I ordered from Fashionnova and received a damaged item, which they ask you to submit information and photos on. I submitted this and photos clearly showing the item has a defective zipper sewn in. They refused to resolve this issue saying they cannot to anything due to "An erratic or exaggerated past is suggestive of "wardrobing;" an erratic or excessive past involving goods that have been worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or gone missing." I have never done or submitted anything about the above statement. This is definitely a baseless response to avoid giving a refund or replacement of item. There is no actual customer service. It is just back and forth e-mailing with someone who seems to just write whatever they want, possibly a copy-paste response. Definitely buyers beware of potential of defective items and no resolution of those issues.
