their size 1X will fit a Size 10. Their 2x will fit a size 12. Their 3x will maybe fit a size 14. Make sense? Not much. Their sizing is iffy.

Problem #6 Yes, they are known for having super affordable and cute clothing, but guess what? Their clothes are overpriced. You can find the same dresses elsewhere for less. Save your money. Its not worth the hassle. Check out tobi.com or GSLovesme.com.

Horrible customer service. Do not shop here. I bought a two piece outfit online and only the top was sent. When I tried returning it in store they did not take it back although in their return policy they are required to. They didn't send me a return label or anything. This is the worst customer support I've seen. Not shopping here again.

I'm starting to think anything other than a one star review is a hoax. They charged me for an item I never received with an oops card so I didn't think anything of it. It said I would be getting an email with store credit so I didn't think to keep the package. Now they email saying I had to show the slip. First why don't they have this in their system and second why the hell was I even charged if they didn't send it. I don't care if it was only 20 dollars they're scamming too many people I will be taking legal action

I received $99.00 but I originally paid $148.74 so I don't even feel like wasting my time with them anymore. Yes its my money & I'm disappointed but even if I got what I paid for, I still woudn't order from them ever again. Its pointless. They only care about celebrities, they dont care about people who don't have 100k+ followers on social media. They can kiss my ass.

Out of the six times I ordered from fashionova I received my items four times the two times my order never arrived I received no assistance from them but a vague response and no follow up when I e mailed back. They offer no refund or assistance at all when trying to locate a package you will have to work with your bank in order to get some resolve, pathetic company who only ensures celebs are getting items delivered and satisfied while everyone else they treat as peons who they can care less about. if your not insta famous they don't ensure a smooth customer experience for you and you will soon be left disappointed. Great merch but not worth the frustration.

FN website it states, "If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. Fashion Nova does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered."

The same thing happened to me, I never received my items because after they took my money they realized that the items Ive ordered were no longer in stock. They sent me a cyber gift card. The website clearly states that the gift cards will be sent when a returned is made but if I never received the items why cant I get my money back. Im reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
